Unfortunately circuit breaker was tripped, power plug to washing macine, water to instant heater were disconnected. Unaware When started to use washing machine, Basement got flooded, I had a blast shower of full pressure water. This is negligence on tge part of both techs.

Dennis did excellent work. Professional, courteous and diligent. He also cleaned the work space on completion very well. I highly recommend Patch Boys for their quality and service.

I had some major plumbing work done, and as a result, some sections of wall and ceiling were removed to access pipes. I've done a little drywall work years ago, and knew it was a very dusty job. When the drywall repair was complete, I was amazed at how little dust I found. The finished mudding job surprisingly smooth, to the point that little sanding was required. And, at the end of every day Patch Boys was working at my house, they spent a notable length of time cleaning: not only sweeping (which moves the dust around), but also mopping. I was extremely impressed, and whenever I have the need for more drywall repair, Patch Boys are the only company I'll call.

Patch Boys repaired my ceiling after a roof leak. They were concerned about the texture. But they matched it perfectly. They also painted the area, and the price was very reasonable. Hopefully, I won't have to call them for another repair, but if needed, I won't hesitate!

I had the most amazing experience with Patch Boys. My contractor completed a drywall and texture match job that I thought was impossible to do. The work was not only perfect upon completion but it was done in a timely and efficient manner. And the clean up was also prioritized. I would recommend Patch Boys to all of Indy. They did an excellent job.

i used Patch Boys of Northeast Indiana for drywall repairs on my home. They we on time, professional, quick, and cleaned up after the repairs. I was pleased with the service.

I had a small area of my ceiling that was damaged by a roof leak. The drywall was okay but the texture was ruined. The Patch Boys responded quickly, gave me an reasonable estimate based on a photo, but suggested I hold off until warmer weather (damage was in my garage). I was able to schedule in early May. The Patch Boys workman showed up on time, protected the surrounding area, and completed the work quickly. Texture is an excellent match to existing ceiling. Would recommend. Note: I have not painted the repaired area in photo, yet, so color does not match.

Working with The Patch Boys was a mixed bag. Short version: for drywall repair work they were outstanding, but for painting I would look elsewhere.

Longer version: I had repair done for moisture bubbling on two bathroom ceilings and some other drywall work on living room walls. Repair of the ceiling/drywall itself went well. Then came painting. What a disaster. Knowing the full story now this is because a new employee was left to work without a skilled supervisor to oversee or check finished quality. They used far too much paint resulting in huge runs/waves and didn't go over brush strokes with rollers. They didn't tape or lay down cover properly so there was paint EVERYWHERE. On my vanity, toilet, mirror, tile floors, shower, towel rods/cabinets...everywhere. I spent *multiple days* cleaning up after their mess. To The Patch Boy's credit, once a more senior technician saw the disasterous work, they corrected it and I was not charged for the extra labor/paint required.

An extra note since it doesn't pertain to quality of work but instead professionalism of the technicians: the smoking onsite/on breaks (and subsequent smell) is a very bad look. My house was *saturated* with the smell of cigarettes every day their technicians were onsite, floor to ceiling febreeze needed every time after they left. If you are a smoker yourself maybe this won't bother you but if you're not, just be prepared....

We use Patchboys often. They alway do what they say they will do when they say they will. They get the job done correctly and follow instructions well.

We had some water damage due to a roof issue. The Patch Boys were able to come out that same afternoon and assess the area. We're very happy with the results of their repair!

Great experience with The Patch Boys. Very easy to schedule an estimate. Sarah was very quick to get the estimate to us and was able to schedule the work within days. Rob did a fantastic job fixing the hole in our textured ceiling. He was super respectful and very careful to protect our furniture and flooring. Did an outstanding job matching the surrounding ceiling texture. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Patch Boys was able to quickly schedule and execute a time-sensitive job. They sent out an estimator to look at the job and provide prep information. We scheduled the arrival time, and Braxton did an awesome job installing the drywall, mudding, and cleaning up. When he finished the sanding the next day, it blended in with the existing walls perfectly. Again, he cleaned up and left the work area spotless. The whole experience was professional, and I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent work on my ceiling. They even came back on a Saturday to sand the patch so that the painter previously scheduled for Monday could finish the project. Management was attentive throughout.

