During renovation project at Northgate Villa condominium, WES-Construction Company failed to install exhaust vent (duct) for portable HVAC unit in our living room. It caused damage (destruction) to our AC unit as we were not aware that the duct was not installed. When I approached the owner to remedy the issue he denied responsibility and instead of making things right like any reputable company would do, he threatened me. Quote:” You have filed a fraudulent claim with our insurance. I am filing an insurance fraud complaint against you with the Seattle Police Department.”
It ended up fixing their screw up but be aware what kind of people and quality of work you are dealing with.
