Sergio and his team are the best! Professional and caring, they do great work at a very fair price. We bought our first home and Sergio came out to look at the roof to see what shape it was in. He pointed out somethings we could do right away that would prolong the roof's life, had his guys out within a week to do minor repairs. There's no question when we need a new roof this is where we will go!

Sergio and his team have been great to work with. They did a great job on the chimney and even helped to spread Moss-Out while up on the roof. All I can say is if you have roof related work needing done and want a company you can trust, call Sergio at West Coast Roofing. They were able to take on the many roof repairs that my 1937 house needed. Yes, by the end of the job they’ve installed a great roofing product that looks very nice, but before they could get to that, there were problems discovered lurking below the old roofing that had to be fixed… 1.) Rotten/Moldy wood needing replaced. 2.) Full roof sheeting since my old house had no existing plywood sheeting! 3.) Skylights that needed replaced, relocated, reframed. 4.) Low slope roof areas requiring a different style of roofing. WCR took care of it all! I was given a free quote, that was lower than the other two I had been given. The on site crew was always professional; they clean up at the end of each day, and tarp any areas of roof that aren’t dried in.

I got several quotes and West Coast Roofing was the most competitive with the cost of a new roof. West Coast Roofing completed the job in three days, even though I had several sheets of plywood that needed to be replaced.
Sergio went above and beyond making me feel at ease with the project. Customer service was exceptional.
The workers were all respectful of my property, they cleaned the worksite so well each day. I could not tell a roofing project was going on. After the job was complete they did an extra clean-up of the area.
I liked that they had a dump truck to haul away all the old shingles. They drove the truck off the property each day after clean-up so I could still use my garage to park my car, and no damage to my driveway from a dumpster.

This company is in the process of reroofing my apartment building. They are extremely inconsiderate and loud in the early morning hours. One morning I had to ask them to turn off their boombox that they decided to play right outside my open bedroom window at 7:30am. They also have been leaving countless rusty nails and staples in the parking lot behind cars and in walkways. My dog had almost stepped on some and my tires on my car have barely missed 3 inch nails. Also not to mention the fact that this process was supposed to take 2-4 weeks and it’s been going on a whole month now while they’ve had half our apartment parking lot closed so half the tenants can’t even park here and there’s no off street parking available at this location. This company is horrible at cleaning up afterwards for the day and are very loud. If that’s what you want then by all means hire this company. They’re also extremely inconsistent on what time they arrive during the day.
UPDATE: Found all this broken glass in the parking lot when they finally finished the job.

We had an old roof that needed a complete replacement and a lot of repairs - fireplace, gutters, skylight, rotting boards, vents on the roof, bathroom fan vent replacements. There was a decent selection of colors to choose from. Sergio, the office staff and roofing employees did a fantastic job. He even redid parts of the roof that did not look perfect. They got it done in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced for the amount of work compared to other bids. I am glad our realtor recommended them, and I would definitely use this company again. Working with West Coast Roofing has been one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Sergio came recommended from a contractor friend and the entire experience from the estimate, scheduling and the work was seamless. Jessica was my contact at their office and she was very kind and thoughtful and made sure I had all the Information I needed. The work done was excellent and on time and everything cleaned up when they left. I have a big chimney that required a cricket and Sergio and his team built a cricket that ensured the water drained well. The bid includes 5 years of roof maintenance, as well. Sergio is an honest craftsman that takes pride in his work. He gave a competitive bid and even repaired a cracked gutter, free of charge. I will recommend West Coast roofing to everyone.

Sergio and team were incredibly prompt and professional and completed my roof replacement on a 3000sqft home in 2 days with my sunroom roof being replaced on the 3rd day. They also went above and beyond by restructuring my shed roofing and door. They were a great team and the work looks fantastic. Highly recommend.

Sergio's crew (Gabriel was the lead worker) just finished cleaning moss from our roof and cleaning the gutters. They also applied a treatment at the top of the roof that will be released next time it rains. This will discourage any new moss growth. What a great job. It looks like a new roof and they left the yard looking spotless (no moss or other debris on the ground).! I highly recommend them to any one who needs their roof cleaned. I also received a 5% Veteran's discount.

