Super good experience. I had my dog with me and everyone from West Hills Kia was very accommodating. We sat outside, employees were friendly. The service was quick. I really appreciated the free iced latte!

West Hills Kia Service Department has always been outstanding! I bought my Kia at West Hills and they have always been on top of getting me scheduled for oil changes and mileage services for the past 3 years. I don’t even have to think about when I have to get my next oil change because they always call me with reminders, which I LOVE! They also always have deals going to purchase multiple oil changes or a combination of services for reasonable and discounted prices, which is always a blessing. I wouldn’t take my baby (my Kia) anywhere else. I always know the technicians take the best care of my vehicle and leave it better than they found it. Also, the people working behind the desks and making the calls are always such a joy to work with. They’re always happy, smiling, willing to answer any and all questions, and make sure my vehicle is ready before the estimated time. They also always manage to get my car in, in a timely matter which is so appreciated! I’ll always recommend West Hills services, especially Kia, for any vehicle maintenance services! Thank you guys!

There was a small hiccup when I dropped my car off for service however, I'm extremely impressed with how professional the staff and management handled the situation. Each time I went in I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I would recommend West Hills Kia Service to friends and family.

Service was great! we were given free coffee vouchers and didn't have to wait too long. Nina was informative, friendly and polite.

Jason was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about getting the right services I needed for my vehicles maintenance. I was very impressed and satisfied with his level of knowledge and help in assuring me I wasn't overlooking any necessary services.

Purpose of visit was to resolve a recall issue under the passenger seat of my 2023 Kia Niro EV Wing. Estimated completion of the 8am appointment was 2pm, but West Hills Kia managed to complete the task and a 36 point inspection by 11am! Thanks so much gang!

I pretty much always have a great experience at West Hills Kia. The people there are pretty helpful and friendly. Sometimes you might get someone who tries to talk you into an air filter change you don’t need or pushes a little for a sale, but overall they have been honest and easy on sale pressure compared to other dealerships. Their little cafe is nice for a snack or even some lunch items if you hang out there for an oil change. Even my kids like coming with me to the West Hills Kia because of the free drink or snack from the cafe and the popcorn machine.

Going to West Hills Kia was much more enjoyable than I expected. I got an appointment much sooner than I thought I would when I called. No waiting to get started when I arrived. My service rep was informative, and a joy to work with. There was even a snack bar where I had a good sandwich while I waited. The service was done quickly and I got a free car wash! The 3 oil changes package was ideal for me, I’ll be looking forward to returning.

Nina and the team were spot on. Check in was quick and pick up was the same. The video of my car when the service check was being done unexpected but appreciated.

My recent experience with Nina at West Hills Kia was exceptional.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Nina, who provided assistance with entry and promptly addressed my needs. She efficiently retrieved my vehicle's profile and confirmed the complimentary oil change service. Within minutes, she had completed a walk-around inspection and offered a beverage of my choice while directing me to a comfortable seating area. Nina then detailed the scope of the oil change, including a comprehensive safety inspection.

Following the inspection, I received a text message outlining the results, which indicated all systems were functioning optimally, with a recommendation for tire rotation. Throughout the process, I received attentive service. Nina provided assistance with exiting the facility, anticipating my need for extra space for my wheelchair. She ensured I was comfortably situated in the driver's seat and included a complimentary car wash. Nina's performance was outstanding, and I intend to remain a loyal customer.

Jason was very helpful and he makes everything smooth as silk. He even explained it to me what they did to correct the recall problem of the rail on my 2025 Kia Carnival. So far this dealership and the service department haven't disappointed me. Thank you Jason you're the best brother!!!

I always take my car in for an oil change at West Hills Kia. They always do an excellent job and makes suggestions if I need it. They don’t hassle me about not taking their suggestions. They are also quick and efficient.

Aundrea, at West Hills Kia, was very helpful and clear. I appreciated that all the Reception team has always been helpful. The service was timely and clear. Prices were competitive, as I priced my part at geographically closer shops.

The drop off early in the morning is very convenient when they are closed. Alex's called me to let me know that my vehicle has been checked in and went over the information I wrote on the envelope. Ensured me that he would check to see if everything would be covered by the warranty and would give me feedback. Alex called back and let me know everything would be covered by my warranty and they would also give my SUV a look over for any other things. Vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and informed me that I could pick it up once I had the opportunity to stop in. He drove my vehicle around to me and remove the plastic and paper from my vehicle. Ensured that I was happy before I left. Outstanding customer service!

I was happily welcomed by Nina as soon as I walked in the door. The job was done in less time than predicted and I was on my way home early.

Very helpful people on the floor who went above and beyond. I appreciate all the help. Car seemed to have some difficulty driving and alarms the next day. But they got me right back in for an evaluation to check on my car again.

Jason did an amazing job. I had thought I needed him more service but he made sure I didn't order more service than I needed. Saved me like $80 appreciate that so much and every time I come in for service he is always ready to help with the big smile and very attentive .

I have been going to West Hills Kia for 12 or 13 years. I have bought 4 car from them. The thing I have said is the service was great. Today’s service was not good. When I made the appointment for the 30 k miles service I was told it was a a two hour service, so I planned on waiting at the dealership. When I arrived this morning they said they were short staffed so it would be 8 hours. Included in the cost was a loaner. No one mentioned that as an option when booking the appointment. When they told me the service was going to be 8 hours I asked and they said it had to be scheduled at the time of the appointment. There was no offer of a curtesy ride home or anything. 8 hours later the car is ready and when I went to pay the $800 bill they charge the bogus 3% credit card fee. I get to my car and the car had not been vacuumed, floor mats were dirtier then they had been at arrival. The seat, mirrors, and other car settings had not been returned to wear they had been when I arrived. All of that are part of the service.

Fast and efficient service. Aundrea was on top. Gave every single detail on what was done on the vehicle and set expectations and wait time. She even provided me details on the warranty of my plan

They take care of you, and if you ask for something. And its is not needed they will tell you so. We did an inspection... no problems ..an awesome place for service.
