Very impressed with the installation of the solar panels. They look great and are working perfectly. Solve energy worked with me through the whole process of Applying for the Greener Homes Loan and all the Inspections and Permits required. The installation crew were amazing at working on my steep roof which is a 45 degree pitch. They cleaned up the site and explained how to use the app. I would highly recommend Solve Energy to anyone considering a solar installation.

We are generating electricity as of yesterday.The install crew Jase and Averol were fantastic.From installing electrical the day before,and the panels yesterday and finishing with a tutorial on how to install the app and use it.Even when I went up on the roof to see their work a couple times during the install they both took the time to explain and answer my questions.The company even had a guy show up to check on them for safety and quality of work.Very professionally done so far,now to see how long for the government and hydro rebates to come through.Will recommend to friends.

From application to installation, the whole team has been great. Everything was made easy and there was no delay in answering any questions or provide any information. Efficient and very friendly. We had a really great experience with the the Solve staff from Brandon to Corey to Steven everyone was memorable and made the experience great. They went above and beyond several times and the electricians they sent that did the hookups separately were also very nice and professional. We had done our own energy assessment with GETS before choosing Solve but our experience would have been more seamless if we used Solve's recommended company for the pre/post assessments and would have costed the same price anyways so that's the only thing I would have changed.

This was a great experience with the Solve Energy team. They were patient and responsive with all of my questions and helped walk me through each step in the process. Solar panels are installed and operational and all went smoothly. I would highly recommend self generation and if you go this route, I would highly recommend Solve Energy!!

Installed my solar panels through this company and very pleased. It was easy to communicate to real people and the whole process went without any real problems. It took awhile to get all the paperwork for loans and building permits to go through the various levels of government but that's out of Solve's hands.

Our household has been looking at ways of reducing our carbon footprint for some years now. In the fall of 2024, we came across an ad from Solve Energy that perked our interest. After contacting the company, we received a comprehensive analysis outlining direct benefit and associated costs plus information relative to provincial grants and federal interest free loans. Although we live in a remote area, we were confident that Solve would provide the support and expertise needed in taking this step. We were not disappointed. Not only has Solve been patient in explaining just how the system works, its team of experts have provided a seemless installation; included setting up the system for energy flow to the grid with BC Hydro. Given the very real challenges of climate change, we are proud to have 12 solar panels energizing both the house and EV. Thank you Solve Energy.

Right from our initial inquiry about solar Hamzah was very informative all the steps of the way!! David was wonderful guiding us thru the paper work. And installers and electrician were top top shelf!! Communication the whole way thru 100 percent. We stopped them Ann in the afternoon for fresh baked cookies warm out the oven and coffee and hot chocolate!! They deserved it on a damp showery day!! All said and done up and running in 21/2 weeks!!

We had Solve install 13kW solar and 14kWh battery system on our 3 unit heritage strata in North Vancouver. To say that dealing with the city and 3 separate families was complex is and massive understatement, but Solve persevered and got us through it. Now our EVs are running on pure sun power. I've just gotten my solar panels installed by Jacob and Adonis. I'm up island and have a metal roof. Tthe heavy rains made it difficult. They got it done regardless. I've had a few questions and Jacob is very quick to get back to me. The answers I've gotten back make me confident that I made a good decision to hire Solve Energy.

Our experience has been fantastic from the initial solar panel consultation to the end installation. Cory did a great job keeping us up to date on the happenings while Bailey and his crew worked hard through the install. Communication was great and solve talked me through the government grant process.

We are very pleased with the service and attention that we received from Solve Energy. In the early stages, we were provided with lots of information from Sales Conultant Brian. All of our questions were answered and what really impressed me was that there was no pressure.

The installers headed by Torin with Connor as helper were excellent. I found them to be efficient, careful and professional. Torin was very knowledgeable when explaining how the system worked. Electricians James and Ben from Galand Electric were also excellent.

Ive just had my 25 Solar Panels installed, a 2 day process and couldn’t be happier.
My 1st meeting was with Brian, who answered all my questions, and presented me with lots of useful information .
After that, an Energy Assessment was completed on my home . I chose to just do the Solar panels as my windows and doors weren’t too old, and I have a heat pump.
Next was the process of applying for the Federal Loan. This was made easier as David called to assist and then stayed on the phone with me throughout my time on the computer as I filled out, and submitted the necessary information. ( this was the most labor intensive task for me)
The Provincial Grant was even simpler to complete :). It provides @$5000 for the install bringing the whole loan down by that much!! Bonus :)
Today the 3 man install crew completed the work and with the App , I can see at any given time how each panel is generating power!
Solve Energy has been a great company to work with, and their communication throughout has been outstanding.

Just completing a solar install out on the west coast and so far I'm super happy with the process and the install itself. We're a bit remote, but still on grid, so I was a little concerned but the team and the lead installer, Corey, did a great job.

The guys that did our install were super nice and friendly. They worked in the sweltering heat and stayed longer in the evening to make up for the times they weren’t able to work during the day. Solve Energy really knows their field. A solar pergola may not be your average project but Coulton, Cory, Jacob and Hamzah met every challenge head on. With so many moving pieces I was never unaware of next steps or timelines thanks to Kane’s excellent project management.
