Yesterday Heritage finished up our new roof (2 day project) and I couldn't be happier.
First the price: Our first estimate, from a different company, was almost $5000 more.
I compared the estimates and they were essentially the same. That's a significant savings!
The project manager and office support were in touch with me every day to keep me informed of progress.
The roofers came in early and got started quickly. They were 3/4 finished before the rain came. No problem, they put on tarps to protect the roof.
They returned eatly the next morning and finished the job. Looks great!
Clean up: the crew went over our yard 3 times with magnetic bars to assure they got all nails, that evening another guy came by and did an additional full sweep with a magnetic bar. Very thorough and professional!
I see why Heritage such a great GOOGLE rating.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to everyone at Heritage, from Rick (owner) right down the line. Brian is our salesman, and he made time to stop by for the initial quote at the end of a long day, was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. On top of that, he gave us a quote that was well under the previous 3 roofing company quotes for the same shingles and warranty. Not only that, but he was the only one who noticed and mentioned our little bushy tailed mafia (squirrels) and their penchant for chewing on every single bit of our property. The squirrel guards were included in the quote and they are now protected. The crew and their project manager, Joey were so efficient, polite and especially respectful. I recently lost a furbaby and am still very much grieving his loss and his grave is right under the roof in a spot that was sure to be hit by debris, but not only did they cover everything up to cause less mess, but they went out of their way to toss debris away from his little grave. Once they were done with demolition, and cleanup Caleb went back and replaced the few rocks that had been knocked out of his site and cleaned up all the dark dust from his marble. I happened to be walking back from the garage as he was blowing the area, he let me know he was taking care of my little EverReadyTeddy. Which of course brought me to tears. For this reason alone, I'll ALWAYS remember my crew. I want to say thank you, again, Caleb. That means the world to me. Shout out to Paco and crew, as well! Everyone was careful and respectful of his grave. And then came Tyler for the final walk through who answered every question I had and I have to tell you, is an absolute JOY to talk to. And for the ladies in the office, Tessa and Jessica, thank you for setting everything up and taking care of the permits and scheduling, even answering my calls super early in the morning when I was expecting to need to leave a message. So, from start to finish, this is, hands down, the roofing company you need taking care of your home.

Heritage Roofing was fast to fix my leaking roof before the storm season sets in. Rick's customer service was excellent, he inspected the roof himself and had two great workers out to fix it only a few days later. Very happy with the results.

The process of getting information in a timely manner to getting the actual roof replacement was wonderful. The staff is well versed and knowledgeable and most important reasonable. They walked me through the process and got everything ready. The day of the replacement everyone was on time, worked hard, diligently and cleaned up afterwards. Payton was extremely helpful in determining the best color, boot material, and upgrade options for my roof. They provided the best price, double the normal warranty period, and got my roof installed within a week. The roof looks great and the crew cleaned up nicely.

We shopped around for roofing repair quotes but Heritage Roofing was the only company, that went up on the roof to see the damage and gave us a honest price to repair the roof. We had a terrific experience with Heritage Roofing, from our initial contact and consultation with our sales rep Payton. During the installation the team on site was terrific and very respectful of our home and property. Throughout the process, the entire team including the Owner Rick, Joe and Tyler at Heritage Roofing were in touch with us and checking in on the installation. Even the scheduling process was handled efficiently by Samantha in their main office. The final results look great. Even the follow up over the next two days (final inspection, final clean up and walk through) were all part of the great work done.

The job went smoothly. The crew did not cut corners, and cleaned up really well after. I would hire Heritage roofing again.

Thank you, Joel, Rick, Sheridan (sp?) and team for repairing the roof that would leak during stormy weather, causing rain to come down our stove hood vent and flood the kitchen. Your expeditious service and trouble-shooting expertise were greatly appreciated. The work was tested by the outer bands of last week's Hurricane Helene, and I'm happy to say that no rainwater came in. I needed a smaller repair on my roof. Chris at Heritage called me and was awesome to deal with. He was very easy to talk to and you could easily tell that he cared about the customer and this was more than just a job.

Heritage Roofing of North Florida pleasantly surprised me by superseding all my expectations! I selected Heritage Roofing of North Florida out of the 8 roofing companies providing me estimates, for several reasons. The representative, Jonathan, not only walked the roof taking pictures, but the entire house perimeter and explained the protection of the flower gardens and the pool area that would be provided, promised a wheeled dumpster that would not damage or crack my driveway, explained the process of old roof removal and the benefits of the new underlayment and shingles, explained the clean-up process, and offered me the lowest estimate.

The team of roofers were absolutely excellent, polite and fast! All the old roof materials were carried and tossed into the dumpster, not dumped on the ground. In one day, the old roof was gone, and the entire new underlayment was in place with lower shingles in place. All the workers were courteous, pleasant, focused and skilled. All were so polite! Work was periodically held up to wait for inspectors ... and then all were right back to work.

The President of the company, Rick, and Jonathan both kept in touch with me and made sure I had phone access to them. I was notified of any time changes and was invited to call for any questions I had. Communication was excellent and I was always kept abreast of the processes and was asked if I had any questions or concerns. I really appreciated that!

The roof was finished so quickly, and the entire crew stayed until quite late to clean up any and all debris. They even used powerful blowers to blow grit out my lanai! The next day another group surprised me to clean up more in case there were some stray nails in the grass or gardens.

I'm surprised that so many neighbors stop to say how great the new roof looks. I have never really paid attention to roofs but do admit it does look good.

I was so dreading having to go through this loud, miserable reroofing process by myself, and was actually amazed at how pleasant, reasonable, and fast it was. Every person I had contact with working from this company including the CEO and office staff, Jessica, was pleasant, helpful, and responsive. I am a seasoned old guy, familiar with roofers, and I have never had a roofer that was as great as Heritage. Rick and his Son Tyler, did a fantastic job, always on time as promised, always to perfection of repairing and coating my 26 year old, leaky metal roof over my lanai. After completion, they followed up after two rains to look for leaks, they found two and promptly fixed them. Have had no problems since then. They are honest , hard working and knowledgeable persons, who have done an excellent job, all at a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
