I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary after witnessing one of this company’s drivers operating a clearly marked company truck in an extremely reckless and dangerous manner. The driver was speeding, cutting off other cars, and swerving aggressively through traffic. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it created a serious safety hazard for everyone on the road. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the company and raises major concerns about their training and oversight. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to prevent a potential accident

Currently working with Derrick and Wesley on getting a roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding done IRT 14 March hail / wind storm. Seriously one of the best teams out there! Super communicative, very responsive to desires, and a pleasure to work with. Works well to help with insurance issues and supplementals as well as supporting adjuster visits. Additionally, their worker Sergio is also one of the nicest guys out there who does an excellent job on siding. No questions asked, would use them again.

Westside replaced our storm-damaged roof and gutters. We worked with Alex L. He was great to work with--very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He is detail oriented and even found a mistake in the insurance company adjuster's damage assessment. He responded promptly to every call or text. He was a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend Westside. We are very pleased with the results of their work.

When we started looking for a company to do our siding and gutters, we wanted a company that had a high rating and good reviews. Westside Construction did not disappoint us. Unbelievable service. Called Monday morning after Friday night tornado/high winds. I had soffit and fascia damage. Was hoping to get an estimate and maybe service in next week.Called Westside and talked to Nichole. She got me the last appointment for the day. Tony showed up at end of the day and actually fixed ALL my problems. Right then. 8 hours after my initial call. Fantastic team. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

They worked very hard to convince our insurer of the damage to our roof. When the roof was replaced, the work was done quickly - a single day - and the cleanup was very good. No trash under bushes or nails in the grass. Some minor siding damage was also patched cleanly with a great match of replacement siding.

He was honest, transparent about the home insurance claim process. We luckily got approved for a full roof replacement (State Farm), and Caleb helped the whole way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THE SALES PEOPLE WERE EASY TO WORK WITH, THE ROOFERS WERE POLITE AND THE CLEAN-UP WAS GOOD BUT BEST OF ALL THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT.

One of their technicians came out and charged me almost $1000 for an emergency tarp to cover the roof. It obviously wasn’t secured very well as it blew off within a week or two and they refused to come back and reinstall the tarp. Very frustrating as they didn’t respond to me until I had to call the main company line as I was calling, texting and emailing prior to calling the main company line and didn’t receive a response for almost a week. I would never use them in the future. Very Unfortunate.

Got a quote from west side and a few other companies, I made my decision purely based off my experience with Trey Williams. He easily blew every other company out of the water. He was super transparent throughout the whole process while providing a sense of humor and a great atmosphere to do business. I highly recommend Trey William for any of your Westside needs, he’s the best in the industry I’ve seen in years!

Alex L. was absolutely amazing to work with! Our insurance company said they would replace half the roof and had talked with two other companies to come quote me the work. The other companies said they wouldn’t replace half a roof after looking at it and that was end of the conversation. I talked with Alex and he said let me come look and said the whole roof need replaced and said he would help me with insurance to replace it. He worked with them on what he found and did such a great job. Was able to get the whole roof covered with his help. Great job by Alex and Westside construction on our roof!

We had some storm damage to the roof, as well as rotted wood above our garage, and not only did they fix it in a single day, but the cost was incredibly reasonable. Just saw a white Ford pickup wrapped in Westside Construction logos on 364 coming out of St Peters. In the two minutes this truck was near me in the morning traffic, he was doing easily 100mph+, weaving through all 4 lanes on traffic. He then got in front of a van in the fast lane and brake checked them. After that he floored it and dissappeared but I did see him at a red light on page, so all his crazy driving was for nothing. It was so outrageous and stupid I had to write this up.

If this guy can disregard the general publics safety like this, so blatantly and in a wrapped company vehicle, what do you think they're up to when working on your home?

I cannot say enough positive things about Westside Construction! Kristin came to my home and it was a wonderful experience! She honestly assessed our problem and said that we didn’t need to replace anything. She climbed the ladder over and over to fix the existing materials, making adjustments and adding needed nails. Then she charged nothing for her service and time. Nothing! I am keeping her card because I know that whatever future construction needs that I have, I can count on this business for honest, reliable work.

Kristen was a pleasure to work with on repairing my roof after another company refused to fix the issues they caused when installing it. She was very thorough in her inspection and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I wish I found Westside first. I definitely recommend Westside Construction.
