If 6 stars out of 5 were possible, I would be giving a 6. Steve and his crew were a delight to work with from start to finish - so timely in responding to me, reasonable price compared to the other companies we looked at, and excellent work. We weren't sure where to start with colour (we had an exterior paint job done), and Steve helped us select a beautiful light grey-blue with a slightly off-white trim. The job also got done on-time, which was so refreshing as well; the timeline he quoted us was on-point. I cannot recommend West Birch enough. We will be working with them again!

Steven was excellent to work with and kept me up to date with great communication. I had to renovate a secondary suite in the house that included the laying of a new vinyl click flooring, removal and installation of baseboards, total remodel of a bathroom ( including new walls) , installation of a washer and dryer and a refresh of a W/C. I would easily recommend Steven for any work.

Steven did painting at 2 houses, in preparation to sell one house and painting most of the house that I purchased after. Steven is professional in all aspects of his business. Steve communicated promptly and thoroughly and in a very friendly manner. When he came out to give an estimate, he asked relevant questions and helped us formulate exactly what we would need to do. He arrived promptly and his work was thorough, clean and well finished. Bonus, his work came in under budget, due to his advice! Steven ticks all the boxes for what you want in a handyman: prompt attention to your query, reliable scheduling, detailed estimate, excellent job executing repairs inside and out, cleans up after his tasks, pleasant to work with and no surprises in his billing. For me he fixed some problematic towel racks, fixed a broken drawer in the kitchen, did some deck repairs and raccoon-proofing and painted a long neglected garden wall cap. I will definitely call him again.

Steven made a new front sidewalk for us using exposed aggregate concrete. The new sidewalk blends perfectly with the pre-existing driveway. Not only was Steven's work to our satisfaction, he also cleaned up after he was finished and took take great care to ensure that there was no spilled concrete around the work site. We will be recommending Steven to our friends.
