Nice individual but poor service. I paid to have my roof clean in April of ‘25 and the roof was sprayed with the explanation that once the Moss had died rain would wash it all away within 13) weeks. I waited until the end of July and it looks the same, the moss is dead but looks the same. I called and Power Pro came out on Tuesday the 29th. He said “You paid for a clean roof and that’s what you’re going to get” I was told that when he got home or the next day I would be on the schedule. As of today, I haven’t been placed on any schedule nor did my message get returned from yesterday.
As I said the individual was pleasant but that doesn’t get my job done. I’ll let my Attorney get my money back and I’ll have a professional come out and do the job right the first time. I posted pictures today, you can see the roof wasn’t cleaned but I certainly paid for it…nearly 4) months ago.
