I was really pleased with Republic Roofing in 2021. A storm came through and my roof had to be replaced. They helped process my claim timely with my insurance ! I was impressed with how smoothly the job went. They were done in a day and I had a beautiful new roof and gutters. Now it’s 2025 and the roof is holding strong. The house still looks beautiful. I was also impressed with their cleanup. After they were done, you would’ve never known that they had been there. I will continue to recommend this company to friends, family, and coworkers.

It has been almost a year since Republic Roofing completed our roof, siding, and new gutters project. (I tend to wait to post reviews-have to make sure the project holds up to standards). It definitely has and it looks so much better! The work was done efficiently, workers were very professional, and they cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended Republic Roofing!

After checking out several companies we chose Republic Roofing. It was a great decision. The price was the best of the companies we checked out. The quality was fantastic and I really appreciated the cleanup. I highly recommend. As a first time homeowner they really took the time to explain everything.

This business was referred to us by family and at first, communication was great and they finished our roof in great timing. There was a misunderstanding between the roofers and the paperwork and only the roof was done when the shed roof should have been done as well along with the siding of the house. Which is understandable, things happen. However, It’s been almost three weeks and we keep getting the run around “We’ll have someone out there next week” it’s been a week, called again and now they said this week. No further detail, no time or date to expect the work getting done. I should have trusted the other reviews that complain about the same thing, Republic Roofing will get one job done, then take forever to come back and get the rest done. Do not recommend, lack of communication and lack of professionalism.

From Inspection all the way through gutters and downspouts its been Amazing! This is a 10 star company and such professional people! satisfaction!

Corey was responsive, showed up exactly on time, did the most extensive inspection that we've had to date, gave us practical advice for roofing maintenance, and they had the best quote. Tim Emkow the Owner of Republic Roofing helped my family and I get a new roof and siding completely paid by our home insurance! Tim was very professional, great at communicating and answering our questions. He made this whole process stress free and installed our roof and siding within two weeks of being approved by Insruance! Thank you Tim and Republic!

We suffered through the hail storm that came through Central KY in 2023. Republic was one of the contractors that canvased our neighborhood the following day. We were looking for one company that could handle our whole home repairs from the hail: roof, siding, gutters, facia, windows, deck, and fence. Our salesman committed that they would handle all of that without hesitation, and that Republic would provide top quality installation and service. Sure enough, we were the first house in the neighborhood to receive a new roof. It was installed in one day very efficiently by their crew, and they also cleaned up any mess they made during the installation. Because of this, I even made multiple recommendations to others who had experienced the same hail storm we did on Republic's behalf.

That's where things took a turn. Communication up until that point was top-notch, but stopped once the roof was in. We made multiple calls to our salesman and their office for status updates, which could not be provided. We also busted them lying to us multiple times about whether pictures were submitted, or measurements were taken, or materials were ordered/ready to be installed. For us to get any of the other work completed, we had to stop any payments to them. Only then would they actually look into getting the remaining work completed. They even had to measure our windows over 3 times just to get them ordered, which they didn't get ordered for 6 months! There was always an excuse as well, primarily blamed on the supply chain. The only problem with that excuse was I was watching my neighbors getting everything that Republic claimed wasn't available. The only communications we would regularly get from Republic was "Where is our money?", not "Here's a status update on the work still yet to be completed." For each portion of the job, outside of the roof, we had to raise a stink just to get them to acknowledge that they had work yet to be completed. It even got to the point where the owner came to our house to address the situation. He said he would personally see to it that the remaining work would be completed. Like the salesman, he made a commitment he would not be able to keep.

Yesterday we made our last payment to them. That's over a roughly 9 month period. Needless to say, they never completed what they committed to completing. They never did anything with our deck or fence, other than take pictures, which never made it to our insurance. We still have a portion of our facia that has damage, which they've never taken care of, even though we've pointed this out to them multiple times. Even when handing them the final payment I pointed out the work was not done. The salesman yet again said "That's unacceptable and I will get to the bottom of it and get back to you." Needless to say, not a word from them. We've given up dealing with them because clearly they over-promised and under-delivered.

Moral of the story: If you want a new roof, they do fine work. But if you want other work to be completed, find someone else.

My overall experience with Republic Roofing was excellent. The communication with the office, especially with Traci, was always very informative and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Republic Roofing more than exceeded all my expectations!!! They helped me quickly narrow down my choices and matched them beautifully to my brick. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. They were on time and came and took off all my old shingles and put on the new within just a few hours. Plus the best part was they cleaned up all the mess involved. My neighbors have complimented how great my roof looks and I referred them to only the best Republic Roofing!!

Republic Roofing replaced our roof about 8 years ago and roof looks great and we have had no problems. Crew started job and worked until it was finished, They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. They went above and beyond!!! Would highly recommend!

Absolute great company. I have a large, very complicated roof and they did a tremendous job taking off the old shingles, copper flashing and installing a new 50 year shingle roof.

Professional and excellent service. I worked with John, Brian and Adam. Each listened to my concerns, answered my questions and responded right away. I highly recommend. Text messages to office staff were answered promptly. The roof installation staff were neat, worked well together and courteous.

Republic replaced our roof (this included skylights and adding attic fans). They provided great details of what was going to be done and answered all questions prior to doing the project. Then they delivered on all points covered...this included an attic fan that was faulty from the manufacturer (not Republic)...Republic handled everything with the manufacturer and fixed the attic fan. Highly recommend this company...professional and responsive.

