We had Matt restore our master bathroom and he was AMAZING!! He was extremely communicative on his arrival times, what work he was completing that day, and what to expect for the night after each round of work was completed. Matt arrived each day with a friendly smile and positive attitude, and was incredibly gracious with my nosy 4 and 1 year olds, and our obnoxiously loud dogs. Matt was also respectful of my availability as I work from home, and was oftentimes in a business critical meeting when he needed to touch base with me.

We had a water situation in an upstairs bathroom this afternoon. Water ran upstairs, downstairs, and into the garage. Matt and Dane were super helpful they were here within an hour I work apartment complexes and ran into a huge mold issue/flood remediation and and tear down and treatment took no time at all had the residents up and running with new water heater, blowers and dehumidifiers in place if it weren't for them there could have been a lot more damages. I recently had a flood in my AZ rental house due to a sudden and accidental plumbing failure. Tenants were present inside the property. I live in Greater Atlanta so I had to immediately coordinate emergency water abatement services not being in the area. A restoration company is not the company you get excited to have to hire, but when things go wrong in your home it sure is nice to have a company that does solid work and is trustworthy. If you end up needing restoration services I HIGHLY recommend Best Options, the owner Bob and his amazing crew. They were quick to respond, super friendly, super courteous to our family and respectful of our home. The employees were extremely friendly and personable and made sure to communicate well with us. They also left our house as clean as possible every day. I ended up hiring them to also do duct cleaning for us and they did an extremely thorough job on that. They even found a way to change HVAC filters that my normal service company said were too high to reach. The contractors they referred for repairs were also great.

We found a small bubble in our kitchen and called out Best Option Restoration Bob met with us and walked us through the process we would go through to pull the moisture from the ceiling and upstairs floor and was very good at communicating throughout the process. While they were working we found that our small bubble was caused by a bad wax ring on our upstairs guest bathroom. Upon inspection of the floor in that bathroom for any growth we found that the previous home owners had water damage as well from their washer (just outside said bathroom) and there was growth cause by it. Rather than having restoration out and fixing the damage they laid a second subfloor on top of the first subfloor sandwiching the growth they had and sold the home. Thanks to Best Option Restoration being thorough, we found this and got it all taken care of and treated to have us back in our home just in time for our baby being born. Thanks to them we got to bring our baby boy to a home that is safe and growth/mold free. I can not thank them enough for being so on top of everything.

Best Option Restoration Mesa -Chandler is great. We had water flowing into our kitchen, bar, hallway for over 2 hours after a plumber installed an RO but didn’t do something and we left only to we discover the water everywhere when we returned. They quickly dispatched a crew who were professional, courteous , and obviously knew what they were doing. They explained all options and recommendations, including how to minimize damage to the walls and solid wood baseboards. Highly recommend if you need any kind of damage restoration.
