SERVPRO worked hard to help me clean up the drywall dust after a big plumbing job in my home. I’m grateful for the work they did cleaning up my home.

Had a bathroom hose burst and Servpro came out on a Sunday to get the process started ASAP. The technicians were respectful of our home, efficient and direct. They answered all my questions and were upfront about coverage and processes. They cleaned up their work space and were very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to take care of your water damage repairs.

I manage facilities for a community bank, we had a customer who had an accident in our branch and we were in dire need of an emergency cleaning, called ServPro of Kitsap and they had someone there within two hours, their team communicated well and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend these folks for any job!!!

I was in California when my fire suppression pipe bursted in my Condo in Washington. In addition, I was in California during the majority of the repair work. I was in complete SHOCK when I went to see my Mom's house it was completely destroyed I had no IDEA what to do! Luckily I had Mr Chris Street assist me not only did he take care of things for me and my Mom he communicated with me every step of the way I live in Utah and this was such a relief. I would recommend ServPro to anyone I know. They are TREMENDOUS and now the next team is ready to put my Mom's house back together. If you’re thinking of doing business with this company, run away. Overall my experience with the Bremerton ServPro office has been filled with lies, incompetence, and legitimate fraud that I’ve retained all proof of. Only after several weeks of my going through their screwed up invoices to find all of the inaccuracies and lies and explain to them each and everything wrong with their books did I finally go from owing them $700 to them refunding me $98. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company.

The Short Story: We originally called Servpro when my washing machine overflowed and flooded my downstairs. Their mitigation team came out promptly and took care of all the damage professionally. Unfortunately that was where the happy customer experience ended. During the process of scheduling our reconstruction, the bid suddenly jumped from $10k to $16k and no one from ServPro could explain where the extra $6k came from. Because of that we told ServPro we no longer desired to work with them and would like a refund of the 50% we’d paid up front, about $5500. As the only work ServPro actually completed was a couple hundred bucks work of insulation in our crawl space, we expected most of that deposit back. They then sent us an invoice that WE OWED THEM $700 on top of the $5500 we’d already paid when they had completed none of the work.

The Incompetence: We ultimately did purchase the flooring materials through them so that was $5k of our deposit. The bid from the flooring company was $4600 for materials + tax for a total just over $5k. That $5k was then added to the ServPro bid + tax of over $400. So now I’m paying almost $1k tax on $4600 in materials. I had to email them and inform them they were charging tax twice and ask them to correct that as issue number 1.

The Lies: After we hired another company to replace ductwork in our crawlspace, ServPro included $280 in duct work on their final invoice. I had to email them to inform them they didn’t do that work so they needed to remove the item from our invoice.

The Fraud: After multiple emails back and forth about the above issues, they ultimately removed the extra tax and the ductwork they didn’t perform, yet my bill was almost no different. I had to email back and forth several more times to finally figure out that they adjusted overhead and profit from $57 overhead and $57 profit, to $267 overhead and $267 profit. So while they removed almost $700 in false charges, they then added back in $420 in O&P to try to hide the money where it wouldn’t show up. This O&P wasn’t on ANY of the previous invoices, only after all the other charges came off did the O&P go up that high. Literally the definition of fraud.

Bottom line, when they realized I wasn’t going to pay them $700 that wasn’t owed to them, they started hiding money in other places of the invoice hoping I wouldn’t notice. I can’t imagine how this company is still in business.

I started off with a positive notes for this company,. I came home to find out my basement was flooded. Didn't know who or what to do, we quickly did a quick search and found them online. We called them and they showed up within 2 hours. When the crew arrived they knew exactly and explained to us all the details. They finished pumping the water out of our carpet and left us with the dehumidifier and told us they will returned to cut off our dry wall so that we don't have mold growing up the walls. After they left w our basement continued to be soaking wet again. We still can't figure out where the water was coming from. Whatever the case we contact them again and asking when they will be coming back to complete the job. They came in the next day, doing the same thing again and this time we asked them to remove the carpet. It's cooked. They completed the job and we asked the manager to give us a quote on drywall removal. They left us the dehumidifier and said they will be contacting us with the quote. The next day come, no email no phone calls. After waiting for 3 days we heard nothing. I called the office amd and asked what's the status on the project. No one seemed to know what I was talking about so they took down all my info. But they did send someone to remove the dehumidifier like I asked to. A worker showed up and picked it up and I asked if he could tell me when they were coming back demo the wall. He said he didn't know cos that was not his job. More days gone by we still didn't hear anything. , not even a bill. So at this point we had to find a different company to do the demo. At this point it was almost 2 weeks since the flood. Removing the walls just to find out mold continues to grow higher up the walls. Now they starting to send us bills. Good start but horrible ending. Felt like we got punched in the stomach twice. I can not justify this action. Whatever the reasons they have we need someone to explain to us why. It's bad enough that we have a damaged home, now our mental is hopeless.

My clean up crew was compassionate (they came to help after my husband died at home in bed.) They were prompt and kind, and thorough. Thank you Christopher and Josh.

After contactor above my condo unit caused two ceiling leaks..I was at a loss of what to do. SERVPRO was a lifesaver! Prompt. Professional and so reassuring! Would recommend to everyone!

