They completed the entire roof in just two days, using high-quality materials and top-notch equipment—including a conveyor system to transport shingles efficiently and a portable toilet for the crew, which kept things tidy and respectful.

Their team was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. They took great care to clean up thoroughly after the job was done—no debris or nails left behind. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of service and quality provided.

Great company to work with. The estimate was very accurate and competitive. Teo (owner) was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They started the work a few days early and had the roof complete in 2.5 days. The job consisted of tearing off old roof (23 sq) and replacing it. The roof is steep and the workers used safety equipment and practices. They did a good job cleaning up.
From start to end it was an enjoyable experience. I have no hesitation recommending Giron Roofing Company and would use them again. P.S. My homeowner's insurance lowered my roof deductible.

We got a few bids, but they were more professional and helpful with some of our gutter problems. They also had to deliver the bad news of the problems of the previous roof!! They sent pictures and did a great job calming me down when I was upset by what was not their fault! They even sent painters because of all the boards that had to be replaced. They worked hard! It took 3 days for the roof! Working 12-14 hour days!! The house, shop and shed look great!

We found Giron Roofing through Thumbtack and Jose very promptly reached out and came by the same day in the afternoon to get a fair quote. They were extremely patience with us as we went the process to gather quotes from other vendors and theirs came out best be far (both warranty and cost!). Jose even gave us a discount the same day we signed the agreement and came to work on our house earlier than expected because their previous slot cancelled. Jose, Teo and their team did a great job on the roof and just overall top notch professional to finish within 3 days all the while keeping the house surround clean/neat after every workday. I would not hesitate to work with them again on another roofing project and wholeheartedly refer them to family/neighbors looking for roofing projects.

Giron Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor and I could not be more satisfied with my new roof and gutters. Their estimate came in a few hundred dollars cheaper than others, and after researching the materials used by each company, I realized that Giron uses top of the line materials for the same price others were charging for lesser quality shingles. They were fast, efficient, clean and meticulous in their work. Very happy with my new roof and gutters.

The good:
Good price, work was done quickly and hopefully well (time will tell).
The Bad: we have found 10 NAILS in the driveway! Could have easily been stepped on or punctured a tire. Other nails and debris all around the house. Didn't do everything they said they would, and haven't returned calls or texts since job was done.

Came out the same day, found what they thought was the problem (cracked vents), and did the repairs in the rain. I appreciate their quick work, which decreased the damage to my ceiling and attic. No more leaking so far! Fingers crossed.

They came out and inspected with a week of contact. They gave a quote and stuck to it and it was very reasonable and affordable. They crew was able to do the entire roof in one day making it quick and easy. I was able to schedule my work within a week of signing the quote. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Loved working with Giron on the replacement of our old roof. Giron identified issues with the old roof installation, upon their inspection for the bid, that the other companies did not. Then, after winning me over with the experience and knowledge, they dropped the best quote by quite a bit. Communication through the whole process was excellent and within 6 days we had a brand new roof. Highly recommended!

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of having a new roof installed by Giron Roofing. The owner himself did a site visit to verify current conditions and do detailed measurements in order to prepare his estimate. And the install crew was professional and courteous. They had to pull off on the final day because of a surprise snow storm - but were back as soon as the snow was melted and it was safe to return. Really impressed with Giron and would recommend to everyone. Our estimator was timely and efficient, giving us an estimate quickly. The price was far better than 4 other well-known roofing companies we got bids from, yet we received the same roofing material, the job was done very well and very quickly. There was no unnecessary upselling or wasteful time and expense of ‘wrapping the house’ to keep area clean and they did a very good job of cleaning yard after work was done. One of the solar fans we had installed malfunctioned and they came out quickly to fix it. Our parents used Giron and now a friend has, and we’ve all had great experiences.

I would like to recommend Giron Roofing to anyone looking for a good roofer! I noticed that it was raining inside my house and they were able to come quickly to make and assessment and quickly re roof my house (in January). No issues about how cold it was. Jose gave me a fair estimate and was very patient when I had questions about it. The roofing people were at my house 1/2 hour earlier than expected and were still at my house as it was getting dark. They were very kind and respectful. I live on the east side and experience strong east winds and am so glad my roofing was done so quickly. I had painted my house this summer with bright tones and the roofing material I requested just fits so well with my colors. This is a great company!

9 years ago we had Giron Roofing put on a new roof for us. Recently we found a small leak in our garage. They came out and fixed it, they were professional, and they did a great job! It is nice to see a company that stands behind their product. We highly recommend them!

