HSC: A Remarkable Team of People
PAST COUPLE OF YEARS
The Plumbing Dept:
I would like to give a shout out to the plumbing dept. Over the past couple of years, my home has unveiled occasional water leaks and other emergency plumbing situations. Through it all, these folks have always responded with haste. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. What can I say other than, no complaints here, about any of their work. Not to mention, it was my experience with the plumbing department which is the reason that I decided to hire HSC for a home repair project.
HOME REPAIR PROJECT
The Construction Dept:
A shout out to Stephen [I apologize if I misspelled your name]: Stephen, you have been awesome every step of the way in coordinating my project work, through the scheduling changes of a start date to its completion.
For those of you reading this post, I live in a mobile home community and while I worked to schedule a project start date, road repair within the park was simultaneously planned which conflicted with my project. I was unaware of this at the time. How can HSC technicians enter and leave the job site if the roads are blocked for repair? So, I had to coordinate with Stephen to reschedule my project, more than once, which I’m sure affected other clientele.
For example, the actual start date for the park’s road repair was a few days late in its commencement. Once the road repair finally began, only one person was assigned to do the work, so the project took longer to complete and this resulted in another rescheduling of my own project. Thank you Stephen for your patience, professionalism and assistance throughout my situation.
The Project Work:

Interacted with these guys for a few days and they are awesome. Easy to talk to, understanding of my concerns throughout the project and not once did I sense irritation with my countless questions. Hard workers who treated my home like it was their own; Thank you for this guys, I really appreciate that mindset and many other clientele will as well.
The project task required replacement of water damaged trim, removal of rotted frontal columns, removal and re-installment of drip edge and painting of the final product install. For those non-construction worker types reading this post, this repair project may seem simple enough but not so. In my obserbations, the entire process to my own surprise seemed quite an undertaking which is why I am thankful that I did not attempt to do such work myself.
Thank you guys for your outstanding work and for helping me maintain that “new-like” appearance of my home.

A shout out to Kasey [I apologize if I misspelled your name]: Kasey, I must have called 10 to 15 times to ask questions, leave messages, schedule plumbing repair or to speak to Stephen and you have always been kind, understanding, patient and professional. Not once did I sense any annoyance from you. What can I say other than, THANK YOU! I really appreciate the job you do as the FRONT LINE to the customer service experience and you certainly set the bar high, quite exceptional.
In the spirit of my past military service, I salute all of you at HSC for an outstanding representation of a very fine local business.
