We had hail damage to our roof and rain gutters. Weatherguard replaced both in November 2024. Sam was great in communicating with us and working with our insurance company. We would recommended them to friends and neighbors.

We are very happy with the replacement of our roof from start to finish. The new roof turned out very well. Also, the communication between the staff at Weatherguard was excellent. If I had a request about a detail of the roof, they were sure to inform the staff on-site. Everyone was on the same page. This is the second roof that they have done for us.

Sam and the crew have been excellent to work with. Very good at keeping us informed on the process. We are happy with the work that they have done.

My roof experienced hail damage. The company worked according to a tight deadline and showed up on time to get the work accomplished. The salesman, Brett (owner) and Sam helped me to choose class 4 shingles that have a 50-year warranty. The project manager, Wally, was on the job site at my home the entire day to ensure that the project ran smoothly. The 6 roofers were respecful, efficient, professional and hardworking. When the team found out my roof boards were splitting and damaged, they rushed to get them replaced and the job was still completed on the same day! In addition, Wally suggested extra venting to increase attic circulation and worked with my electrician to get some HVAC work and electric fan installed (for a tight bathroom space). Highly recommend for price, quality and experience! My old flashing was rusted and they carefully replaced the drip edges and flashing—even around my chimney! They ensured the flashing replacements and drip edge would not damage my newer gutters and downspouts. This is the second time I’ve worked with Weatherguard and they are family owned and operated in three states- and use the best quality, Owens Corning materials.

This is the second roof that we have had Weatherguard Construction Company install on our house. 13 years ago we hired Weatherguard to repair the hail damage to our roof, after the hail storm last summer we didn't hesitate to call them again. As before we received excellent service from them.
Ryan Lawson has been on top of working with our insurance company to get all the repairs needed to get our home back to pre storm condition including the roof, windows, deck and every thing else damaged by hail.
We just had the roof repair portion completed and want to thank Wally, Alberto and his excellent crew of installers for their professionalism, speed and quality workmanship
Heaven forbid we get hit by another storm, but if we do we will definitely call Weatherguard Construction Company again to repair any damage.

We had Weatherguard replace our roof, gutters and window wrappings after a hail storm last summer, working with Wally and Mike. Communication was great throughout the process, very easy to get a hold of, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Their crew did an excellent and timly job from start to finish on the project. Roofing nails and other debris were cleaned up before they left. Our roof looks amazing, and months after the project was finished we remain very happy with everything that was replaced and have had no issues. If we run into storm damage again we will be contacting Wally and Mike to take care of our needs, highly recommend this company.

Weatherguard Construction did an outstanding job following a hail storm in May 2022. Ryan Lawson was on top of the project as we worked through the issues with the insurance company and the replacement of our roof. The following summer the insurance company finally agreed that the damaged siding could not be matched. Ryan stepped up and got this project moving. Mike Dahl and his crew were able to complete the work just before our daughter was married in the backyard. Workmanship, follow through and the people made this a winning combination. My wife and I recommend them without hesitation.

Weatherguard Construction was super to work with to replace my roof after hail damage on July 3, 2023. I was able to do everything over the phone and through email - from picking out shingles to paying my bill. They were very understanding that I was out of the area and not available to meet with them in person. In fact, I was told that my roof was one of the first ones to be redone in the neighborhood.

We had Weatherguard replace our roof and our siding. We had the best experience working with Wally, Mike and the crew. Not only were they easy to contact, but were always kind and courteous when answering our endless questions. I've used this company two times now and I have only great things to say about this company. When I call they answer right away and answer all my questions and very polite and professional. The work they did on my house was done right the first time and done fast they made sure all debris was cleaned up before they left and I didn't have to call them back for anything missed .

I have used Weatherguard for the last two roof replacements. Their customer service, project management, and communication have been quite excellent. They consistently worked through the few minor hiccups to my complete satisfaction. I will not hesitate to call Weatherguard after the next hail storm.

They (Weatherguard) replaced my roof. But they left a defective flashing at a corner causing leaks. When I called them back, they did not look at the flashing at all and insist the siding was at fault. I paid another few hundred dollars to hire another roof company to inspect and then got the flashing replaced and leaks also repaired. There is nothing wrong with sidings! So I should not have trust Weatherguard. If my next roof requires some flashing works, I will avoid Weatherguard.

Every morning I enjoy my new roof view from my bedroom window. Everytime it rains the gutters leak because the old gutter hanger holes were not caulked. Contractor missed several nail heads that were causing shingles to bulge/tear. Two stars because they came out and fixed the nails and the roof has not leaked yet!

We had our roof / siding replaced 9 yrs ago by Weatherguard. Recently we found some issues with trim issues around the gutters (gaps into the roof line) and patio deck. These were not issues with their installation, but they were issues from the original house construction they should/could have notified us on. Regardless of the cause, they stood by their work and immediately fixed the issues. There are many roofing / siding companies to choose from in St Paul, MN area. Get ones with a local mgmt team and crews that stand being their work 9+ yrs later.

The storm of this last summer left us needing a new roof, siding, and gutters for our home. After interviewing a number of companies we decided on Weatherguard. Our experience was beyond our expectations. Once approval came from our insurance company everything ran perfectly. They were on time, the workers were all respectful, kind and had a great work ethic. Their clean up was meticulous and a supervisor stopped by 3-4 times during the work day, then followed up once the job was completed. There were a number of calls from the main office following up with the next step in the process. We were always well informed. A very professional, efficient company to work with. We highly recommend Weatherguard!!
