Hardworking, professional team that does top quality work. They installed a modern high capacity septic system that meets my needs and is capable of accommodating planned expansion in the future. While not inexpensive, they provide very good value for the money.

We recently moved into a 20 y/o home, and within two months it became apparent that the leach field was not draining. I had used Jontel in the past, at another home nearby, and was pleased with the results. The owner came out soon following my request, and we agreed that the system needed to be replaced. I value experience and the owner has 40+ years of experience. He sent a team, headed by his son, and they arrived in about two weeks. The team communicated well with me, and they took special precautions to avoid any damage to our newly refurbished front yard. They located the new tank in a much more appropriate position, and used laser measuring and leveling to insure appropriate levelness of the tank and appropriate slope of the lines. I have had three previous septic installations elsewhere, and this is by far the most sturdy and well constructed system. They left the surface of the installed area in much better shape than before the installation. My compliments to them on a job very well done. I would strongly recommend them for good service, timely response, and excellent results.

I wish all companies were as easy to deal with as Jontel. They’re out here finishing a job for us. The guys are respectful of property, so respectful I didn’t even realize they were here. They got right to work.

I called Jontel Septic because I feared I had a filled tank and thanks to Johnny, I don't have a septic tank issue I have an irrigation issue. Not only did he assist me with this knowledge, he offered me information and put me in contact with someone that can assist this issue. Such a great help!

Jontel just installed a Septic system for me on my forever home build, the owners son rant the project, was always professional courteous and willing to answer questions. He even did his best at preserving the Occatillo cactus on the property that he could and it was much appreciated. From the time they walked the property bid and billing was consistent as well. Will definently use Jontel Septic again.

There was a miscommunication about the importance of our Heritage irises. My wife distinctively asked if her irises were going to be hurt. She was told "no problem, we will go under them and they is no issue". She came home to trees branches cut off, her irises dug up, no phone call prior to starting, very distraught. Luckily "Luke" saved them in 5 gallon buckets and profusely apologized to her.

We had our septic system back up. Jontel came right out and pumped the tank in about 1 hour. Very good service.

Jontel provided quality service at a reasonable price. They pumped my old septic and installed a new one upon discovering the old one had collapsed. The team was efficient, professional, and friendly. They answered all my questions, gave me financial resources should I need help, and completed the job quickly. They were considerate of the trees on my property, taking care not to damage any trees that did not need to be removed to put in the new septic and leach field. They had some leftover gravel that was not needed for the leach field, so they used it to level off my driveway. While no one wants an unexpected expense like replacing a septic system, the Jontel team made the experience pleasant and easy. I would recommend them to anyone in need, especially in the Timberon community.
