Wemor repaired the winddamage to my 97 year old Mother's roof. I want to thank Carter the roof appraiser and Roy the job superintendent for the professional help they gave us. The crew that came out did a fantastic job repairing the roof plus cleaning up the construction debris. The roof looks like new. You cannot tell where the repair began and left off.

My husband and I used Wesmor, Inc. for a bathroom remodel, a few years ago, and we are happy with it.
There were a few miscommunication issues here and there but the owner was willing to address them and fix any concerns that we brought up.

My bathroom sink had been leaking from the pipes underneath the sink. When I realized it I called WesMor Inc and their service man came right over and took care of the leak. I really appreciate their promptness & fixing the sink professionally .

My water heater went out, so I called WesMor and they quickly sent someone over. Very professional and courteous! It’s an old mobile home and he even changed all the old plastic parts with metal ones! I highly recommend WesMor company for good service.

Wesmor should be your first call when you have damages to your property. They sent out Carter who was professional, Knowledgeable, on time, and respectful. The company knows what too for better then I did. I had a number of other contractors come out that were pushy and demanding. All they wanted was for me to sign a contract without providing any estimates or earning my business. Save yourself the hassle and call them when you have a property problem. They will work with the insurance companies and know the business.

Wesmor rescued me from a very bad situation that required working with my Insurance company and getting things done after over six months of nothing getting done. The staff and project manager was always available and extremely helpful the actual repairs where completed timely and very good workmanship. Wesmor was a lifesaver and I highly recommend them

We had a flood in our home just prior to Christmas. Wesmor came out the next morning and got to work installing fans and dehumidifiers. After making moisture measurements a couple of days later, it was determined that there was moisture under the flooring and that it needed to be removed. Orlando’s team did a great job with all aspects of tear-out and dry-down. Kelsey at the office interfaced with me and insurance, providing great support.
We were so pleased with this effort that we hired Wesmor to replace our flooring. I worked again with Kelsey on the insurance, and with project manager Joe on scheduling and flooring selection. Joe has been a great communicator, he answered or returned my calls promptly. He hired subcontractor Alex F who handled flooring installation plus installing and painting baseboards. Our new floor looks great! Installation was prompt (Saturday through Tuesday). I’m very pleased with the team and the effort.
Orlando’s team managed furniture pack-out/in. Furniture was carefully wrapped and stored, then put back after installation.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wesmor to anyone needing restoration and remodeling services.

Wesmor came to the rescue after a leak in an upstairs bathroom caused damage through to the downstairs. Drywall walls and ceiling, carpet, tile, laminate flooring, toilet, and vanity all needed to be replaced and cleaned up. Communication was good and work completed quickly.

This company is wonderful if you are looking to get your home taken care of. Not only are the contractors going to get the job done when it was contracted to be complete, Unless they decide to extend your date because of discovery of further damages from the incident, then they’re going to need time to fix those repairs too which could mean a job finishing October 10th instead of the 4th. We were made aware from the start that if something came up that would extent the job time we would be made aware right away. A wise man once asked me if I wanted the work done fast or if I wanted the done work right, that’s always something to consider! Bobby is one of the managers for this company, he is very communicative and will keep you in the loop during the entirety of the job. Bobby has also shown me that he is a true craftsman and really does care about his work and the way the finished project turns out. These guys are a bunch of studs and there’s nobody that you can trust more than Bobby as a project manager/contractor, give them a call I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

Did a great restoration job on my roof that was damaged back in July by a microburst during a storm. Prompt, responsible, and professional!

Corporate staff were very willing to make sure the job was done right. There were a few issues that Wesmore made right. All in all a decent company.

I used Wesmor when I had water damage in my home. Bobby came out and helped put everything back together. He handled everything with my insurance and I really didn’t need to be involved as much as I thought I would. He made sure his guys were on time and got everything done before the holidays.

These guys got the job done for me in a timely manner and had great customer service. I would use them again if I need a restoration team

We’ve used Wesmor for a few different projects around our house! They have been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very professional and the work that has been done has been great! The folks at Wesmor have been timely in their responses to questions and concerns that we brought up and they have been there every step of the way throughout the different projects we’ve had them work on. They are our go to company whenever we have any issues and projects around our house!

