Roofing!!! Lost shingles off of the roof of my house in a storm, they were at my house that next morning by 9 am! Alex Grim has been amazingly patient, understanding, and more than willing to answer any questions I have had and offering help. They had my roof tarped off that same day so I would not have any more water damage to the inside of my home. The whole crew has been amazingly efficient in doing my repairs in a quick and timely manner. Have enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Weathertight recently re-roofed our home. From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier. We got an estimate some months before we started the job and they were very good about honoring their estimate. We dealt with Shane and Tyson. They were very professional and their crew was exceptional… very respectful and cleaned up at the end of the job each day and seemed happy to be working.

The workers who came to our home were very kind and personable. They did a very nice job and everything was cleaned up when they left. We would not hesitate to use their company again.

I can't say enough about the amazing service I received after the tornado damage to my home last year. I had to have a completely new roof and siding installed, and the team went above and beyond to help. Tyler and Alex were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough great things about Weathertight. They have been amazing to work with. They clearly take pride in their work. They made a dumpy old house into the best-looking place on the street and left the yard more tidy than they found it. We are doing a total rehab, so I know we'll have them back for more work. They've already done the roof, windows and siding. Next is doors and maybe some other miscellaneous exterior upgrades!

They came out gave an estimate found a problem during the estimate and help take care of the problem that day. They had excellent customer service skills and kept us in communication with progress the whole time. During the billing process of there was questions from us we had answers that day. If they had questions on payment from INS we were kept informed. IF we ever need anything in the future for roofing needs we will definitely be using this company again.

There is not another company I would hire to do installations. Specifically, Colt is who completed our door/window job. I cannot express how much I appreciated his communication, effort, or skills. It just came down to purely a budget issue for me after litterally being raked over the coals by two general contractors in a row. Had the two contractors not bled me dry I would have went with Corey even though his solution was more. I'm confident it was probably better. He provided the most complete follow up on analyzing my roofing needs while being totally straight with me on my project. His pricing was completely fair but for my low slope roof his metal supplier would not warranty my job which made him uncomfortable moving forward on that option which I completely respect & appreciate. The company I went with had a manfuacturer provide me a 15 year warranty on my low slope with metal which hit the budget I had to be at. I spoke to several about this project & only one was close to Corey in terms of the knowledge & care he showed to get it right. Save yourself a bunch of time & Call Corey on any siding or roofing projects very thurough & professional!

Unfortunately, the reason we became acquainted with Weathertight Roofing and its owner, Corey Cates, was due to a huge hailstorm that stuck our whole neighborhood. It did major damage to not only our property, but also to our neighbors’ properties. Corey came immediately the next day and surveyed the damages, met with our insurance adjuster as he went around and did an inspection of those damages, arranged all of the repairs on our numerous structures and dealt with preparing invoices for our insurance company. His expertise is unmeasurable, in our opinion. He helped us choose what materials were needed and even put up with me changing my mind several times!
Weathertight has many specialty teams of experienced leaders and workers and each team that was at our house was professional and friendly. They were superb in their work ethics and we looked forward to them coming to our house each day. When one team finished their work, we were sad to see them leave. Corey and Alex, Tyler, Colt to name just a few, became like family members. Speaking of family members, Corey’s father even chipped in and offered his expertise in replacing our damaged flagpole!

Fortunately, however, our unfortunate situation gained us a beautiful new look to our house and an awesome friend in Corey.

You would have to look far and long to find a better company to deal with for your house repairs, whether it is recommending materials for the job, dealing with insurance claims and being there for the customer from start to finish!

We hired Weathertight to do a few different jobs around the house. They quickly came out and provided a very thorough estimate with photos of our issues and a description of how they would fix them. They repaired our roof in a few places, replaced most of the fascia on the house and even repaired an issue with some missing bricks that was allowing squirrels to enter our wall cavity. Weathertight Roofing replaced my hail and wind damaged roof. They were prompt in inspecting my roof and preparing a quotation that was fully accepted by my insurance company,. They applied protection to damaged portions of the roof to prevent additional leakage while awaiting installation of the new roofing.

They arrived on the scheduled installation date and completed the project in one day as promised. The found damaged decking, showed me the damage and replaced all damaged areas. They protected all doors, windows and plantings, no damage to anything. They thoroughly cleaned the worksite. They were very detail oriented.

Alex and Corey were easy to work with, answered their phones, and promptly returned calls when not immediately available.. They are very professional.
