Absolutely love this group and love the service. We had water damage, they continued to call and follow up with us to make sure everything was going smooth. The adjuster that was sent was absolutely amazing and our damage was taken care of quickly and for the full amount damaged! These guys care about you and your needs! Highly recommend them!

Amazing costumer service. I am currently selling my house in Alamogordo while in Korea and received a very confusing message from my husband about my flood insurance. So I called and spoke to Dororthy (?). I wasn't even sure exactly what I was supposed to be calling about.She had apparently already spoken to my realestate agent and knew exactly who I was, what information I needed and who i needed to call to get that information. She made a potentially confusing, stressful process incredibly easy. I was so blown away I HAD to write a review right away, even though it's 2 am here. Thank you USA Insurance!

USA Insurance is amazing, and I am glad that they offer state-wide service since we are located in Albuquerque, NM. One of Dave Ramsey's top financial tips is to switch to an independent insurance agent, and it has really helped us. USA Insurance was able to get us more coverage on our home and vehicles for less money than we were previously paying. They also helped my husband to sign up for health coverage on the Health Exchange so that he became insured for the first time in years. Even when we needed rental insurance quickly in order to broker a mortgage deal on a new home and allow us early occupancy, Caroline Boles was able to get us inexpensive rental insurance in less than a couple of hours even though we are located in Albuquerque so that we could close the deal on our new home. In the past, we signed up for insurance online, and the customer service of USA Insurance has made a huge difference for us. We could not recommend USA Insurance more highly.
