Elevate Restore

Called them about 430a as our upstairs shower had flooded and it was raining everywhere downstairs. They arrived quickly and immediately went to work.
We chose to move our belongings to the dining room and garage rather than have them store items as it wasn’t too much that needed moving, but they helped with all of that. Communication was great, everyone we worked with was very pleasant and helpful through the entire process. Would definitely use them again (though hopefully we won’t need to!).

Professional ! From the moment of my call to the moment JC came to do initial inspection Elevate team were extremely professional. The crew took their time to prep with plastic on my flooring and carpets and anything that could get damaged or dusty. Me and my family couldn’t have been happier with JC and his crew.

We had some serious water damage happen because of a supply line failure back in October 2024. This team worked super hard to help us get our lives back together. They worked with our schedule to pack out and got done quickly. We had a small incident with some dings in the wall and a lost key, but it was really minimal. Overall a positive experience. We are currently working on putting back all of our belongings after they dropped everything back off in just one day.

Coming back to edit after a few days of unpacking..while the majority of everything has been good, Some of our more fragile items have been damaged including my great grandmothers dishes. A little disappointing but I understand that happens when people are in a rush. So just a gentle reminder for everyone in the future, please make aware to those working with you of things that are of sentimental value that should be treated with the upmost care.

The team at Elevate was very professional, fast and very easy to work with. My situations was already stressful but they made the experience easy to deal with. The crews were well prepared and did an amazing job of packing, accommodating my special requests and very personable. I would recommend them 100%.

Never having experienced a problem with a water heater breaking, I was completely stunned at the amount of damage that could occur.

Elevate Restore was recommended to me and I have never been so pleased and impressed with any company ever. Quote was reasonable, questions answered promptly and work started as scheduled. The men arrived on time daily;
took no breaks, simply worked non stop. They cleaned up every day, removing moldy drywall and personal belongings along with defective heater They followed up for several days to assure areas were completely dry.

These people were great! They arrived within 45 minutes of being called and got right to work! They packed everything up, took away the affected furniture for repairs, and then they did a perfect job of mitigation and clean up of our water leaks, mold, etc. we highly recommend them.

We had to use Elevate and Restore to do a biohazard clean out on a rental. Our insurance company put us in contact with them, and they made a very big messy situation much easier for us. JC was our main contact, and so helpful and guided us through the whole process. Everything was done promptly and they did everything they said they would do plus more. They help us navigate through the insurance claim and help with getting the adjuster to restore the home back to its original condition. I would highly recommend them. They are Efficient, very helpful and provide excellent service.

My experience(s) with Elevate are the following:
Employees are respectable and constantly aware of the time they spent in the damaged facility. They called each day to remind me of the time they will begin/start each day and time they will exitthe home. (This is because owner volunteers in the community to help the elderly)
The management of Elevate Jisette),daily checks on the outcome of the cleanup process and often comes to help the employees as the home had many bulky items to mobilize into
their storages.

When I would ask a question, the employees would check with their management and Jisette would respond as soon as possible, if not, that day.
I appreciated the workers/employees efforts in everything they di for me. They were kind in answering my many redundant questions.
I definitely grade or give their work a 10+.

Elevate also was generous in meeting with the owner to recommend contractors and other support companies such as painters, drapery and clothing laundries who helped make my home a place to live once again.
Thank you to Elevate/Restore that restored my faith in others once again. I chose Elevate among several like companies that my home insurance adjuster suggested because Jisette kept in touch with me even before the work started. She kept reassuring me that "things will be okay once the work begins".
She comforted me by saying that the insurance company do take a long while 2 months) to send an adjuster to my home and for me to be patient.

They were very accommodating through this process with me. Everybody that came into the house was very courteous. The work area was kept clean at all times. Just a shout out for JC he was very helpful through this process.

not sure how this place has a perfect rating . I made an appointment for some guys to check out the mold in our house and nobody came over to check it out . I tried texting back the person who initiated the appointment and they never got back to me . Nobody got back to me to tell me what happened or to at least reschedule . going with another company .

Elevate Restore was great to work with. They responded immediately to my house flood in my basement. They used infrared equipment to verify where all the water damage was and got a crew out right away to start the remediation. I must commend the hiring practices of Elevate Restore. Their employees are top of the line. Respectful, conscientious, and very professional from the beginning to the end. The staff packages all contents of the effected room and stores them at their facility. The demo crew comes in and prepares the roomfor the next stage, which is the construction. Leslie and Armando, the demo crew, were outstanding in meticulous prep for the next stage. Leslie's 10 years of experience in the field is most evident and is of great value to the company. Julie, and her crew of packers did an outstanding job as well. They will catalog all damaged materials and report to me and the insurance company. Sorry, I can't name each one by name, however they all deserve a great deal of credit. I would never choose to go through my ordeal again. However, if necessary, I would hire this company 1000%

Hired them after I had a water line break in my house. Arrived the same day, vacuumed water from the floor and put in drying equipment. Did nothing further for eight days. Hired another company who said that work should have started immediately. Elevate also failed to remove the kick plates from the kitchen cabinets, causing mold to set up in them. They will now have to be replaced because of Elevate's inaction.

These guys are absolutely great. They were efficient, professional and friendly. If I needed something specific they were right on it. I can't rate them high enough, five stars just doesn't reflect my satisfaction

Elevate Restore is a honest and trustworthy company. They came out to my home after another contractor stated there was water damage to home and in fact there was no damage. Thank you again JC for taking the time to check my home.

The whole team led by Jisette and Josh were AMAZING! Ever, Eric, Wil, Julie, and Ramon were very friendly and respectful. They accommodated all our requests without hesitation. It was almost 4 months long journey dealing with water damage in our home, and it really helps knowing that our household packout are handled by reliable and trustworthy people. They really made our experience less stressful.
One of our TV was unfortunately damaged during the pack back. It was reported to Josh, and he came right away and took some pictures; without any issues, Josh returned with a brand new TV in like less than an hour. He is very efficient and fast. His leadership is top-notch .
I also want to mention Jisette for keeping the communication lines open. For patiently answering my text and emails with all my questions and inquiries... very professional indeed.

For the last 4 days Julia, Eric, Will and Norma have diligently helping me to unpack a multitude of boxes that Elevate had stored for me. They are amazing! My Hot Water Unit unexpectedly broke and flooded parts of my home. Luckily, I was told to call Elevate Restore and contacted JC, project company for Elevate. His first comments were those that during such stressful times , one wants to hear, “Not To Worry, Will Take Care Of Everything Thing”.
And they did. From Oscar. Lead Tech to his crew of Austin, Manuel and Armando, those words became a reality. Oscar walked in and puttered the same words of JC, Not to worry we will take care of everything, in a timely manner and will leave your come clean and ready for construction bringing your home back to perfect condition. His promise was his bond. Oscar and his crew is an incredible workmanship and Asset to his Company.

All the guys here are great! I had mold in my house that was in need of remediation and not only did they have the best prices, they were able to get out to my residence the next day! They were willing to work between the hectic schedules of both myself and the contractors who needed to come repair afterwards. JC, Leslie, and Armando all were great and easy to work with. Ultimately, a good company with down to earth workers who are honest and willing to work with you and put your concerns first.