We have had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Brian on a couple high end projects. These guys always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is heard and the project is completed the RIGHT way. Highly recommend working with this team of experts!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have unfortunately been working with Wesmor for 8 weeks after a flood occurred in my kitchen and guest bathroom. As multiple other reviewers have mentioned: lack of communication/miscommunication, poor planning, complete lack of organization and poor workmanship have contributed to substantial disappointment and stress working with this company. Painting and drywall work was performed PRIOR to demolition resulting in damaged portions of my new paint job. The painter /dry wall team did not use any coverings (but attempted to fraudulently charge me for it) resulting in paint on multiple items of furniture, rugs, and all over my baseboards. When confronting about it, it was insinuated that I am a liar and paint damage was already there. My project manager, Bobby, cannot be bothered with responding to any concerns (or simply respond at all) or provide any remote timeline of my project. It is, as mentioned by others, worse than pulling teeth to have any type of work performed at my home. The only thing they seem to be quick to organize or schedule is taking my money. When I try to inquire about updates as I have now only just had demo completed in the middle of October (project was supposed to start last week of August), I am made to feel as though I am the issue. There is absolutely no accountability or even remote empathy for their customers. Save yourself the stress and go with literally any other company besides wesmor. A complete waste of my time and money to work with them.

I have my new little place up in Show Low, just got built. They put in some awesome flooring, the cabinets and did much of the rest of the work. Especially for up in Show Low, very good, responsive and there to work when they say they will be there. had to actually reschedule my flooring several times because my drywall (with another company) kept getting delayed, they worked with me even with last minute changes

We have used Wesmoor for several years, both in Mesa and up in Show Low. We've had flooring, cabinets installed, decking, all kinds of work done and they've done a great job on everything. It can be challenging finding good contractors, espeically up in Show Low, but Wesmoor has helped us be successful

The business is run by professionals who want to please & astonish. The guys that put in my flooring were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They cared about pleasing me. Go with Wesmor Inc if you want consciencious, quality driven professionals who bend over backwards to deliver quality.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! If I could give zero stars I would. The project manager, Bobby had no communication skills and was very unprofessional. The guys doing the work damaged multiple things and didn’t tell me and then when I brought it up to the project manger he just ignored me, didn’t care to look at it and basically called me a liar. The owner of the company, Brian was no help either and called me a liar too. I had to pay extra expenses for what their guys damaged and on top of that, In the end, they charged me for things that weren’t even done. Wesmor inc is a terrible company!

I wasn't really going to write a review, but after being reminded of a possible defamation lawsuit, I figured what the heck, I will share the facts - not my opinion.

I would have gave more stars to be fair to the individuals who actually did do the work - granite guys, plumbers and cabinet guy - but I can't really separate the review. My job was complicated as it was kitchen island rebuild and the workers who came did a great job and were very professional. There is the pro.

My frustration with the company was in the project management an lack of communication on scheduling. I am sharing the facts and timelines for this project. The detailed communications on a daily basis I will reserve for myself or court if needed.

3/29/2024 - Moved out of my house due to a non functioning kitchen
4/04/2024 - Kitchen Island was demoed and mold remediation occurred. Demo company came and left as proposed.
4/12/2024 - First visit to from Wesmor to get an estimate.
4/25/2024 - Reached out to project manager assigned to job to get an understanding of timelines after accepting them as the Allstate "approved" contractor.
5/03/2024 - Was communicated cabinets will be done May 13th. Asked project manager to submit tile allowance increase to insurance for 45 square feet - original proposal was for 16 square feet which was insufficient.
5/09/2024 - Told cabinets now delayed to 17th. Had to change schedule of tile individual that I was hiring outside of Wesmor.
5/17/2024 - cabinets picked up and dropped off at house. Cabinets missing kick plates and large wood side panel. Project Manager stated someone will be there Monday to start work
5/20/2024 - Worker never showed that day - no proactive communication at all with original schedule of 5/23 for granite.
5/21/2024 - Worker arrived. Could not finish the job since the cabinet bases were not correct - 4 inches instead of the custom 6 inches in my kitchen. Worker can't work on 22nd due to personal obligations. Granite will need to be rescheduled.
5/23/2024 - Worker finished cabinet install and drywall base wall. Communicated granite guys would be there Friday according to project manager.
5/24/2024 - No proactive communication about granite timing - guys never showed. Tried to get updated schedule all weekend starting early Friday - Program Manager stated he was "up north" and out of contact and gave granite company my information. They never called.
5/28/2024 - Asked for complete schedule for granite, cabinet finishes and plumbing - answer: Will be done by Friday - no other schedule details. This AM, got a text stating that Granite guy will be there in an hour - granite guy calls me an hour later and stated it will be tomorrow, 29th, around 8AM - another day gone.
5/29/2024 - Granite Guy shows up around noon, looks at the job and states he is not prepared to do it today and will come back tomorrow ay 9AM. Another day gone.
5/30/2024 - Granite finally finished. Requested update for a plumber. Had to push my scheduled tile contractor again. Allstate stated they never received an update to quote for the 45 square feet of tile that was requested on 05/03/2024.
5/31/2024 - A sub-contracted plumber was supposed to come same day as granite, but due to granite being late, they needed to reschedule. Project Manager was able to find different resources to do the plumbing. Running water in my kitchen after 49 days of first contact with Wesmor on 4/12.
6/01/2024 - Project manager sent an individual out on Saturday to finish the cabinet work. I thanked PM for same as I would not have to reschedule the tile contractor scheduled for Monday.