They seemed to do a good job on the roof (I wouldn't know the difference I am no expert) but the entire time they were installing was chaos and distruptive to the entire neighborhood. I understand that updating roofing is loud on its own, but the team was playing VERY loud music all day long, they were constantly whistling to each other and shouting to each other. I work from home so it was beyond disruptive. I checked my mail the other day and they whistled at me! Now I feel uncomfortable leaving my house. Unprofessional.

I highly recommend West Coast Roofing llc, after getting 3 different bids, they were the most reasonable, and Sergio explained everything to me, after the attic inspection, he noticed I might need new plywood, so he gave me 2 bids, so I had the cost either way, the roof turned out amazing, as did the gutter install. The staff from Sergio, Jessica the office Manager, and the crews, were all friendly, and informed me of any issues, they cleaned up daily. They exceeded my expectations. Great Company.

Sergio and the rest of the West Coast Roofing team did an excellent job on replacing my roof! I received three quotes. Not only were they the lowest bidder, they were also the most transparent about additional costs I might see due to roof leaking issues I had and ensuring I had the appropriate ventilation. The quality in craftsmanship is clearly visible. They started on time and only had a 1/2 day delay due to our wonderful Oregon weather, and most importantly came within budget. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Really bad customer service and bad communication. we called and left TWO messages last week and no one calls back. I understand that some company may have been busy. Finally this week, instead of calling back, someone texted on my phone stating “we will be glad to give you a free quote when are you available?” without leaving a name or company name. I thought it was a robotext. I don’t have time to go through trying to match the phone number to determine which company I have called last week. Texting a customer for the first time instead of calling and didn’t leave a name or company tells me to stay away from this company. I don’t care how cheap the quote is. I’d be worry about warranty after the work is done and nobody would reply if I have a leaks.

Our insurance used these guys for a “patch job”, for a tree that came through the front window. 5-6 people showed up with a truck and a van. Plenty of power tools, plywood in the truck bed and all.

These guys used a tarp. Literally cut up a tarp in the front yard and used it to cover a window up. They used 3 1/2” long NAILS, not screws, and nailed it to the front of the house of board and bat siding. They did not come in and do their
Cleaning as required by the insurance, and no additional insulation. As a result they have no lost the contract with USAA for storm damage. USAA is having to reside the entire front of the house to make the siding match.

These guys showed up, had a 45 minute long coffee break. Threw a tarp up and left.

Trash service, trash customer service. Insurance isn’t very pleased as it is now costing thousands more due strictly to the negligence of the crew dispatched. I’d HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

We had been experiencing water running down the side of our house due to an issue with one of our gutters. After looking at the gutter, we noticed that it was detached from the fascia board on our roof in a few places. We live in a 2-story home and I didn't feel comfortable getting on a tall ladder to repair the gutter myself, so I gave West Coast Roofing a call to see if they could help.

Sergio and his team did an excellent job repairing the gutter by putting in some new screws and making sure that all debris was cleared out. They came out on fairly short notice and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We had heavy rains the day after they came out to fix it and there was no longer any sign of water hitting our windows/siding.

Sergio was so helpful. He wasn't even working on my house. His crew was across the street working on a neighbor's roof and I ran over to ask a question about a leak I was trying to figure out. They passed the message along and he stopped by about an hour later and right on the spot climbed on my roof to look at the problem. He figured it out in about a minute, and then ran back to his van and handed me the part I needed to fix it. I was blown away at how happy he was to help out a stranger. Being that kind of person is always what stands out to me the most. This is the company I'll be calling when my roof needs anything.

I have so many good things to say about this company! They did an excellent job, they were on time, they did their job efficiently, they cleaned after themselves every day and respected my property. Their price was very competitive and they did lots of extra little things like painting all the vents in black to make them look better. Communication with Sergio was pleasant and effortless. He was the only person who gave me a quote with an itemized breakdown. I highly recommend him to everyone.
