We requested quotes from several roofers before getting our quote from Roof Wiser. Once we did we just knew. Beyond the experience we sought for our very steep roof there was a level of commitment there to the project that we knew we could count on. Many will promise but they delivered and we were able to recommend them to 2 neighbors who already received their new roofs and 2 more that are planning to go under contract. Very grateful to the entire company from the owners to the office staff and the roofers and clean up crew. We were not just replacing our roof but making different choices than the previous owners and they were patient and able to supply answers to all of our questions from warranty differences between different manufacturers to differences in upgraded shingles etc. Top notch!!! Highly recommend!!!

The personal assistant who represented us through out the process of our new installation of our new roof. Her name was Amanda Green. Awesome all through the process.

I am a Property Manager in the Jacksonville area, but I've also recently moved into my own home. Sam and Brent with Roof Wiser have been so professional, so nice, and the work has been great.

I just want to say a bit about Sam's customer service. He is the NICEST person, he will go out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of, AND he went the extra mile by helping with something he did not need to help with when he was following up with me one day. That's just like, a good person. Not only a good worker, but a good heart as well. His work ethic is second to none.

Also, when I hired several contractors to come out to a community I manage and present bids for all of the roofs to be redone, Brent gave the most professional presentation. His use of technology, the materials he brought, and his demeanor throughout the presentation put them over the edge of the other contractors. And the other contractors were good, too!! Not a slouch in sight. But my community went with Roof Wiser and I can't wait to get to work with them. I have been very pleased so far.

I highly recommend calling Weatherlock if you have an issue. They were quick to respond, quick to come out and evaluate and quick to fix the leak. Anthony was super helpful through the process. The pricing was my favorite aspect. We knew the price options from the start and we didn’t have to play the estimate game to get to the pricing. If we ever have another leak (hopefully we don’t), I will call Weatherlock first.

Anthony inspected the roof and was able to complete the repair within 3 days. He kept me informed throughout the repairs and even sent me a text with the pictures. I’m happy with their service!

Really happy we went with WeatherLock for our roofing install. We had 4 companies come out and they were always in the top for me. The owner, Alan Ross, was very responsive, helpful and professional. Anthony Brown, the project manager was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of our property and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to a high standard. He also had great customer service and communication was great!
From day one we knew exactly what was happening. They take lots of pictures before, during and after the process of installing our roof so you have full transparency of what is going on. They are upfront about everything. They showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of our property. They put nets up around your home for extra protection. Peace of mind l for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Anthony Brown repaired my roof. It had an opening that began to cause a leak in the garage. He was responsive to my needs, professional, courteous and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I am satisfied with the work and will be calling him in the future for all of my roofing needs!

From the start of this project the owner Alan Ross was professional and timely in his response. The Quality Control Manager, Anthony was courteous, punctual and thorough to accomplish his duties and provided daily detailed photos of the roofing work. We are extremely pleased. However, the crew that was assigned initially were punctual and careful, but unfortunately did not provide enough workers to complete the work at a timely manner as stated initially.
No excuses with the weather just didn’t provide sufficient man power. Overall, we are very pleased with the way our shingles on our roof looks. We would highly recommend this company to our friends, family and our neighbors.

I was impressed with Weatherlock from the start. They were professional and prompt throughout the whole process. I had some issues personally during the process and Alan was able to work with me to get the project started quickly. Anthony (the project manager) is on a whole other level. Anytime I needed a question answered he was available and got me the answer I needed. Not days or hours from when I asked but minutes. He provided me with pictures of the entire project everyday so I could watch the progress while I was at work. I really cannot say how wonderful this company and its workers are. I highly recommend this company.

We had water coming in from what we assumed was the roof. Anthony got up there and quickly found where the water was coming in, which was not through the roof. He went back up and sealed an opening where the roof meets the soffit. No charge! He said he likes to help when he can. It's not often you get great service like that these days. I highly recommend!

Our roof was replaced Aug26, by contractor Alan Ross of Weatherlock Roof Systems LLC . . . Our city building inspector (who has to approve the finished job) said to me that "if I thought my roof looked great from the street, I should see it from the top of the house/walking on the roof itself",
that he had never seen better workmanship . . . there were five guys/workers on the job, and they completed the work in one day, covered all bushes around the house with tarps to catch the debris that fell on the way to the dumpster, and finished cleaning up by running large magnets over the lawn (to capture fallen nails and metal debris. I was thrilled and am happy to give this recommendation . . . I also commend Mr. Anthony Brown, job supervisor for Weatherlock . . . he was on the job as well and was extremely helpful to the working crew and myself.

Prompt and professional service from this company. 93 yr old mom came home after 100 day rehab stay for broken femur. Immediately noted a small leak over front entranceway. The decision to select a roofing company for our historic home was a significant one. We gathered 3 estimates from roofers who were referred, including Weatherlock.
Our roof is a bit complex - and adding on to that was my concern over damage to hardscaping and landscaping or debris in our pool. Anthony, our quality control manager; Jim, our sales person; and Judy in the office beautifully coordinated the work and were both professional and hospitable. The crew was awesome - completing the work, replacing bad wood, and cleaning thoroughly each day and at the end - with a beautiful new roof in a matter of a few days.

I have a very unique house (log cabin) in Jacksonville with a VERY steep pitch. The team special ordered green shingles so that it looks like a true Lincoln Log home, which is exactly what I wanted. It was obvious that the crew worked well together and were very experienced. They worked diligently with attention to detail and were in and out within 1.5 days. Their crew leader, Scott Owens, was superb. Not only that, but the job itself is outstanding. I was impressed with the detail of the shingle weaving in the valleys, which is aesthetically pleasing and something I’ve never seen done before. Judy in the office was friendly and put in a lot of effort to get the job done before Hurricane season, which I am beyond grateful for since we had leaks prior to the job start. Anthony Brown, the Project Manager, was professional and went above and beyond. That man has no fear! That roof height had me shaking in my boots yet he climbed up to the tippy top many times and made it look easy. After the job completion, he also took the time to pick up every single stray nail for our and our cats’ :), safety. Impressive to say the least. A special thanks to the team for the hard work and dedication to getting the job done before the Florida storm season rolls in. It’s a huge relief. I can guarantee that anyone who pulls into my driveway and sees my cedar log cabin with its brand new green roof will fall in love with it, as have I.

Jim S. was very personable and professional in discussing the roof replacement and shed. He also kept me informed of the status of the negotiations with State Farm. This was a long and frustrating process to get the roofing completed.

Anthony Brown was instrumental in acquiring all the roofing exchange from shingles to roll roofing. He and the crew did an outstanding job with the entire installation and clean up. The job was suppose to start on 5/6 and was completed on 5/11. There were several hiccups weather and the city permit came to early and had to return on Tuesday

Overall I am very satisfied with the work Anthony and his crew did with the entire installation. I will recommend WeatherLock to anyone I find that needs a roof replacement.

I am somewhat surprised at the final cost to roof the shed. It seems exorbitant for $1500 installation and then the added cost for the wood. I was informed of the wood cost, however it was more than I expected.