Giron built my roof more than 10 years ago. They did two more projects for me after that. In those 10 years, they always responded to my phone calls promptly. As least twice I called them for roof issues but turned out not their responsibility. But they did very thorough free exam without any complaint. Nice company and nice people. Highly recommend.

With a suddenly very leaking old roof with the onset of heavy rains in November, I was very upset. Jose' came within hours of my call. I felt most comfortable discussing my options with Jose's clear and concrete information, and chose his company over two other good companies.

Work started immediately! My large roof and gutters were replaced in 4 days! The roofers were here by 7AM each day waiting for daylight, and working until dark. They managed to get all done completely within a short dry spell between heavy rains. The roofers were very energetic, tidy and respectful of me and my home. I cannot be more appreciative! My roof is beautiful! And I'm not worrying about this heavy rain we're having.

We are so impressed with Giron Roofing! Their pricing was reasonable, they got started right away, and worked efficiently. They were thorough, careful. The work crew worked all day, not a minute wasted, and they were all very nice. I asked that they make sure any nails that had fallen and metal debris were picked up, and they did that very thoroughly. Jose was so nice and kind. They installed new gutters for us and did a good job of that too! I highly recommend Giron Roofing!

We had a roof leak and Jose came out right away. He gave us a competitive quote and we agreed to move forward. Jose sent his crew over that evening to put a tarp over the leaking area and protect our kitchen. The next day his crew arrived to tear off the old roof on our house and garden shed. His crew worked on Saturday and Monday to install the new roof. On Wednesday, his gutter installer came to put up the new gutters. We are very impressed with the work they did and the respect they showed to our property. I would absolutely recommend Giron Roofing for any roof issues. Thank you!

Recently had my roof replaced by Giron roofing. They did a really good job. They gave me a very competitive estimate and there were no extra charges afterwards. The crew did a nice job working in a tight area. My house is in a crowded development. They cleaned up each night and were done in a couple of days. The crew worked hard and the roof looks great.

The edge of the roof on the east side of my residence was repaired: ends of beams, soffit boards, and a new section of gutter. Giron Roofing coordinated the project, although another company that they work with, Vital Remodeling, did the repairs on the wooden parts. The number one priority for any project, as expressed to me by Teo Giron the owner, is the safety of his more than 30 workers. I think that’s good. From the time of my first meeting with Teo until the project was completed took about 5 months. Why? First, Giron Roofing wants to do entire roofs, not just small projects. Second, it was the busiest season (Summer). And third, Teo was not happy about having to fix another company’s mistake. (That company has gone out of business.) So, my small roof repair was low priority. Teo is really nice, and his manager Lester is talkative and jovial. Jesus and Modesto from Vital Remodeling did careful professional work. The three men from Giron Roofing who installed the section of gutter were efficient and matched the new gutter section to the corners perfectly. The project turned out beautifully and I am grateful that Teo Giron was willing to take it on. So, I would say that if you’re looking for a roofing company to replace the entire roof, you‘ll get an enthusiastic response from Giron Roofing. If you have a small roof repair project, Giron Roofing really doesn’t want to do it.

In 2022, i got quotes from three different roofing companies. Monetarily speaking, this company came in at or just under quotes, but the difference was they gave me a quote for worst case scenario. And get this, when they didn’t need to replace all the ply wood under my roofing shingles, they handed me a fat check back. Cuz they didn’t need it all.

Then, two years later, when I needed to do work on the chimney, they were cost effective, competent and efficient, getting the old chimney out and the roof patched to keep my roofs warranty in good standing.

That’s another thing about Giron, their warranty on their roofs was far longer than the other companies I considered.

Brass tacks, no nonsense, kind, well oiled machine. That’s how I’d describe this company.

I was very impressed with Giron Roofing’s quote, which was both reasonable and transparent. While some other roofing companies might offer lower quotes, their coverage may not be the same. For example, other companies might reuse your old roof vents and even some old flashings, but Giron Roofing uses only new, high-quality materials.
Giron Roofing also made sure to update all of my roof vents to meet current building code requirements. They replaced the old kitchen and bathroom roof vents with new ones that have flippers, all in compliance with the latest standards. The companies with cheaper quotes might skip these important updates.
Following Roger’s recommendation, I also decided to replace my skylights, which were nearly 30 years old and could have leaked at any time. Now, my entire roof is completely updated with new materials, and I have a solid warranty for years to come.

