I'm not sure why this company has three different Google listings. And the Yelp listings show it as closed? In any case, I wanted to add my experience. This was a while ago, so things may have changed and please come to your own conclusions with your own research and experience. But this is what I experienced: 1) Price was way higher than it should have been, shockingly high in retrospect; partly my fault as I should have gotten more quotes; lesson learned; 2) Shoddy, rushed work -- future roofers found issues with the work they'd done such as a stem vent that was improperly installed that could lead to water intrusion, and a chimney rain cap that was not secured properly. Like I say, this was a while ago, so maybe things are different now. Perhaps people have rotated in and out of the company or my experience was a one-off. But do your due diligence. Get multiple quotes and ask questions.

Five-star roof installers in the area. Seek them out for estimates. Western Pacific's estimator quickly came out and assessed an area of leaking that the original roof installer couldn't find or repair after two attempts. They repaired the area. Then, a year later, the rest of the roof started to leak all over so I needed a quick total roof replacement. They again, estimated the roof quickly and scheduled the total replacement soon thereafter, during the first sign of decent weather. They are an approved GAF installer, and this roof came with a lifetime Gold warranty, so no more roof worries and no more mold growing in the attic.

We have used Western Pacific for two different homes and both times have been very happy with the results. They are professional, get the job done and communicate well. From the office staff to the estimator to the installers, everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend utilizing their services for your home repairs.
