I have been working with Jeff at Element for several years now as we have been slowly repairing and upgrading our older home. Over the last five years we had Element replace our roof and siding. Recently we found some water damage to the roof caused by improper routing of a kitchen vent by the original builder. Jeff was able to get someone out to our house and on the roof to replace the damaged area and they also were careful about documenting repairs and what was found. Scott’s the best in the business! Somehow he found that the auditor never adjusted the drop-down menu, on their claims app that they use, to indicate that the “work will be performed by” “homeowner” as opposed to “contractor”.

From my 1st meeting with them, every step and decision along the way for all aspects relating to my storm damage were handled with patience, expertise, additional considerations, and never feeling rushed. They made my concerns and decisions comfortable, able to choose all needs vs what could have been done yet without being necessary post storm, and factoring in older siding vs possible newer color variances. They are personable and professional, friendly, and they cleaned up so completely one would never have realized the amount of work and damaged product that the crew had to deal with. It was as if no work had been done as cleanup is perfect. They were fast to fit me in even thou the damage in our area was very extensive. The man in charge always made himself available for questions etc also, and remained on hand through the whole process. They were great in every way. Also they made the trim around my chimney match with the older look perfectly. Excellent shingle quality, and a generous offering of colors and styles.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone for their roofing needs. I got a competitive quote quickly after my request and also got on their schedule timely. The whole project took less than 2 days and the team (especially Jeff) was great at communicating all the steps along the way. My city even mixed up closing a work permit and I didn’t realize until several months after the work was complete and the team at Element Exteriors had it taken care of so quickly! Element should definitely be the call for all of your roofing needs.

Super impressed with the service received. Called John about fixing our gutter that had come loose (and was just a small breeze away from falling off). He was able to get one of his guys out ASAP to take a look. Randy serviced our gutter and did a fantastic job! He was on-time, super friendly and efficient with his work. I called Element Exteriors to take a look at my roof based on the fact that they are local and had good reviews. I had never been through the insurance claim process before but Grant was extremely helpful and Element Exteriors ended up replacing both my roof and siding pretty much for the cost of my deductible.
Both Grant and Treygan were very helpful and explained things very clearly. I hope I never need a new roof or siding again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call Element Exteriors.

Nick from Element Exteriors stopped by the house asking if I would be interested in having my roof replaced. There was visible damage from a previous storm. He was very professional and made it very easy to get the ball rolling. His partner, Jeff, took over the task of meeting with the insurance appraiser and handled the arrangement to get the job done. He was professional, punctual and available for inquiries. The men who actually replaced the roof did an excellent job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the mess before leaving. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was because Element Exteriors doesn’t take credit cards. I would definitely work with them again if I had cash on hand.

I worked with Jeff from Element after the June 11th , 2017 storm. He worked with my insurance company and was able to secure full roof and one elevation of siding. After working with State Farm he was able to get the entire houses siding paid for!! My house looks fantastic. They did a fabulous job on the clean up. Would and have recommended Element Exteriors to friends.

I called element exteriors to get an estimate for siding replacement. I talked with Treggon, he left us with samples and told us we needed drip caps and finish trim. I am usually up quite late and so I emailed him with questions I had regarding these drip cap things and a few other concerns i had.

The next morning i recieved an incredibly rude text from Treggon informing me he would not be contacting my insurance company as he had been very thorough with me and he did not appreciate being texted at all hours of the night.

Needless to say i will not be contacting the office

The whole experience was very professional. The pricing was very reasonable and fair. I met with the contractor and discussed the work I needed done one day and we schedule the roof and skylights to be installed a few days later. The turn around was very quick. Element Exteriors helped out when my first contractor dropped the ball. We had storm damage at the house on the roof and siding, the other contractor repaired the roof in the spring as soon as the snow melted, first job of the year. They fixed the roof in about a week. We had some siding repairs too, after repeatedly reaching out, after months went by, and no response it was time to shop for another contractor. I did some searching for siding repair in Stillwater and Element came up. Jeff came out to the house and after some back and forth with my insurance company we got the job finished. They replaced a partial section of siding and did the repair better than the original! I would definitely work with Element again!

John and Elements Exteriors did excellent work on our garage and were great to work with. They completely rebuilt the exterior of our old, run-down garage making it feel new and usable again. They installed new siding and sheathing, new windows and door, and even repaired some structural damage. We appreciated the professional, yet personal working relationship and are very happy with the results.
