Jason was a huge blessing to work with. He took care of every detail and personally worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure everything was fully covered and done correctly. I would highly recommend working with Jason. Beyond all that, the house looks fantastic. We had asbestos removal, new siding, new gutters, and a new roof all done through sheward, and I though I hope to never have to do it again, I'm glad to know Jason is there to help if there is ever a need.

Jason and his team were great! They replaced our entire roof, including three new skylights. Everything looks fantastic and they did it all in a single day, including great cleanup!!

Jason is the BEST! I have had 2 different contractors over the last 2 years for a persistent roof leak impacting an area in the kitchen ceiling. One of those contractors came 3 times and did some caulking in the area. This lasted 1 year and as you might guess, the heavy 2 days of rain during the 2nd week in April left me with the same leaks in the same areas. Sheward Contractors was one of the referrals that I received, but I was skeptical as to whether he would be able to truly fix my issue after 2 years of dealing with this leak. Immediately upon meeting Jason, I began to feel more confident in a resolution. He listened patiently while I recounted the history of my issues, he evaluated the roof area and came back with pictures and recommendations. The pictures showed the caulking had cracked and also he felt a hole deep behind the shingles in that area where water could seep in with heavy rains and pooling of water. He also showed me pictures of a clogged dryer venting system right beside the problem area that may or may not have contributed to the issue. None of the other contractors even informed me that my dryer vented to the roof. I was surprised about this information but grateful for Jason and his thoroughness in explaining it all to me. Jason responded to my emergency situation and gave priority to fixing my roof by removing shingles, installing new flashing, replacing shingles and also replacing the dryer vent with a better dryer venting system after cleaning out around the area opening. Jason, thank you so much for your excellent service to your customers, your expertise in your chosen profession, your kindness and your overall responsiveness to what are usually stressful circumstances for your customers. I also know by your ethical communications and manner that you plan to stand by your solution, such that even if something did not work as planned, I know that I can count on you to assist with a resolution. My husband and I have had multiple contractors over the years at our other previously owned homes and at our current home and our second home, and we have never had a contractor as good as Jason at Sherwood. He was fair with pricing, responsive, kept in constant communication with us, checked on his crew's work daily, cleaned up our property beautifully after the project was over, and used quality materials. His crews were also very professional and communicative with us. He installed both roof and gutters for us. And we had to move quickly because of weather and he prioritized our project. I highly recommend Sherwood if you need a roof or gutters!

The crew was professional and efficient. They replace panels and put on the new roof in one day. It looks great and I feel secure now when the wind and rain comes. I highly recommend Sheward Contractors, They came out and looked over my roof leak issue took pictures and explained what was causing my roof leak then provided a quote in about an hour and gave a day and time they would be onsite to repair, they showed up 5 minutes early and made quick work of the job and cleaned up everything after they were done. For sure if you have the need for roof work I would call Jason at Sheward Contractors and give him a chance to provide a quote and do work for you.

We have had many home repairs and renovations and Sheward Construction is the best company I have ever worked with. Jason was honest, personable and professional. Jason did a great job on our roof job. He was here with the crew, and got on the roof multiple times overseeing the installation of the new shingles. The gutter installer group that he contracted with to install our new gutters and downspouts was also top notch. My wife and I are very happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

Jason did a nice job repairing our roof. It still looks good and he finished the job quickly. Not too terribly expensive either.

Called Jason to come take a look at my roof after a pretty bad wind storm. Even though there were a lot of people with damaged roofs and he had a busy schedule, he was able to get over to my house very quickly. After his inspection, he found that I had lost a couple of shingles. He got me on the schedule to come replace them very quickly and did a great job. Reasonable pricing as well. I will definitely be using Sheward Contractors in the future.

Jason replaced a piece of siding that was blown of from the windstorm and damaged.
He was able to do it before he said he would, was careful to match the color closely and very polite and professional. I’d definitely use him again.

Jason and his Team were extremely courteous and great to work with. They got the job done quickly and without any issues. I'd definitely recommend them!

Took two months to get the work done even when we told them we needed the work done quick because we were trying to sell the house.

They are more of a roofing company then they are an actual contractor that can do interior work even though they said they could do the work. Said they would get done what the insurance adjuster quoted but when time came said that couldn't because the insurance didn't give enough money to cover but if we would have gotten a quote prior to working on the interior part of the house like we had asked for then we could have asked the insurance company for more money to cover.

Once they finished the job it looked horrible and had to be fixed again becuz the ceiling looked like it was bulging out and was so heavily painted that you could tell it was a patch job. The employees who did the work got paint on my floors all the way to my front door and on my mantle.

I have also asked to have the name of the flooring they laid so I could get more to match the rest of the house and still have not got anything back.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Jason is an honest and friendly person. The work he performed was under budget and I also learnt a few things. As a newer homeowner the service and information he provided was very valuable. I will be contacting him again when I need my roof repaired.