During this project I was in a rental and had to ask Allstate for an extension on that rental 3 different times. Again, these are all facts and timelines of my complete project, frustrating process overall.

My main recommendation is more pro-active communication from project managers on projects like this in the future and set realistic expectations. On the first day, if you said this was going to take close to 2 months to complete, I may have evaluated my options.

We had repairs done to our home due to water issues. Hector was assigned the repairs and did an EXCELLENT job. New drywall, paint and grout repair. Very good to work with and very efficient. I would highly recommend him!!

Wesmor was fantastic in helping us with our minor mold remediation job! Friendly, communicative and fair pricing made for a great experience in a less than desirable circumstance. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!!

Wesmor inc installed LVP flooring and it looks amazing! They were very professional the entire time they were in our home. They were very careful to clean up any messes made from installation etc…

We were refered to this company by our insurance. They came out to do an estimate and we never heard from them again. I called several times and left messages. I finally got a call back and was told the estimator would get in touch with me. No contact since then. If they didn't want the job then just say so.

Update: just because you don’t have recollection of me hiring Wesmor, Inc. to work on my roof does not mean that you were not hired by me to work on my roof. Wesmor Inc. took about the same amount of time. it took for you to respond to my review to work on my roof…11 months. Clearly, Wesmore Inc. still hasn’t learned that business is not conducted at the leisurely pace you are accustomed to working at. 11 months is unacceptable to acknowledge a disappointed customer. Your one star is well deserved.

My experience with Wesmor was excellent! Wescor worked with me during the height of the pandemic to ensure my family and staff adhered to CDC recommended COVID-19 policies. The work finished on-time with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The staff performing the work was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Wesmor worked with my insurance company to repair and remodel my shop bathroom after extensive water damage. I thought they did a very good job in a timely manner. They also picked up and cleaned up any messes they were responsible for.

They were awesome to work with, very attentive, and personable. I've worked with similar companies in the past and this was a night and day difference I am happy with.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! They bank on the ignorance the client have POOR workmanship and work when they want. Almost EVERYTHING they did needed to be redone. Procrastination turned my small job into a 5 month long disaster where I ended up having to outsource half the job. The only reason this isn't a complete zero is because ONE employee out of the 8 I had contact with actually helped. Keep scrolling and look for someone else.

Very professional and capable tradesmen. Having over 30 years experience in the property business I have come across good and very bad tradesmen and I can honestly say that Wesmor have delivered in all aspects.

From the beginning I was always in the loop about everything. Good communication (text or phone). Our floors look great and even came promptly if they had to do a minor rework. Very satisfied.

Westmore just finished up our house after a flood a few weeks ago. The work looks great I keep looking at our house thinking wow just a couple weeks ago my floors and walls were all ripped out. Everyone who came to our house was super courteous to us and patient/mindful of our 3 young kids running around as the worked. They always called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time.

Brian and his team were awesome. They are always quick to respond when I have questions. Their work is quality and they are very thoughtful on how they do things. I would recommend them to anyone.
