Alan and the rest of the crew at Western Pacific Roofing were quick to solve my leak. They got a quote together, scheduled the project, and put a new roof over my house before the next weather system came in.

Great roof replacement, great price, fast work and timely scheduling. Roofing nails found around house perimeter, might be typical for a replacement. Asked for removal of old dish antenna, but it is still there.

While installing a gas insert in our newly purchased home a large hole was discovered near the chimney. I tried calling several roofing companies. For such a small project most initial visits were two-three weeks out. Western Pacific was onsite the day following my call. Repair work was quickly scheduled. We could not be more pleased. These guys are great in every way. I spoke to 4 different roofing companies, and the team at Western Pacific Roofing was by far the most professional and responsive. My first conversation with them was on a Monday, and by Friday of that same week, they were done with my roof. The crew was very thorough, and when they left, they cleaned everything up meticulously.

Western Pacific is amazing. I needed a new roof in January of this year and Washington Roofing here in McMinnville said they couldn't start until 2023 ! Western Pacific called the day after getting my deposit and said they would start the next day, which was a Friday. They also worked Saturday and had it finished Sunday. They cleaned up every evening and you couldn't tell they had ever been here by Monday- except for the new roof!

We hired western pacific to replace our roof. Their price was middle of the road, but their service was well beyond amazing. We worked with Rand who helped us get scheduled. His team was the hardest working bunch of guys I have ever seen. They showed up on time and worked all day long to get it done as soon as possible. They cleaned up after themselves, every day to make it as little inconvenience for us as possible. They fixed what they broke and went above and beyond to make up content. Robert who came and inspected the final project was a dream to work with as well. I highly highly recommend this company!

They replaced our roof including underlayment, disposal, plywood boards as needed, edge metal, and all vents. Price was a little high but we liked the upgraded underlayment, written warranty, and the recommendation by our insurance company. Carlos and team worked safely did an excellent job on the roof.

We knew we needed a new roof and I was overwhelmed with the investment and the process of trying to choose someone we could trust to do a good job. I interviewed 4 roofing companies and Western Pacific was the last one. I found them as a recommended roofing company on the GAF website (a major producer of shingles). Their bid was incredibly reasonable, there was no pressure/high pressure sales going on (unlike other companies) and their workers did an incredible job. Their work speaks for itself and I am happy to recommend them. When you're spending this kind of money on a house repair, you just want a reasonable price and people you can trust to do a good job, and Western Pacific will deliver.

Had a home inspection recently that exposed some tiles needing to be replaced. I contacted WPR again because they did a great job on earlier work on my roof when I first moved in years before. This time I had some serious bird droppings,tiles, and other duct work needing attention. They made sure that I was okay with the bird poop removal.
I had a great experience with scheduling the work and seeing the results of what I requested.

Every part of our roof replacement was good, from estimate to tear off to installation of new roofing. Our house is approx 1.500sq ft ranch style with an attached double car garage, WPR showed up with a crew early am and by 5pm had completed the job leaving yard cleaner then when they started.

WPR did a very good job of repairing part of our metal roof which was damaged by time and wind, but they were quite expensive.

From the time that I contacted Western Pacific Roofing we were treated with absolute respect and professionalism. They made us feel like family. We called for emergency roof repair as a tree had fallen on our house, they responded very quickly (in just a few hours) and made the temporary repair to stop any water damage. Then in a short period of time they had the crew here and completely replaced our roof. It looks great ! and we know that we had the best service that we could have possible asked for in fact the exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for anyone needing repair or replacement of their roof.

We contacted Western Pacific Roofing and from the beginning everyone was wonderful!! At the moment we are from out of state but our house is in Oregon City and had to do our business through phone or email...we were very nervous.. but everyone was great, kind, and very professional! When we purchased our home we knew our roof had to be replaced and oh did we have major problems, but nothing that Western Pacific Roofing couldn't fix! We had no complains from the neighbors, only compliments of what a great job they did!! Thank you WPR for helping us with our roof...it is beautiful!!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Alan, the owner, visited us originally to provide us an estimate. Very friendly, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge. They installed an IB Roof system on our home in Milwaukie. Our roof has too low of a slope to handle any other material.

After WPR's bid, we decided to go with a different company (big mistake in hindsight), lets call them Company A. Company A had better Angie List reviews, which I'm now questioning their authenticity.

Company A's work lead to constant leaks during any weather event inside our home, using bricks/firewood/tear off material to hold old tarps down, not properly layering tarps so that rain would slide under the next and into our home, covering our furnace exhaust (CO backing into house), no materials purchased and on hand during tear off, and overall incompetence throughout the project. The list goes on and on.

After calling Alan on a Tuesday, explaining the dilemma we were facing with Company A and the stress it had caused, he was incredibly helpful and provided us advice on what to do in our situation (i.e., making sure they were licensed and insured, mentioned issues we may experience with Company A's material choice etc.). After talking with him for a while, I asked if he'd be open to taking over the project. Alan quickly confirmed materials were available, sent a crew same day to properly secure our roof, and was there with a crew the following Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and completed the project. Not a single leak.

They did have an accident during their work, involved spilling gas on the roof and damaging our kitchen ceiling/grout. However they were quick to offer remedying the situation. Totally understand these things happen and really happy with their response.

Trying to find contractors is a total hit or miss. A project as big as a roof, it is quite risky without a reputable recommendation from someone you know. I'm going to definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

We had a horrible experience with them. First they lost the contract so delayed several weeks. Numerous times they made appointments and didn't show up. They ordered the wrong skylight twice before finally getting the new one, six weeks later. We cleaned up a five gallon bucket of nails and other trash from them. They broke the electric pole from the roof and instead of telling me so I didn't spend time flipping breakers and calling the power company, they just hooked up their nail gun to a generator and kept working. I had to call their office to find out that they had already called the power company and had it turned off ( 10.5 hours before it was fixed). All said, they added $4,000.00 on to the original bill and I don't think it was accurate. They charged 240.00 for 6 2x4's. The job started in August and it is January and we are finally wrapping it up. What a mess. I hope all goes well because I can't imagine having a problem and having them out again!

WPF was great to deal with during the stressful time of selling our house. They met the time constraints we had and the office staff was very friendly and helpful.The job was done quickly and professionally. We highly reccomend them!

Everyone that I worked with at Western Pacific Roofing were really nice people. They were upfront with me about my options and ended up saving me some money. As soon as I signed the contract, I got a call from the project manager and they were ready to get started... and they had a new roof on my garage in less than one day. I could barely tell they were at my house! I was referred to them by a family member who has used them several times and has always had a good experience. It's kind of hard to know what you're going to get with a contractor but I found them to be professional, knowledge and responsive.
