I’m very pleased with my experience working with Thomas and his team. They replaced my gutter in just half a day and even added aluminum covers on the exposed wood at no extra cost. My drain pipes from the roof were misaligned as it turned out they had never been properly screwed down. Thomas sent Matthew to quickly fix my drain problem. Very pleasant to work with them both.

Needed to replace a 7 ft gutter over my entrance. Had 2 quotes of $800 + and $600 and then I called Thomas.. He had his supplier make it up at his wholesale price. I picked it up for $70 including a leaf guard and installed it myself with 6 screws.
Thomas even dropped by (I live in Sooke) to check on my progress and left me with his pro tin snips. It’s rare in these days of inflation to find contractors who care more about helping than receiving.

Great customer centered company. They did a great job at a fair price with lots of no charge or very reasonably priced extras. Even though they were there to install gutters, they fixed the roof in a couple of spots and thoroughly checked it. They looked after the small details also. I’d highly recommend Allpro.

Fantastic work and great service. I really appreciated Thomas' prompt and friendly communication with me from the quoting to the completion of the project. His suggestions for colour choices and assistance with decisions for our fascia were super helpful. The work that was done by his employee was great and I appreciated him fixing our fascia rot issues at no extra charge as well as dealing with the wasp nest that was discovered! The gutters, fascia wrap and downspouts look amazing, it was a HUGE improvement to the functionality and the aesthetic of the house. The price was very reasonable as well :)

I tried to follow up with him twice but was ignored. Like I said, quite unfortunate because he seems pretty knowledgeable. Incredibly poor customer service, though.

AllPro gave us a competitive estimate last year to replace our ancient gutters and upgrade them so they're now covered to keep out the leaves. Am really glad we went with them as we received great service, everything was explained before the job started and went to plan which was a relief. Excellent service!!! AllPro replaced all of the old gutters and wrapped the gable boards. Thomas was amazing to work with - he responded very quickly and the price was very very good and worth every penny! They repaired the gable boards for free. Sheldon installed all the gutters and wrapped all the gable boards. He worked very hard and did an incredible job with details. His workmanship was great! After being ghosted by several other gutter companies, AllPro showed up to what was definitely not going to be a straightforward or easy job. They came up with a game plan, a reasonable quote, and listed a bunch of extra work that may or may not need to be done once they're up there that will be covered.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We hired AllPro to replace all of the ancient gutters in our 18 unit Strata townhouse complex. Thomas was amazing to work with - he responded very quickly to my request for quotes (we needed them broken down into clusters for each unit type as we have one and two story units). He was very accommodating and worked with me to make sure everything was covered. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny! Once the work commenced, Sheldon was the installer. I can honestly say I have never seen such a hard worker - he did an incredible job while being absolutely wonderful to communicate with. He even managed to win the hearts of some of our more difficult owners - not an easy task. His workmanship was spot on and has transformed our complex to not only look great but when the rain came the water magically went where it was supposed to! We also had rotting fascia and gable boards throughout the property. AllPro purchased the proper material on our behalf (which had to be custom cut to match) and replaced all of the rotting wood as a value add to the project. This additional complimentary service saved our little Strata thousands of dollars and now we can have it painted knowing it will last for years to come. On top of that they also inspected all of the skylights and vents where water could penetrate and fixed what they saw. Thomas and Sheldon are amazing - I can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation (spending other people's money) an easy and enjoyable experience. I have zero hesitation to recommend Allpro to everyone who needs this type of work done. Cheers to you guys!!!

Excellent service. I've dealt with various repair/installation companies in Victoria with varying outcomes. Thomas and Sheldon at Allpro are professional, courteous and went above and beyond in their service! Nothing is too much for them. They don't stop until everything is perfect. Gutters are exceptional, blending in with house style and colour. Highly recommend Allpro for gutters.

Our full replacement of gutters and downspouts were done quickly, efficiently, and with high quality. Thomas is extremely responsive and reliable. We are very happy with the work, and have recommended the company several times since.