Brian from Republic Roofing stopped by our house about a month after we had a hail storm & sold us our new roof. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed and up to date throughout the whole process. Adam was our site manager and, just like Brian, was nice and professional. Both men went above and beyond to provide us with great service, the process was so easy, and our roof looks amazing!

We’re giving a 10+ star rating and so honored to share our amazing experience of extraordinary attention to detail and customer service working with Republic Roofing. In early May (2023) we had the privilege of meeting Johnny Ashburn and Brian Grantlin from Republic Roofing, and they gave us a courtesy assessment and free quote regarding the condition of our roof, following a recent hailstorm. Both Johnny and Brian were very professional, took photos and created an inspection report right on the spot, which we thought was incredible and so well organized. We then contacted our insurance company and submitted photos and documentation. Thanks to Johnny and Brian’s efficiency, our insurance adjuster was able to schedule an appt. quickly to inspect and assess the damage to our roof. Johnny (Republic Roofing) also went the extra mile and was on site when our insurance adjuster arrived at our home and joined him on the roof, and this was a heavy rainy day. Shortly after the approval from our insurance company for a new roof, both Brian and Johnny took time to meet with our family to explain in detail what materials would be used for the new roof and answer all our questions. This spoke volumes to our heart, regarding the integrity, commitment and care we would receive, partnering with Republic Roofing.
We also want to thank Grace from the Republic corporate office, who did an incredible job getting our roof project scheduled so quickly. The actual day of installation was truly perfection! We had the pleasure of working with Adam Parner (on-site Field Technician / Project Manager) who communicated so well with us on the process and watched over the installation of our new roof. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of the installation team, and they worked so efficiently and did an incredible job in one (1) day.

This was a terrible experience. The sales person said the work could be done for the amount the insurance was going to pay and gave us that in writing. Unfortunately I did not ask for an itemized estimate. When they found out that the company was going to pay more the company then insisted the job would cost more. After numerous calls to the office nothing changed and I had to pay almost $1,000. more than the written estimate. I also asked 5 times for someone to give me an estimate on new gutters and that was never done. There was a section of the roof that I thought didn't look good and mentioned it to one of the supervisors who said they would get back with me but no one ever did. It was a very disappointing experience.

Republic stopped in our neighborhood, noticing the roof damage and they were willing to help us with our insurance. Our salesperson was Andrew, he was very polite. The biggest problem was his dependability. He stated that he would show up on a Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m. He did not show up until 11:15 a.m. I had made plans with my sons to play golf at 11 unfortunately i had to cancel to this to be at home waiting.
After going through what to send with the insurance. We had set up another visit to get the final arrangements made. This was set up for Tuesday after 4. Andrew not only did not show up he also did not respond to any of my texts wondering on the status of this. Andrew finally sent a text at 8:00 p.m. and stated sorry i was busy with someone else. I will be able to meet you on Thursday and we will get everything set up. Not only did he not show up he did not reply back to me. Republic has made enough money in my neighborhood, I will take my business elsewhere. Someplace where the salesperson SHOWS UP!!!

Republic Roofing has the best customer service I have ever experienced. My roof was damaged by hail. They came out inspected my roof, walked me through how to file an insurance claim and so on. They even came out during the inspection to help spot anything the inspector might miss. My house has solar panels and they helped me work with the solar company to get the panels removed and the roof replaced. They also did an amazing job on my roof. I would highly recommend them.

Republic put on a new roof for me last March, just as things were beginning to shut down due to COVID. I was worried about all the problems that could arise with everything being so uncertain. A great team of workmen was put together, inspections were figured out and the job was done without interruption. Dan, one of the owners, checked in on the work before, during, and after the job to make sure all went well. Very professional. Cost was very fair. I’m happy with my new roof. Would definitely recommend them to others.

We just had our roof replaced by Repulic Roofing, the whole process took about a week (from inspection to completion)!!! Absolutely the most professional, efficient and quality workmanship we could've ever hoped for! We worked with Aric DeGroot from the beginning of the process until the very end, our experience with Aric was fantastic. He made the process very seamless, he worked very hard to make sure we were at ease and had an ultimate stress free experience! Republic roofing recently replaced my old roofing with a high quality grade of shingles due to hail damage. They did an outstanding job and did it exactly as they had promised, that in itself is pretty remarkable when dealing with any company in the service trade industry. They were extremely dependable, on time, professional and I couldn’t be happier with the job they delivered. The entire staff was an absolutely joy to work with. They went above and beyond what I expected with entire project. They not only competed the initial task in a timely manner but returned for any and all minor issues I had. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you might have.

We had hail and wind damage. Shane did an excellent job communicating back and forth on when the project of a new roof would be started, how long it would take, gave us the colors to choose from, and gutter colors as well. The crew came out and did an excellent job and the roof was on within a day. Everything was cleaned up and all trash and old shingles were cleaned up and hauled off . They did a great job !!

This firm just stopped by my home and told me I had hail damage. Something they could apparently tell from my covered porch. What they didn't know is that someone had inspected our roof a week earlier, someone that we trust, and no damage was found. I'm not trusting a door to door storm chaser.

Excellent service from Rick who came out even when snow was coming. They gave us a very fair quote and when the weather was warm enough they installed in one day. Very good company, would use them again for sure and have told others about them.
