Working with Parker from the begining you could tell he was a honest upfront contractor. From the first meeting looking over prints to the finished product he was top notch. His work and subcontractors were on schedule from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a custom built house to put their trust in Parker to deliver an amazing product.

First off, they were super nice and really listened to what we wanted. They even asked me what colors and designs I liked, which was so cool. It felt like they really cared about making sure everyone in the family was happy with the remodel.

The team was always on time and super polite. They made sure everything was clean and neat, which I really appreciated because I hate messes. They also kept us updated on what they were doing, so we always knew what was happening next.

Now, let’s talk about the bathroom itself—it's gorgeous! The tiles are beautiful, the lighting is perfect, and the new fixtures are so stylish. It feels like a spa, and I can’t wait to show it off to my friends. They’re going to be so jealous!

Parker built our custom home for us last year and we absolutely love it! Parker was great to work with! Everything turned out great and we are so happy with our new home! Parker is fair and honest!

Albertson Construction built a shelter for my firewood and equipment. It turned out great! The framing was much better than anything I could have done myself. The crew even worked in the snow to get it finished for me.

I would like to share our experience with Parker. We bought our beautiful home from Parker in May 2023 we needed to downsize from a larger more formal home and open concept was not my favorite style, but after seeing this kitchen and great room we were sold. The great room is huge when quest first walk in they are shocked at the size its amazing. There are many great features to this home, the entry is beautiful the mud room is very large and he also added toe kick lighting in kitchen which I had never seen before and we love it. There are also many windows which makes our home nice and bright! All new homes have miner repairs and Parker was on top of that he fixed everything we ask for and in a timely manner. He is currently building another home right next door to our house and as you might guess it can be very loud and stressful, but Parker made sure there was no loud music and the workers did not work to late and he would call us to make sure we were handling all the noise. Now, if there were any misunderstandings or issues Parker addressed them right away. We would highly recommend Parker for any job you might need. I will add some photos

We have lived in our new home for just over 1 year now and we absolutely love it. It is beautiful inside and out, highly functional, and a delight to live in. Having never gone through the process of building a new home before, we are grateful for Parker who was easy to work with and incredibly helpful in all the decisions that one must make. He pays attention to detail and has a great eye for what might look good/work and what might not in a home. Loved the fact that all through out the build we got to work directly with the builder/owner instead of a manager or supervisor, I think it really makes a difference. This is our forever home but if we ever needed to build again we would call Parker.

We had a wonderful experience with Albertson Construction. We were left high and dry with a previous contractor adding a bonus room above our garage. We needed the siding fixed and painted from where our previous contractor had abandoned us. He came out and give us a bid and when we had finalized on what we wanted they sealed and painted the house in less than a week. They did an awesome job at matching the paint to the old vinyl on the rest of the house and not be more pleased. Very organized and cleaned up all the mess with no paint marks or droppings left to be found! We'll definitely recommend his services and we'll use them again!

We do Landscaping as a subcontractor for Parker, so we have gotten to work closely with him several times and he has been nothing but awesome! He is not only great at building beautiful homes but he is great to work with, and very knowledgeable. He’s also very professional and only looks out for your best interest. I can’t recommend him enough! I definitely will be using him when the time comes to build my own house.

I hired Parker Albertson from Albertson Signature Homes in the spring of 2023 to frame a large custom home in the mountains east of Boise. Parker was very helpful and understanding through the planning process and helped improve the plans I had drawn for the job. He recommended several other contractors for different parts of the build that myself and the homeowner have been happy with as well. When the crews showed up things moved quickly and within a couple of weeks the house was mostly framed up and windows installed. There were several challenges with a large heavy timber covered deck on a slope and the crews were able to work through them, when mistakes were made or we had miscommunications Parker was always upfront and owned their part and we worked together to resolve any issues and make corrections. His crew was pleasant and hard working. We have also hired Albertson Signature Homes for the drywall portion of the job. I recommend Parker and his crews to anyone looking to build!

I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink and it was the perfect time to redo the kitchen to the finishes I wanted. Parker managed all the sub-contractors from plumbing to electrical. Along with Nampa floors, they finished my kitchen just the way I wanted it to be. While I was doing all of this, I upgraded my two bathrooms and Parker was a big part of that as well. I went with Albertson Signature Homes to do a bathroom renovation in my home. Parker (owner) met with me, took my vision and made it a reality. It came out better than anticipated and the work was top-notch. He is a young guy with an old school approach on a business relationship. The "my word is my bond" is exactly what you get, and he is completely trustworthy, open and honest with his interactions. I ran into an issue with black mold, he was right there with me the whole way to get it mitigated and recover better than ever. Parker and his crews of highly talented professionals warrants my utmost respect and highest recommendation. You will be thrilled with the results.

Albertson's Construction worked with Nampa Floors and Interiors to remodel my two bathrooms which were very outdated and in bad condition. They did all demo of floors and walls, rebuilding of flooring in both bathrooms and rebuilding of walls in smaller bathroom shower. Demolition of the shower was a very hard chore as it was built in 1962. I'm extremely happy with the finalized product, the quality and professionalism in handing this huge project for me. I will certainly use Albertson's Construction again for any future remodeling project and recommend them to anyone with remodeling needs.
