They will order most anything. They have a bore laser to assist in alignment of your optics at no extra charge.
They were quick and got that bolt out with no problem.

Great store and great staff. Other retail stores should learn from them about customer care and satisfaction.

Drop on by they have a selection of stuff I found to be interesting got ammo and guns to stoves and refrigerators when I get ready going back to get a few shelves to put on my wall it will be awesome really good place

My husband goes there for most of our tools, they're great. Let's talk about the autoshop for a moment. They're amazing! We brought in our Hyundai because whoever own the car last put a giant bolt into the spot to hold the oil pan. We were worried it was going to need a whole new oil pan, and if not we were still going to be charged for a removal of the bolt for a heafty price. Needless to say, I don't think we'd take our car anywhere else than these people. They were quick and got that bolt out with no problem. Appreciate their ability to fix this issue quickly

My wife an I bought guns here .Very helpful young man at the gun counter in fact the whole family was very helpful an made the process professional an a great learning experience .. Also bought a grill here they helped with the selection an walked us through the grill features .. I will an my wife always support this local business .

Best hardware store there is. Big selection of just about everything. The gun department is top notch with actual gun people who know their guns. On top of that they do repairs and installations on most firearms. I love to visit with the people there and I always have a great time. I highly recommend it.

This is by far the best store in alamogordo they have good customer service and as for point S they have good customer service as well everytime I go they always make me laugh

My father brought his truck here for new upper and lower control arms on the passenger side. They did not align the truck and claimed the suspension needed to "settle" before they could align it two weeks later. The steering wheel is a full 1\4 turn off from center. The cv shaft outer boot was punctured during the control arm replacement and when this issue was brought to John the Manager, he states they are not liable for "old used parts that break during service". The boot was getting old and starting to Crack but was NOT punctured, and now it is. It's very obvious it was damaged during the repairs, and was completely avoidable damage. You can see the fresh grease slung all about in the photo.

Great old school type hardware store. And I have the utmost respect for them to respect Americans rights and not enforcing mask mandate. They have a great sense of humor and they love my dog and gave her a treat.
