I am very impressed with Michael Sanders' business practices. Michael responded to my request in a very timely manner, and he spent a considerable amount of time in reviewing the roof and garage and expeditiously forwarded a proposal. Additionally, Michael followed up with me to respond to any questions that I had. I should also point out that Michael provided references which can be checked. Michael provided all the necessary details regarding liability certificate, workers comp insurance and links to the shingle manufacturer's website. If you are looking for a solid, sincere good businessman Michael (West Coast Precision Roofing) will not disappoint.
We hired West Coast Precision Roofing to replace our roof in Altadena in August 2015. We are very happy with the result, they did a great job! Mike provided us with a timely estimate that provided us with lots of options - both in terms of the kind of roof and how to solve our insulation problem. We really appreciated his expertise. They fit us into the schedule very quickly as well. The job was a tough one: we have a very steep roof, and there were three layers of shingles already on it. Even worse, it was a brutally hot week. The guys worked hard and got it done without any problems, even through the heat. They paid a lot of attention to detail, and it looks great now. We were very pleased with the job and recommend them if you need work on your roof!