I've used Patch Boys for two projects in my 1909 home. They've done a great job skim coating and repairing plaster walls, patching dry wall and painting. Sarah is easy to communicate with and is quick to schedule projects. I would definitely recommend.

Braxton did a wonderful job on my garage ceiling. You can barely tell where the plumber cut out the holes for his repair prior and Braxton inserted the panel I wanted put in perfectly so I have ongoing access to the trap pipe. Braxton was so easy to work with and left the garage cleaner than what he found it.

We had the pleasure of meeting Braxton from The Patch Boys, who worked on our house. We were needing our ceiling in our living room to match and blend into our dining room with a texture we had never seen. Braxton came in, took the time to explain everything to us regarding the texture and did a fantastic fantastic job. We would recommend him every time because his work is done RIGHT! And after he was done, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the texturing and blending. And I would like to mention, he’s a really nice guy. Thank you Braxton!!!

Had parts of my plaster ceiling separate from the lathe and fall on the floor. Called The Patch Boys on a Tuesday night, they called back on Wednesday, morning and were out the next day to provide an estimate.

We had to reschedule the original date for work due to issues out of both mine and their control. But The Patch Boys were very responsive and easy to work with to reschedule.

Once the work was agreed upon they came out quickly, did a a wonderful job, cleaned up and were gone with 0 issues.

Patch Boys were very responsive, professional, and interactive. They gave accurate estimates, and stayed within the budget I had set for them. The workers were friendly and gave accurate advice as to what could and could not be done work contracted.
The workwes also made sure to keep the doors closed, so my cats could not escape, which is a major plus as far as I was concerned.

I contacted The Patch Boys and received a quote for the drywall repairs that I wanted done. The price was in the ball park of what I had expected. The work was scheduled to be done in just a matter of days. The crew showed up when I was told they would be here. Braxton Bowresk and his team worked diligently until the project was done. The project took two days and had originally been planned for three days. The crew cleaned up at the end of the first day much better than I expected. And on the second day the clean-up was complete! I would strongly recommend The Patch Boys; I definitely will be using them on similar project in the future.

This was not a good experience. The Patch Boys of Indianapolis were dishonest and uncouth to work with. We agreed on a price for a scope of work, which includes them moving or covering our belongings.

First, they told us the job would take five days. We agreed go pay a premium to ensure the job got done quickly. It took over a month. Their team would show up, work for 20 min, and then smoke on our front porch and complain and gossip and cause endless drama on our work site. Their team came back seven times after you told us they were done. We kept finding more that they had missed. And in the end, my team still did an enormous amount of work on the work that we had paid them to do.

The Patch Boys of Indianapolis constantly left lights on and all doors in our house open after they left — even after I asked the owner to ensure that didn’t happen. A security hazard, obviously.

Finally, they didn’t cover or move any of our belongings. When I asked them why they had started the work before doing so, they said “we’re dry wallers, not movers.” So, we were left with a $20,000 cleaning bill of all of our clothes belongings that they promised would be moved or covered.

None of this went according to plan. Would not recommend you trust Sarah and her husband at The Patch Boys with your jobs. Look elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time we’ve “needed”Patch Boys of Northeast Indiana. I can’t say enough about Sarah! Both drywall repair were outstanding!

I appreciated that I was able to talk to someone on the phone, submit a photo of my ceiling that needed repair, and get a quote so quickly. The drywaller was on time and very nice. All in all, a great experience.

These 2 guys were great. Probably had 10 areas that needed patched from teenagers and a ceiling that leaked . Excellent work. No issues . Very professional on the quote , took pics snd the work

Sarah was very easy to communicate with and their pricing was fair. The guys who came out to do the work did not clean up after themselves and for whatever reason, never used drop clothes to protect our floors and cabinets. Also, on more than one occasion, their crew did not show up when scheduled which caused for more communication and coordination with Sarah. Work was good, just spent WAY too much time asking when they were coming to my house and also to clean up.

They’re very reasonable they do an excellent job and they clean up after their self great job thank you. It’s hard to find someone to do plaster work.

My kitchen needed repair due to water damage in the ceiling. My (house built in 1928) dining room ceiling was also in need of some major help due to the drywall failing and collapsing. Eric and his coworker Braxton were able to work their craft into repairing and saving my kitchen and dining room. The job took about 1 week to complete. But I am ever so grateful and thankful that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you both for a job well done!
