I highly recommend Royce Roofing LLC for anyone needing roof replacement or repair. The owner, Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were 110% satisfied with the look. The crew was very respectful, kind and so careful to clean up everything everyday before they left for the day. Several of my neighbors have used Royce Roofing LLC and I referred another to them yesterday:)

Royce Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my home's roof. The new roof looks great and they did a thorough job cleaning up. They replaced bad plywood, built a cricket on our chimney, and even provided a bathroom vent when they discovered that it was exhausting into the attic. Ray Morales and his team exemplified American craftsmanship and work ethic. I highly recommend them.

I recently used Royce Roofing to replace the roof on my home. I am 110% satisfied with the work done and I strongly recommend Royce Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, or roof repair. The great experience started with the owner, Ray, he explained everything clearly and even go up on the roof and worked right alongside his crew. They showed up early each day and worked long hours. They treated our property with respect and they were such a pleasure to have around. Each day before leaving for the day, the crew made sure to go around and thoroughly cleaned up.

Highly recommend (Ray) Royce Roofing LLC. They did a great job, showed up on time and finished in about 4 days, complete tear off and re-roof. Their whole crew were friendly and cleaned up all debris nicely.

Concerns about roofing job.
1)workers carried the shingle bundles up by hand on their
shoulders and let them drop from that height, pushing the
nail heads down, making dimples in the ceiling sheet rock
of 3 of the rooms.
2) 2 bedrooms doors would not close completely.
3) where metal flashing was put down along roof of garage
(where it meets with the house siding ) they had to pull siding
away from the house to put flashing under it and naver nailed it
back down.
would have been better to have material delivered and laid
on the roof ahead of time to avoid the constant walking
back and forth and the bundle dropping as they worked.

Royce Roofing did a great job and our new roof and gutters look fantastic. Some extra work was needed and they took care of everything. Several of our neighbors have used Royce Roofing for their new roofs and everyone is very happy with the results.

Royce Roofing gave an estimate and was able to get us on the schedule the next day! Excellent timing as they completed the cleaning and repair of our roof prior to the rain.

A large tree branch fell on the corner of our roof during the 02/21 ice storm. The corner of the roof was damaged as well as the gutter. Royce Roofing replaced part of the metal roof and the gutter. They arrived right on time and finished the job in one day. I had forgotten what a intact roof looked like. It looks so nice now and the water will flow better with the improvements they made. I would highly recommend this company

Ray and his crew where great! Very competitive estimate. They were here when they said they would be, worked hard, cleaned up their mess, and did a fantastic job. We've had many compliments from neighbors on how good the roof looks. The guys who hung the gutters were great too! Attention to detail oriented! We would hire them to do another job and won't hesitate to refer them to others!

These guys did a wonderful job for us. Our house is challenging because it has large trees, no real dumpster access, they used tarps and protected my landscape, so appreciate that! Gosh our new roof looks awesome, added vents and flashing. Very good price. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Royce Roofing. I put out request for bids to about 5 roofers. Royce wasn't the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. From the get go I had a positive experience. They were the only one that got up on the roof, took photos that they sent me and discussed the problems they saw. They were also the only ones that inspected the gutters that desperately need to be replaced. In going from cedar shakes to composite it required sheeting the roof. I liked how Royce chose to use a better material from the get go. They they quoted me for using CDX plywood for sheeting the roof. Other companies quoted for OSB and had an up charge for plywood. This is a rental house and I live 60 miles away. I worked with Ray on this project and he was pleasure to work with. He was responsive, was there on time for appointments, and worked well keeping me in the loop with texts and email on the progress and last minute decisions that needed to be made. Most contractors could learn from Ray how to treat a client. As for the work. It was done quickly and was done professionally. I really appreciated the small details. They spray painted all the pipe flashing and chimney flashing black to better match the shingle color. I also had them install new gutters which were done very well. I really liked the mounting system they used on the gutters. And at the end they did a great job cleaning up all the debris from the tear off. Thanks for the great work.

Very simple here. If you need a roof, you have found the right crew at Royce Roofing. Ray Morales and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, his estimate was very straight forward with a good explanation on what will be done. They were very competitively priced in comparison with other companies with similar estimates for the work being done and the products being used.
When they were finished, you could not find a nail in the driveway a shingle in the yard or any sign that they were even there.

This company is fabulous. Ray has integrity. He is honest and has great communication. The job they did went above and beyond and stayed at the quoted price. We will never use any other roofer again. HIGHLY recommend them!!
