I had a small leak in my roof for three plus years. I had three bids, and John was the only one to point out my lack of insulation when my house was built in 1976. He spent 20 minutes explaining how my roof would go from R3 to R38 (or more). The shingles were last thing mentioned as he told me his bottom line was my comfort. Western's crew spent two weeks on my roof as stacking rigid foam, plus doing vents and 'actual' roof took a minute. I love how my house looks with the new roof line. I love even more that I am finally cozy, no matter what outdoor temperature is. Upstairs fluctuations were 10 to 15 degrees different than downstairs. For the past month, upstairs has stayed at 69° F, and my downstairs bedroom is also warmer.
I could not be any happier with the work done. Efficient, clean, and was not intrusive. 100% recommend!!

Western completed a very difficult residential roof replacement during the winter months. The roof was a combination of flat and low slope TPO and shingles, with leaks and in extremely poor condition. It did go over original bid price but quite a few issues were not apparent until sections were removed, revealing the extent of damage. They are knowledgeable and work to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend.

I called for an estimate and was given almost twice the price of any other estimate. I called because they were roofing the neighbors twice as large completely dilapitated roof. Their work looked good. They were unaware I knew the estimate of the neighbor's house. On confronting him after he gave me the same quote he immediately dropped the price 7k. I realized I was dealing with a car salesman and pursued other estimates....Always do your homework. I have called the office and I am writing as well to inform them of this. Other reviews seem the opposite of my experience, so I am not sure why I was treated this way.

We had a leak in our roof and these guys came out to look. I had two guys show up and nail a tarp down. Took these guys 20 minutes on the roof. They were only at my place for 30 minutes. I get billed $85 an hour for 2 hours of work for these two guys for a total of 4 hours. Given travel time of 30 minutes here and back that would be a total of 1 hour 30 minutes not 2 hours. Total bill was $385. I feel this company takes advantage of people in distress. My husband has a disability and can’t get up on the roof to nail a tarp down. We called to discuss the bill and they never called back. Even left a message with John. Three weeks later we get a late notice with a finance charge of $5.85. What a rip off! Again just proves the company is out to make a quick buck. I can guarantee we won’t be going with them to re do our entire roof. They lost our business and we will not be recommending them. They’ll get their $385 and I won’t be contacting them again for services.

Water started leaking in our kitchen, we called and they came next day! Very responsive, fast and professional. We will definitely use them in the future!

Cranked out a 1200 square foot roof in a day and a few hours! Chase and his crew were fast and efficient. I was especially pleased with the crews' professionalism, attention to detail and adherence to to state regulations regarding the covid pandemic. They also left the worksite clean and tidy after each day.

A day after posting below, I have received contact to set an appointment and will continue to adjust this review accordingly. Thanks.

Unfortunately, after 4 months of trying to reach this company, including phone calls, a personal visit to fill out a form a month after no call back, following up again in month 3 to give another opportunity, only to have the folks not call me back,... then an email to me to turn the job down with info that clearly showed they didn't understand the job, told an appointment would be made "next week" only to not get the promised call back to schedule the appointment to look at the roof. Weeks, and months later, nothing this company has done shows me a professional operation... Sorry... Maybe they do good work if you can actually get them to call or show up.

Tim from Western Roofing was on top of everything even coordinating with another project manager to work together. Roof looks amazing and was done as we requested.

Western Roofing turned me into a lifelong customer today. I went into their office yesterday afternoon after finding out that the home I was selling needed some repairs. They were out first thing the next day, were very professional, educated me on what I needed and took care if it within hours. I simply cannot say enough nice things about how they do business, their follow through, etc. If you are reading this review and need roofing services, CALL THIS COMPANY!!! Big thanks to Tim, their GM and the guys who came out in the rain to save the day.

I was a bit outside Western Roofing's service area and needed repair work done. No one else would take my call or could get to me within two months. They agreed to help me out if I payed for the extra travel time to get to my location, which is more than fair. Communication was excellent and the crew arrived on time. The crew were the most professional and knowledgeable I have had on my property and spotted issues that I had missed. The excellent work was done efficiently, safely and fast. In the end, pricing was very fair, especially given the quality of service. I don't think you could find a more satisfied customer.
