Sheldon was the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with from start to finish. From his very professional presentation, to the multitude of questions I asked with accurate, honest and genuine answers, to the roof being finished in a very short time frame (under a day). He is also the ONLY roofing company so far that I have worked with where there was no nails found anywhere on my property. SHELDON YOU ARE A ROOFING LIFE SAVER!!!!!!!!!!!

We were nervous about having our roof redone especially since our home is 86 years old and there was potential for hidden trouble. There was due to an incorrectly installed bathroom fan and old roof planks. They sent us timeline pictures so we could see what was happening as the job progressed and why the hiccup occurred. It was very helpful. Sheldon, Yolanda, Cass and the rest of the crew handled the hiccup and our roofs (pole barn and house) were completed by the end of the day. Price was in line with all of our research and other quotes. We went with Weldon because of the customer service from start to finish.

Came out to give me a written estimate the same day I called , gave us a fair price, scheduled the job and completed it when they said they would , did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard when finished. I highly recommend using Weldon Roofing and Construction. They put on a new roof and sided our home and I could not be happier with the work. While the job was pretty straightforward, there were a few changes. At each change, Sheldon and William were responsive and accommodating.

Weldon put fascia up for our church and did an excellent job. The whole process from start to finish was very customer friendly and easy to keep up with. From the very first meeting it seemed Weldon Roofing would deliver! Even when there may have been a few bumps in the road Weldon Roofing was right there smoothing everything out, until it came to the gutters. Unfortunately they do sub contract some work and we are still trying to resolve gutter install issues more than 3 months later. As for the roofing install, top notch.

Sheldon and his team did an excellent job. Not only did they replace my worn out roof, but they also replaced my old deck. From the initial walk down, to the final inspection, they stayed in direct communication. They also sent pictures of the work progression. As a person who has worked in the construction industry for 30+ years, I was extremely pleased with the work and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use Weldon again.

I have a flat roof my quotes were as high as $100K. They were reasonable priced for a flat roof and did everything they said they would. I also have had them do a rental house and my dad has used them on his roof as well. No issues here ! I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I recently had my roof replaced by Weldon. Sheldon is young and ambitious. I appreciate the quality of the final product and he accommodated me on the shingles I wanted for my house. You might find a little cheaper contractor but you will be hard pressed to find a better young man willing to make sure the customer is happy and the work is done correctly.. thanks Weldon and the whole crew .. We got quotes for our roof from a few companies and decided to go with Weldon. They provided a really thorough and competitive quote and bid and made sure we knew all of our options. They were informative about the brand brand of shingles they work with and the warranties involved. Our first day of installation was the only potential thing that would make me maybe knock down a star. There wasn't a great line of communication that day and it ended up being less of a crew there than planned, but the owners, William and Sheldon personally made sure everything was perfect before the end of the project. Because of the personal attention to detail from them, I still felt five stars was appropriate. Would recommend them and will consider them for our other exterior projects for sure. Thanks guys!

We contacted Weldon Construction to repair siding which was damaged by a falling tree branch. From the first estimate, to the quality materials and workmanship, to the final cleanup, all was done exceptionally well. If you want quality work, done in a timely manner, Weldon is an excellent choice!

Weldon Roofing did a great job working with our insurance and getting a new roof on our home . The workers were great ,and did a great job of cleanup. The new roof looks fantastic.

Sheldon and his crew did an impeccable job on our roof. Our cottage is 100+ years old and needed a significant amount of structural repairs, but they rose to the occasion and made it as good as new. Some aspects of the work required creative problem solving, which I appreciated. Very pleased with the quality of the end result and the level of craftsmanship !

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Weldon roofing! My experience started out with a detailed proposal that included high quality pictures and explanations of the damage they found.
They noted hail damage that I hadn't previously discovered and helped me get insurance to cover some of the cost.

My roof is more complicated because it has many pitches..it didn't slow them down at all. It looks amazing and dramatically increased my home's appeal and value. My only regret is not calling sooner!!!

Weldon Roofing installed siding and they did a fantastic job. The installation was installed in a timely manner. A very professional organization and I would highly recommend Weldon Roofing.

Updated Review: After a storm last summer (2024), we had a second company inspect the roof for hail damage. The company did not find any substantial weather damage; however, they did indicate that the roof was installed poorly. We contacted Weldon and they sent a member of their team to inspect the roof that agreed that the job was a "C+" effort siting that the shingles were not installed evenly (see pictures) and that there were already soft spots on the roof where additional plywood boards should have been replaced. Weldon's warranty states, "that should a defect in workmanship, related to the work completed by Weldon Roofing & Construction, occur within 10 years of the project, Weldon Roofing & Construction will complete repairs within the original project's scope of work at no charge to the customer". To-date, Weldon has not remediated the situation.

Original Review: Highly recommend! I used Weldon Roofing & Construction to remove and replace shingles, and install siding on my home. Plus, they removed and replaced the shingles from my shed with the remaining materials. William and his team were responsive, professional, and always on time. The entire process was quick and painless. Cleanup could have been a bit better but it was still done well. No doubt that I would use them again in the future, if needed.

Never showed up for the quote. They contacted me the next day & came out. Sheldon did a good job of explaining everything.

These guys did a fantastic job! Always got back to me quickly when I had questions and a great price. Arrived on time, worked into the night to get the roof done before predicted rain and cleaned everything up nice. Would definitely recommend!

They did a great job for me, to be honest they did a little extra siding work on an area just to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Really nice staff, even recommended I replace my front light since they had to take the old one down anyway.

I would rate a 5 but as my experience with roof and gutter repairs is limited I feel a four is more credible. A drip rail , gutter repair and gutter screen install was completed quickly and cleanly. In fact a small issue in the gutter corner was fixed without any job change order (i.e. additional charge) . I had talked to several roofer and gutter companies and Weldon was focused on my problem and their ability to fix it. So as I give them my highest referral maybe I do need to change the rating to a five .

Customer service is huge and Weldon Roofing & Construction was fantastic. They got on the job immediately. It looks great and the cleanup was exceptional. I will recommend Weldon to everyone. Thanks guys!

As the owner of a Licensed Home inspection company. I see alot of shotty workmanship on homes. I look at things on a home much closer than many. The crew from Weldon roofing installed aluminum soffit and fascia on my home. They were on time and prepared. They did a great job and cleaned up the area upon completion of their work. The price was very reasonable.
I would have no problem recommending them as a contractor. I will most likely have them re-roof a detached building in the near future. Thanks again weldon roofing for a job well done.

Everyone was very professional and friendly, prices were very reasonable, they was very attentive and on time through the whole process, and they made sure to follow the Covid guidelines. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.
