After trying to schedule for a month, the technician did not show for the scheduled appointment date.
Then sent a cancelation notice without ever contacting the homeowner to let her know.
When we called the project manager, he has abrasive and hung up on the customer.

Due to storm and wind damage, we had a leak in our roof that couldn't be repaired, so we engaged Jared and Weathertight Exteriors for our recent roof, gutters and downspouts replacement. Not surprisingly, because we know other folks who have used Weathertight, they did a fantastic job. Jared was prompt, personable, detailed and communicative. His crew was amazing - they were on time, efficient, and did an impeccable job of protecting my plants and cleaning up. You'd never have even known they were there aside from our beautiful new roof, gutters and downspouts. I very highly recommend Weathertight Exteriors!

Called, Jared came out and inspected. Took care of the insurance and was there within the next week. Roof looks great and so far it has been 6 months and I have yet to find a roofing nail that was missed in the clean up!
