Eagle Restoration was initially contacted by my insurance claim people (State Farm) who I later found out were not going to cover anything due to my having sold paintings out of my hobby art studio in the garage. Nonetheless Eagle Restoration helped me out by at least giving me a good price and their equipment to rent, in order to dry out the water heater flood damage. In fact, beware of insurance companies who say they are covering your home, but will not pay a thin dime of the damage if, as in my case, there was even $0.50 cents of commerce done (or a garage sale), in that area of the house. Thanks Eagle Restoration for a quick response (same day) and renting me your dryers!!!!

Eagle Restoration was great to work with. They responded quickly when we discovered a sever water leak in our crawl space. They were professional, kept the damage contained and answered every question we had. They also integrated seamlessly with our contractor Octopus Project Management. Eagle Restoration did a great job helping us deal with significant water damage to our home. They responded and did an assessment of the damage within the same day of our initial call. Within 24 hours they began the restoration process and arranged for storage of the contents in the rooms impacted. Excellent communications, we were always kept informed. I discovered minor water damage in our guestroom closet. Eagle Restoration came out the same day to start dealing with the problem. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything so that I could understand what needed to happen. They also leave their jobsite completely spotless. They put protective paper and plastic wrap to protect our wood floors and carpet. They also put up a nice barrier so that their work didn’t affect the rest of the room. I will use them again in the future if the unfortunate happens again. I’m also going to recommend them to anyone I know with water damage. Thank you Eagle Restoration!

On Christmas evening we noticed a fairly large water spot on our ceiling in the living room. Our insurance agent with Country Financial filed a claim promptly and Kyle from Eagle Restoration was in our home assessing the water damage a couple of days later. Kyle used a water meter and determined there was extensive moisture above our living room and guest bathroom ceilings. Note: he also checked other areas of our home, even though there wasn't any obvious problem, just to be sure. He proceeded to put up substantial protective plastic to keep all the demo debris out of the rest of our home. Kyle placed heavy paper down on the floors throughout the house and the damaged rooms. Of course the insulation was ruined and had to be removed. This was overall a very messy and tough mitigation process for Kyle and his crew. Kyle was super awesome, professional, skilled, and very friendly. Both my husband and I will say Kyle went the extra mile, cheerfully, to make sure we were well taken care of. Thanks again, Kyle!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eagle Restoration and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. While I was away on vacation in Florida, my home experienced some unexpected water damage due to the recent winter freeze. I was understandably stressed and worried about the state of my home, but Eagle Restoration put my mind at ease. They were quick to respond and took care of everything while I was away. They kept me updated throughout the process and even sent me pictures of the progress. When I returned home, my house was restored from the water damage. Our roof was leaking and Nick and his team showed up the next day to help us tarp the roof and mitigate the water damage. The team was professional and communicative. They made sure all the wood inside the drywall was dry before they removed the dehumidifier. A few days later after we removed the plastic wrap we discovered some sign of water on the wood so we called Eagle again, they came out the next day to test the moisture free of charge - thankfully it was just condensation from cooking in the kitchen which disappeared by itself. We have not had any moisture problem since then. Thank you, team Eagle!

Unfortunate circumstances that I met these guys however, I'm glad I did because I know who to recommend if anyone I know goes through something similar. Mike and his team made my garage look cleaner than it has ever been after it caught fire. It sucks to deal with the aftermath of a flood, fire, etc. but the team at ER made the process seem so effortless. They were professional and friendly, timely, and had excellent communication.

Nick from Eagle Restoration came out to do an inspection on my site. He was prompt, friendly and professional, and advised that the issue I had didn't require professional restoration (just some minor flooring work). That means they didn't even have a job to do on my site, even though he came out to inspect it. That kind of honesty and professionalism means that if I ever DO have an issue I need restoration for, these guys will be my first call, no doubt.

These guys are great. They came and estimated my job and did the repairs all in a three day time period. They also made sure to only do what was needed, keeping my cost lower than the original quote. 100% recommend Eagle!

This is the company you want to use! I had a picture hanging above my toilet that fell off the wall and broke the pipe from the wall to the toilet. Water went everywhere! I am so happy I chose to use Eagle Restoration. They came out the same day I called them. Michael H was the main person who I worked with. He was very professional, on-time, and had a great demeanor. I was bummed to have to even deal with this and had never filed an insurance claim before. Michael was great at helping explain the process and what I could expect from him and his crew.
The whole crew all had smiles on their faces and looked like they actually love their job and the company they work for. That seems to be a lost thing now days. Upstairs neighbor broke a pipe and it flooded down into my place. The landlord called Eagle Restoration and they were there within a couple of hours on Friday night.

Dimitry was great throughout, explaining to me what they were doing, checking for and how long the fans need to stay on.

When your place floods, you want constant communication and updates and Dimitry was on top of it. He communicated with me every day to check on things and always responded quickly if I sent him a question via text.

I would highly recommend Eagle Restoration if you have flooding to deal with inside your home.

