Where do I start…. The guy that was “helping” me with my service lied about things and was awful at communicating. They kept my car overnight when they could have got it done the day I brought it in. The guy wouldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car until the next day, and said he told me what was wrong with my car the day before. No, he told me to leave. I only found out what was wrong with my car until I took it upon myself to message him myself and ask when I could go pick up my car.
The whole experience was awful and I probably wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t want to work with Jason again. He needs to learn how to communicate. I get it the shop gets busy and I understand that. But, there was no communication from him until I texted him.

West Hills Kia Service Department has always been outstanding! I bought my Kia at West Hills and they have always been on top of getting me scheduled for oil changes and mileage services for the past 3 years. I don’t even have to think about when I have to get my next oil change because they always call me with reminders, which I LOVE! They also always have deals going to purchase multiple oil changes or a combination of services for reasonable and discounted prices, which is always a blessing. I wouldn’t take my baby (my Kia) anywhere else. I always know the technicians take the best care of my vehicle and leave it better than they found it. Also, the people working behind the desks and making the calls are always such a joy to work with. They’re always happy, smiling, willing to answer any and all questions, and make sure my vehicle is ready before the estimated time. They also always manage to get my car in, in a timely matter which is so appreciated! I’ll always recommend West Hills services, especially Kia, for any vehicle maintenance services! Thank you guys!

I pretty much always have a great experience at West Hills Kia. The people there are pretty helpful and friendly. Sometimes you might get someone who tries to talk you into an air filter change you don’t need or pushes a little for a sale, but overall they have been honest and easy on sale pressure compared to other dealerships. Their little cafe is nice for a snack or even some lunch items if you hang out there for an oil change. Even my kids like coming with me to the West Hills Kia because of the free drink or snack from the cafe and the popcorn machine.

Going to West Hills Kia was much more enjoyable than I expected. I got an appointment much sooner than I thought I would when I called. No waiting to get started when I arrived. My service rep was informative, and a joy to work with. There was even a snack bar where I had a good sandwich while I waited. The service was done quickly and I got a free car wash! The drop off early in the morning is very convenient when they are closed. Alex's called me to let me know that my vehicle has been checked in and went over the information I wrote on the envelope. Ensured me that he would check to see if everything would be covered by the warranty and would give me feedback. Alex called back and let me know everything would be covered by my warranty and they would also give my SUV a look over for any other things. Vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and informed me that I could pick it up once I had the opportunity to stop in. He drove my vehicle around to me and remove the plastic and paper from my vehicle. Ensured that I was happy before I left. Outstanding customer service!

I have been going to West Hills Kia for 12 or 13 years. I have bought 4 car from them. The thing I have said is the service was great. Today’s service was not good. When I made the appointment for the 30 k miles service I was told it was a a two hour service, so I planned on waiting at the dealership. When I arrived this morning they said they were short staffed so it would be 8 hours. Included in the cost was a loaner. No one mentioned that as an option when booking the appointment. When they told me the service was going to be 8 hours I asked and they said it had to be scheduled at the time of the appointment. There was no offer of a curtesy ride home or anything. 8 hours later the car is ready and when I went to pay the $800 bill they charge the bogus 3% credit card fee. I get to my car and the car had not been vacuumed, floor mats were dirtier then they had been at arrival. The seat, mirrors, and other car settings had not been returned to wear they had been when I arrived. All of that are part of the service.