I'm an out-of-town owner of a rented condo that had water damage in a bathroom. Christopher was fabulous with communication and sending updates and photos. Very helpful and supportive. Job done well in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I hired this company because we woke up to a waterlogged sink cabinet. I have been really impressed with their professionalism and answering all of our questions. We were having issues with getting our insurance to respond and they went over and beyond to help us. I highly recommend them. Very happy customer.

Our basement flooding required fast action. ServPro started water cleanup within hours. The office staff communicated with us about each process step. The on-site team was prompt, professional and courteous.

We had a small flood in our kitchen. We called our insurance company and they referred us to Servpro. What a great response with professional crews to help out in a time of need! They cleaned up the water, added two dehumidifiers for a few weeks, checked on us, and packed out our kitchen cabinets. We have acquired a lot of stuff through the years and they professionally packed out everything we needed to restore our home! Great job Servpro. Highly recommend!!!

Jen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking for advice and trying to figure out the best way to handle an issue. She talked me through the best course of action for my situation and was clear about what needed to be done. I will definitely be going to these guys in the future!

Due to the rough winds we have been having a tree branch was blown through our window and servpro came within the hour of me calling to come and not only cover my window but help clean up debris and glass that was caused by the damage. The employee Chris was incredibly professional and extremely helpful and kind in every aspect of this repair!

For what SERVPRO did accomplish, they did a great job. BUT.. and this is a HUGE BUT... SERVPRO KITSAP COUNTY IS AN ORGANIZATION/COMPANY that has no problem LYING to their customers and then not owning up to the lies, SERVPRO motto is "LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED" That is their BIGGEST LIE. I had a signed contract for Remediation, clean up and restoration. SERVPRO walked away from the project after stripping my walls and ceiling, drying out the damaged area and REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB. Their reason,,, at least one of them was "they were too busy" SERVPRO continued to lie to me over and over as to why they would not satisfy the terms of the SGNED CONTRACT. I have EVERY EMAIL and so do they.. I do not recommend them at all.

Fantastic Service and communication! I would like to personally commend Nick who was mainly assigned to our home, during our water damage into our home. Nick is the consummate professional, he has the "can-do" attitude that people seek, and has genuineness which is hard to find these days. We are in the process of using Servpro for our insurance claim needs during a major roof compromise and water entry into the house. Brittanty, Jarunya, and Lacie were sent to clean our entire house for an unforseen event. This is only the small scope of work that has to accomplished, but I wanted to ensure these professional woman received the proper recognition, even though we have a ways to go on completion of our restoration. Brittany, Jarunya, Lacie are GENUINELY respectful (no act!), professional, caring, and trustworthy and did an amazing job without supervision. They kept on task and followed procedures. It's refreshing when you dont have to babysit workers and we even left them in our house alone for almost 5 hours, gave instructions on how to lock the home, and notify us when they departed. It was flawless. Communication is ALWAYS a must and communication continuity is the difference between a stressful/missed expectation and the difference of helping cut through the stress by communicating. Brittany ensured communication was at the top of the list, and not only surpassed our expectations, but accomplished that expectation goal of trust and follow through in all aspects. We are more impressed with this company than we can possibly convey to you in a Google review, but we are going to try. We worked with three different people from this company -- Chris, Tony, and Jonathan. They were incredible knowledgeable about water damage and gave us lots of useful information (which we needed -- I am the kind of person who asks ten million questions). These men put their hearts into what they are doing. Also, they came on time, answered phone calls promptly, and were just generally amazing. If anyone has water damage, call immediately, and they will be at your house within two hours. We are so, so, so appreciative. Without their help, we would have had a major mold problem on our hands.

UPDATED: I had a pretty poor experience with some of the office staff and some of the equipment used for my project. Upon reading my initial review, the Owner, Terry, reached out to me personally to apologize. He has already made changes to some of the equipment issues that I mentioned and offered to reimburse me for my expenses as well as refund me for the amount I was charged. This man was very genuine and I could hear in his voice how disappointed he was with what had happened. I told him on the phone that it is actually refreshing to see a business owner actually care that much about the people that use his service. If I have issues in the future that require the services of a mitigation company I am hopeful that ServPro could provide me with the same level of service that their owner has shown me they are capable of. We woke up to water coming from inside the wall in the laundry room. It was a nightmare! Servpro came in and cleaned up the mess. Very professional. I highly recommend this company!

I called late in the evening on a Friday night and had service at my home within an hour. Over the weekend they were very prompt when arriving and checking on all our needs. They communicated better than any company I've ever dealt with. They were extremely friendly and professional. Nick, Kevin, Chris and crew.....THANK YOU!!! I can't say enough positive things about this franchise (Servpro of Kitsap County). We had a toilet supply line explode and flooded our house on all three stories. I contacted my insurance company and they assured me someone would be contacting me ASAP. I received a call within the next couple hours and they were out the next day. Kevin Kilwine the project supervisor was a total professional. The additional staff was prompt, professional, polite and respectful of our situation and our home. They did what they said they would do and always kept us in the loop. They left our home clean after each day of work and even put up with my dog.

Though I would hope I would not have to retain them again however,should I ever need their services they would be the first and only call I would make.
