Sunnyside Roofing provided exceptional service and workmanship at a reasonable price. Their original assessment included going up onto the roof, completing an in-depth evaluation, and taking photographs which showed the damage and the extent of repairs needed. They explained how the lack of adequate ventilation attributed to the premature failure of the roof. Their roofing estimate included adding additional vents. The roofing crew was very professional arriving on time and working throughout the day in all kinds of weather including cold rain and hot sunny days. It took 2 weeks due to the size and complexity of our roof and adding to the difficulty of the job, the roof is over 32 ft high. The crew kept us informed regarding their progress and paid attention to details letting us know when they encountered wood sheathing and trim which needed to be replaced. They took their time cutting shingles to apply a beautiful aesthetic finish and look to a rounded roof turret and to the roof’s eaves edges. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Sunnyside Roofing for addressing any of your roofing needs.

Fast, high quality work. They schedule quickly, show up on time, and provide very good service for the price. Abraham worked with his team to let me know if there were any snags during installation too, so I was up to date the whole way through, and was given great input on how the details should be handled in terms of what work definitely needed to be done vs not.

We called Sunnyside Roofing as we had a leak in our roof. Abraham came quickly, found the leak and gave us an estimate to repair and also an estimate to replace our roof. As our existing roof was close to the end of its lifespan, we decided to replace it. The crew arrived on the scheduled start date and time. They worked every day, did a complete tear off of the old roof and got the new roof completed quite quickly. They did a really excellent job, we are very pleased with the new roof, and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof repair, or new roof. Sunnyside did an outstanding job installing our new roof. Some surprises were encountered with removal of the (very) old roof, but Sunnyside remedied them in a timely and competent way, always kept us in the loop, and performed all necessary work for a fair price.

Abraham and his crew did a great job on a residing project. And then painted it with the best paint (ShermanW.)! Sunnyside completed the work with skill, and compassion for the tenants in the house. We didn't know what we would find after opening the wall. Sunnyside found rot and replaced it with no damage to the interior wall! It was magic! Wow! A contractor that gets us scheduled quickly, shows up on time, does what they say they will do and charges what they say they will charge. Claudio and his team did a great job replacing my Spanish tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof. He was communicative throughout the entire process and extremely easy to work with. Their quote also came in much lower than other roofing companies that I spoke with. There was one hiccough, in that my mailbox was damaged during the work, however Sunnyside replaced it free of charge. I used them to replace my house roof. Workers were very polite and quiet hard workers, pay attention to the noise, so they work 8am-4pm Mon-Fri only. It took 5.5 days. After they finished they cleaned up nicely. It was a very pleasant experience. I recommend this company for the new roof.

Had a very good experience with Sunnyside Roofing, price was fair, service was done quickly and on time, and they were very responsive with questions. The only thing it could be better would be having some on line option for paying (current options are mailing a check or credit card through phone for a fee).

Abraham came to house and did a thorough inspection, writing up a bid. They completed the work exactly as promised, were on time and worked 3 full days on our house. We also needed gutters but had inlaid gutters and another company told us they couldn't do it, that we'd need a contractor. I talked to Abraham again and he came out with Aqua gutter Co and coordinated to get the job completed and remove the old gutters. We couldn't be happier. Great Company. I will refer them to anyone who asks. And their bid was very reasonable!!

Sunnyside Roofing was referred to me by my contractor. I was so happy to have my Garage Roof replaced. Did it in one day and the price was fair and the roof was perfect! Great service and really professional.

I highly recommend Sunnyside Roofing Services for roof replacement, and I have already referred them to my neighbors. I was hesitant which company to hire because I had many issues with my roof, the worst being that some of the rafters on the gable ends were rotted out, as were many of the skip sheathing boards under the plywood sheathing. Some companies didn't take my concerns seriously, saying they could replace my roof in one day, which I knew wouldn't be possible. As it turned out, it took a full 4 days of hard work and that didn't include the many hours I spent in preparation. I wanted to make sure that my roof was a good as new and everything rotten was replaced. Sunnyside exceeded my expectations.

Ricardo, Carmelo, and Victor (plus two others for the first 2 days) were really wonderful! Such nice people and such hard workers! The ends of my roof were sloped down because of the rot, and now I have new wood and the roof is nice and straight! They also installed a skylight, a tube light, ridge venting, counter flashing around my chimney, replaced some soffit boards, and replaced all of the fascia around my entire house (which I had pre purchased and painted so it would look good upon install).

I appreciated that Abraham was very flexible and didn't rush me. I first contacted him in January and I waited until October to have them replace the roof because I wanted to do some of the work myself (remove fascia, wood rot repair, fix some soffit boards). I also liked that he was willing to use any product that I requested, such as hot dipped galvanized nails, oversized drip edge, and any shingle brand. It took me a while to decide between Certainteed and Malarkey. In the end I picked Moire Black by Certainteed which is pretty standard in my neighborhood (and not a busy color), but I think Malarkey makes a better shingle, I just didn't like their color choice as much. (Note: A friend used Malarkey, and the shingles can stain if installed in very hot weather, so it may be better to use Malarkey in spring, fall or winter.)

Best Roofer in Happy Valley OR! They fixed my shed roof quickly and were reasonably priced. I got 3 quotes and they were slightly more than the lowest priced guy, but were more professional and knowledgeable. We had a tree that fell right on top of our shed and damaged the roof and shingles in 3 parts. They were able to replace the plywood, fix the structural beam, decorative beam and replace the shingles all in one afternoon. The crew was quick, respectful and professional. Highly recommend!

I was absolutely delighted with this company in every aspect. I had lots of questions and had done a lot of research on replacing my 27 year old cedar shake roof. I even interviewed another home owner that had used Sunnyside Roofing for 2 replaced roofs. At the time I thought their praise of the company was a bit over the top, but they were right on!!! I got 4 bids and theirs was the lowest and offered many more small extra services. Their professional service and advise was excellent. The team of 6 worked quickly and carefully on my very steep roof with lots of angles. They never cut corners and were very careful to retain the integrity of the stucco flashing. I cannot say enough positive things about this hard working, skilled crew.

We were stuck for a roof repair on short notice due to an inspection related to selling the house discovering some small things wrong on the roof. Awesome family company!... I was kind of paniced by the coming rainy season...mainly because the roof was 20 years old and had been damaged by last years windy storm. So I got a bunch of quotes from alot of other roofers........but alot of them just gave me the run around.... Sunnyside was AWESOME!...came right out....gave me a great quote.....AND DID IT IN ONE DAY!........ That was a tear off AND replace!....(we even had to have a couple of roof plywood pieces replaced)