Allpro went above and beyond for the installation of our new gutters, from fitting us in on short notice, taking care of some extras, all while being super friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. We've dealt with several contractors in town now, and Allpro really is the gold standard. Thomas and Sheldon are a great team who truly care and it shows - they were a pleasure to work with. All Pro saved Christmas! We called All Pro on Dec 23 because an iced up downspout was causing flooding in our sunroom. They were the first company to answer our calls and within a few hours, they were at our house. They quickly fixed the issue and didn’t even charge us. Thanks All Pro!

Great value, professional team. Replaced (upgraded) my gutters/downspoats, installed a rain barrel. Resolved an issue at my rental property after hours, in a crazy rainstorm, with smiles on their faces. Highly recommended!!!!! Oh, I should mention that I was THAT crazy person that couldn't decide on a colour ... Thomas was sooooooo patient, accommodating and supportive!

Very professional, quality work and super nice. We had other quotes, and they never mentioned about options to use other gutter profiles aside from what was on our house already, Thomas suggest we use go with a more modern style and wow what a different we absolutely love it, so glad he had the foresight and suggested it. Plus our cost was extremely reasonable and they did a nice job (and were quick) cleaning up afterwards. We have had 2 other friends use them and all have had great experiences. We were able to take a look at various completed projects in the neighbourhood to help us decide on which color for our new gutters. I would highly recommend Allpro. Employees were courteous, professional and communication was very good throughout the entire process. They also pointed out deficiencies in the previous roofing contractor’s work and corrected them at no extra cost. I would say that they went above and beyond. As a result, I got an excellent job at a good price.

Through our contractor. Doran Schiller from AllPro came to the house for an inspection and returned soon after to do the repairs needed: relocation of a gutter downspout to match our renovation and various cleaning and repair services on our roof. Doran was great: very professional and knowledgeable and completed everything on the second day. I would ask for him on any further work to be completed by AllPro.

Sent in a contact request on a Sunday evening for new gutters and Thomas contacted us right away. Two days later Thomas came out looked at what we had and recommended keeping our gutters but just replacing downspouts. Thomas said he would check with his supplier on a color match to existing gutters and would come out to measure. My wife asked just to get a rough price before he measured just so we would have a idea of cost.
After a little over a week we sent an email asking if his supplier had our color and Thomas did not respond and still hasn't 4 weeks later.
Not a big deal if you don't want to do the job but maybe just let your customer know!!!!!!!!

People from Allpro gutters were really professional and helpful. They removed and installed new gutters for my house and they did a really solid work. Even though their price was higher compared to an other company, it’s really worth it in terms of over all experience with them. We had our gutters replaced, I have never had such great service. They went above an beyond and even fixed a leak around a roof vent - they did not charge and even said if it leaked again to call them free of charge. Incredible job by this company! I was referred to Thomas via Rob at A Finer Line Painting (great group as well) and I was glad I got them. Sheldon came to the house and was meticulous about the work he was doing. It was amazing to watch a master at work, ensuring there were as few seams as possible (if any?) on the gutters being installed. I've been a small business owner for 12 years in Victoria and it's rare to find a company like Allpro. I highly recommend Thomas and the rest of the guys at AllPro Gutters. We had fascia boards, gutters and downspouts replaced in July 2020 (and I am finally writing this review!) and the work was very well done, great advice, and very friendly team. The price was reasonable and they were very careful around our garden, and even did a little extra job for us that wasn't in our original quote. We are especially happy with the modern profile they offered which we chose, looks really clean and sharp on our house.

Really happy with Allpro when I recently had them install new gutters on my home. I received some good advice on what to install and no one tried to upsell me just to boost the total. They were able to fit my job in fairly quickly and were in and out in one day. Really happy with the install, the house looks great. Installer even put all the leaves and debris from the old gutter into the compost bin. Glad I chose them.