Another thing that sets Giron Roofing apart is their company culture and the quality of their staff. The team is not only friendly and professional but also experienced, and the work they did on my roof was of excellent quality. When I needed my roof cleaned, the owner came out, did a thorough review and offered me a very reasonable bid. The employees who came out to do the job a couple weeks later were efficient and did their job well. I will definitely use them yearly for roof cleaning as well as when it’s time to replace my roof.

I recently had my roof replaced by Giron. They were very communicative from the initial bid through completion of the project. The work crew was punctual and hard-working. The project took 3 whole days, and they left the surrounding areas spotless upon completion; they even used a magnetic rake to pick-up all staples and nails in the driveway and street. Their pricing was the best out of the 6 bids I received. Would definitely recommend this company for roof replacement and/or repairs!

I used Giron Roofing earlier this year to replace all the gutters on my house. I can not recommend them enough! The customer service and quality of work are top-notch! I worked with Lester on the sales side. Lester is a joy to talk to, and he is an all-around great person. He's been in the business for over 30 years and really knows his stuff. He recommended extra downspouts for me and explained all the codes about how many downspouts per linear ft, etc. He admitted they're not the cheapest in the area, but they use gutter screws instead of spikes and ferrules for no extra charge! I did get a couple of other quotes that were cheaper, but my interaction with Giron Roofing was by far the best. I was happy to pay a little extra to invest in the level of customer service and years of expertise. The installation team was friendly, thorough, and efficient as well. They also did a great job cleaning up after the project. I definitely recommend Giron Roofing and will go back for any additional roofing work in the future.

Great experience with this company. We got five bids from roofing companies and Giron was the most reasonably priced. They were half the price of the highest bid we got! (Highest bid was $23,000!). They seemed very knowledgeable and their team seemed very efficient. After signing the bid, they were here within a week or two. We have a small house and they completed the job in one day. They communicated well throughout the project and it didn’t feel like they tried to oversell us or recommend things we didn’t need. Very great experience and I’ve already recommended this company to a relative and co-worker who needed to replace their roofs.

We started this roof journey last year in 2023. We had received 4 bids and all were very competitive. Eric reached out to us about 3 weeks ago just to check in. Eric was not pushy and explained the process very well and most importantly we did not feel rushed or oversold on anything. Giron Roofing is the most professional, meticulous and thoughtful team I have ever seen in a roofing company. They have a clear division of labor. The new roof of my house was replaced in a day and a half. Everyone at Giron Roofing is very kind and communicative. What I particularly remember is Eric. He gave me very good advice when I was in trouble about what color roof tiles to use. Now look at the effect after the new roof is replaced. It is indeed satisfying. Gotta give Eric a thumbs up. Before and after replacing the new roof, he drove more than 2 hours back and forth twice just to check out the site and take photos. His spirit of serving customers deserves full marks. However. Watch them closely. They broke my pillar and tried to fix it, but ended up making it worse. Would have been better off just being honest about it and telling me, and to this day, they have still not fixed it or returned the part they broke. They did offer to put a different material on it, but that would not match the others.

I was referred to this company as a result of a pre purchase home inspection. The evaluation was thorough, and the work was done at a very reasonable price without pressure to increase the scope. Scheduling was easy, and the roofers were on time in completion of the work

Working with Roger and Lester and the fantastic crew was absolutely the best experience I have had in years. I certainly can't say anything, I mean anything, negative about the experience. Even though everything is done and paid for I ask Roger a question by text a while ago and, not only got an immediate text response, but then he called with a more detailed explanation. The house was built in 1915 and the roof is huge and had three layers of asphalt shingles over the original cedar shingles. To beat the rain they had a huge crew and it was totally done in about 3 days. I have never seen a crew work as hard as their crew did. I will recommend Giron Roofing again and again. Thank you Roger, Lester, and the amazing and cheerful crew!

Back in 2019 Giron Roofing completed a roof, gutters, painted trim, skylight and porch support repair project. We had multiple bids from various companies and Giron won out. They were low pressure and responded to us in a timely manner when we had questions. So, ultimately, they got our business.

This home is our rental home and our renter (at the last moment) notified me they were possibly going to need to do some live video conference calls from the home, during the scheduled time the roofing work was to begin. Jose and his team were VERY understanding and provided an option to start the job the following week. Being flexible in their schedule, to met the needs of our tenants was a pleasant surprise.

The last thing to note, is on the day they arrived, they placed a door tag on the neighbors homes, explaining they would be there during the week and there would be large vehicles and a lot of noise from job. They provided a name and number for any neighbor to call if they had any question or concerns . I thought that was very professional and went above my expectations.