I would recommend Eagle to everyone! We worked with Nick when we had a surprise leak behind our washing machine, they were quick to respond and Nick was so kind and patient with all of our questions. They set up the heater snd dryer under a "tent" and got everything drying asap, he stopped by every day to check on things and communicated next steps and his expected timeline. We filed an insurance claim and Nick had info on our adjuster and the process to help set our minds at ease and he was so easy to communicate with, he was very respectful in our home and went out of his way to be nice when we didn't expect him to. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Dimitri and his team were great. They were on time and had my entire crawl space cleaned up in just a couple days. Dimitri answered my texts and calls quickly and went above and beyond to even try to meet other plumbers at my house to show them what was going on. I had to work with 4 total companies to get my bathroom fixed due to warranty and insurance issues and this company was the only one I never had a problem with!

Michael and team were amazing - professional, knowledgeable, thorough, clean, and so patient with me (I am not technical or mechanical and I had a lot of questions). They were on time and flexible, given my crazy schedule. Sincere thanks to them for all of their great work.

We absolutely loved working with Eagle Restoration. Our roof sprung a leak and within a day of filing a claim, Michael and Dmitry began work in the damaged area, then came back the next day and finished the job. We’ve worked with other companies for water damage in the past, and it took weeks for what Eagle was able to do in basically a day and a half. They were also very nice and ensured we had a contractor referral before finishing up the job. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Eagle restoration. They were quick to respond, professional and Dimitri was always in contact with me to communicate every step of the process. They were always on time and everyone of the employees are courteous and respectful. 2nd update: They did a 3rd job for me for a recent water damage issue. I work with tons of contractors including plumbing, electricians, hvac, etc. and there’s always some issue that happens with almost every single one of them. Except Eagle restoration. They come on-site quickly, communicate thoroughly through the process, are responsive, and do a great job. It’s so hard to find these days… if you have any water damage issues, just hire them.

UPDATE: They did a 2nd job for me, another water damage cleanup issue, and once again they did a great job. I especially appreciated the expertise of their staff doing the work onsite. I hesitate to mention names because every single one of them was so helpful and knowledgable. I really liked that they gave me further insight/expertise into investigating the root causes of the issue, and recommendations moving forward.

Very impressed with eagle restoration. I had a water damage issue in my basement recently and they did a great job with drying it all out. More than that, their communication was amazing, they delivered exactly what they promised, easy to work with, and helped me with the job end-to-end by finding a contractor to do the re-build of what was torn down. That I really appreciated. And that contractor Boris was a pleasure to work with too, really nice and did a great job! Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Andy the owner was great at explaining everything that would take place. The techs, Michael and Kyle always kept me informed on what they were doing and when they would be here. I highly recommend this professional service should you need .

Really enjoyed working with Eagle Restoration. Professional, polite, thorough, clean, and high quality effort to start the restoration/repair of a damaged ceiling.

They fully protected everything in the room that we couldn’t easily remove, taped off the room to control the mess, then completely cleaned the area once they were finished. They even vacuumed my stairs, which is a PITA! Really appreciate the extra effort and super tidy result, ready for new materials.

Fast response, clean and polite. They are well informed of many insurance policies and what would be covered. They took lots of pictures for our insurance since they knew what they would be looking for. Once we found asbestos the containment went right up. Quick work.

We had a massive tree cut part of our house in half from second story roof all the way to garage floor. We were out in touch worh Eagle by our insurer at 4:30 AM and left a message. Andy called back in 10 minutes and had us started on the road to help. He is incredibly responsive and helpful with everything in a very difficult situation. Eagle Restoration came out within an hour when my sink got plugged and busted a pipe and it leaked from my upstairs kitchen to my downstairs bathroom. They came out and did test for asbestos and started drying out walls so plumber could come back out and open walls to fix leak. They were very professional and very clean. They kept us informed of process and helped me work with my insurance. Very friendly and helpful people. Would highly recommend! Great company!

I cant say enough about Andy and Eagle Restoration. They were not only amazing at what they do, but a company i could really trust in a time when I was dealing with a lot of issues for the first time.

He even was able to come by when the adjuster came through to make sure he was able to give his opinions and findings.

We called Eagle Restoration yesterday to help us assess interior/ceiling water damage and whether we still had an active leak. The two technicians arrived at 8am sharp this morning in uniform, fully masked and gloved, given the current COVID-19 situation. They tested the area, confirmed it was dry and provided the name of a contractor for us to consider to repair the damage. In and out in 15 minutes! Two thumbs up!

Around Thanksgiving 2019 we had a major water damage in our kitchen due to a rat eating through the dishwasher drain hose, unbeknown to us, and the floor flooded. The laminate flooring and the lower counters were damaged beyond repair. The floor needed to be dried which took several weeks but Andy and Demitri and their crew took care of removing the cabinets and flooring and drying the subfloor. They provided protection for adjoining rooms so we could still use them. They were exceptionally professional, showing up when they said they would or calling and rescheduling with in a day or 2 when they couldn't make it (this was during the Christmas holidays). They clearly explained every step of the porcess and did everything they said they would do. They made the transition from disaster to the next step of remodeling flawless and remarkably tolerable. They are outstanding!
