When Paul from 3Kings came to our house to quote an estimate for replacing our roof, he was the only contractor (out of the 7 or 8 we had give us estimates) that recognized wind damage and was willing to go to bat for us as we filed a claim with our insurance company. He has extensive experience in the business, knows building codes, and walked us through the entire process. This included communicating with the claims adjustor and and providing all paperwork needed to help us get the best reimbursement.
On the day of the install, the roofing crew arrived early and got right to work. They worked throughout the entire day and completed the removal of our old roof and installation of the new roof all in the same day. They were great about clean up afterword and the roof looks amazing.

Working with Paul and his crew was the best part of getting my roof replaced. Paul is very knowledgeable about roofs and shingle technology at various shingle companies. As you can see in the pictures, I have a special roof with multifaceted pitches. The crew was very good about getting lines straight and doing a good job. Paul and his team did a great job with a roof repair at my home (a small leak near the peak of my two-story home). The originally quoted and executed repair did not fix my leak, so Paul and his team came back and performed a larger scope of work. 3 Kings Construction replaced the entire roof, siding, and gutters of my home and did an excellent job for an excellent price. I had the pleasure of working with this company to completely replace the roof at my office. They were very professional and prompt even though the weather tried to work against us! However, all work was completed within the agreed upon timeframe and the owner even reached out to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. The pricing was extremely reasonable too! They did an amazing job and charged between $5 to $15k less than all the other quotes I received. My roof was a combination of shingles, flat and wood slates! Just amazing!

We had a great experience working with Paul and 3 Kings Roofing. We had been contemplating our roof for some time and after the recent wind storms in February 2023, it was definitely time.

We reached out and Paul was quick and thorough with the inspection. He was also very willing to work with us and our insurance company. We thankfully have very flexible work schedules and after getting the go ahead to schedule, we received a text from Paul on a Monday to schedule for that Thursday. The team was thorough in tarping/covering around the house and moving furniture. The team started bright and early, just after 6AM and was done by 6PM. We're very pleased with how the roof looks now as well.

The installation and clean up was very good. The crew was efficient and friendly. The company was great to work with and very helpful and responsive.

We used 3 Kings last year for a repair on some flashing that supported a gutter. They were quick and efficient and got the work done as well as adding gutter guards for less than what some other local companies wanted just to fix the flashing and gutter. Last week, we had a piece of siding come loose on the house, which I just noticed yesterday. 3 Kings was the first company I called! Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule a repair in a few days following initial call. Owner arrived at my door, business card in hand, and introduced himself. He asked permission to enter and within five minutes of talking to him, (he saw the interior stain on my ceiling) he was up on my roof doing an assessment, complete with pictures. After consulting with me he completed the minor repairs. He had all the equipment necessary in his vehicle and from door to door it was less than 30 min. That night it rained and I’m glad I have a peace of mind that my roof will not be a problem. I definitely will be asking for them to return for any future repairs, should I need them.

I had my roof replaced a few years ago and it developed a leak in a tricky spot. The original company came out and blamed it on the siding. I called Paul to get a second opinion. Paul did an excellent job, on our roof installation, and explained the process in a timely fashion with e-mails and texts.
I had total confidence with Paul and his integrity and business acumen from a previous encounter.
I had a contractor come out to give us an estimate on a ridge vent that was allowing water to get in after the snow melted.
the price quoted was quite high so I contacted Paul's company for a second estimate. he looked at vent and simply said he just needed to secure vent with a few nails. Paul would not even accept any payment.
From my previous business, I was impressed that Paul knew that this gesture would probably come back around.

They removed and installed a complete roof in three days I was absolutely shocked and stunned that they were able to do that in that amount of time. Not only do they guarantee the materials used but their workmanship as well. The roof looks fantastic. If I ever need any type of work that they do they will definitely be the ones I will call it was the easiest time I've had with any contractors. They were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of the questions I had.
