Tom and Jamison recently came out to clean our hard surface floors. Care is a dying art, but not at ServPro. Tom and Jamison did a great job and our vinyl floors look brand new again. I will definitely be using ServPro again :)
Unfortunately for me I’ve had to use ServPro twice. Great first experience. Felt the job was done thoroughly. This recent experience is mixed. Christian arrived and put on shoe covers and covered my floors to haul in the equipment. He explained simply the particulars. He was great. The crew that came 2 days later to check moisture level did not bother to cover their shoes or remove them. They wheeled out the equipment on my floors without laying the cardboard to protect my brand new flooring. Moisture was still detected, partial flooring removed and fans and dehumidifier also removed. Why, when moisture was still present? Was told I’d get a call the next day to have an appt set up for an estimator about laying the flooring. There was too much confusing info being given. No call. Now I wait…meanwhile washer is unhooked and I’m left wondering when my project will get finished. 2 stars only for this last crew but 5 stars for Christian. And I don’t like being asked to rate the crew as they stand watching. That should not be a thing. Let me review AFTER the crew has left.
Edit: I was quite pleased to get a quick response from Mason Friermuth, manager, addressing my recent issues. He came to the house, checked the “lay of the land” and assured me he’s addressed my concerns with staff and the employees in question. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars and appreciate ServPros excellent customer service.
