Our experience was positive from start to finish. From the initial quote to the insurance company wrap up, everything happened as planned. The tear off, roofing and cleanup were all performed without flaw. Kris and Kayla were professional and a joy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Kris was excellent to work with from start to finish after a hailstorm wrecked our roof. Sometimes the claims process can be difficult to navigate, but Kris handled everything on our behalf and made sure we received the money we deserved.

Countrywide replaced our roof in Minneapolis and also the roof of our lake home in Battle Lake, MN. Both roofs turned out beautifully. The crews' skills are solid and they're efficient. Countrywide guides their customers through the entire process of dealing with the sometimes complex issues associated with insurance claims after experiencing storm damage. I never felt overwhelmed, or uncertain at any point during the process. The company representative, Doug specifically (who was always available to address my questions or find the answer) was attentive to all of the detail and nuances involved in making the outcome of a job successful. I didn't expect so much from a roofing company, I'm pleasantly surprised and I'm sure I'll be talking about this experience for years to come. Thank you Countrywide Contracting!

Doug McLaughlin was wonderful to deal with at every stage in getting our hail-damaged roof fixed. He clearly and patiently explained the process, met the insurance adjuster with me, provided me useful references, helped me select the shingles, and was on-site multiple times during the repair. The materials were delivered on-time and where promised. The work was done on schedule and the team was pleasant and worked hard. There were no safety issues. They cleaned up well—we found a very small number of nails and some small shingle scraps. The new roof looks nice. They were great and I’d recommend Doug, this crew and Countrywide to anybody.

Countrywide replaced our roof in the fall of 2023. Our home was built in 1909, so we wanted to make sure the roof kept with the character, and that the team was careful during the work with some fragile elements (wood trims, etc). They did a great job on all fronts! And the service and communication were always prompt and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Countrywide was one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They were professional from beginning to end. The guys came on time and worked late but still cleaned up completely. The roof work was great and they solved some complicated problems on our 100 year old house. Doug answers all questions personally and explained things really well. It was also good knowing they’re a local company!

Jim helped us after having storm damage he made it an easy process. Countrywide interacted with the insurance and made sure that everything was covered.

Jim was good at getting to our house to see if we had any visible damage on our roof before an adjuster was there and it was determined we had none so we were able to cancel! He was also accommodating to my Aunt as well in explaining to her how the insurance adjustment worked! The crew also was able to get the roof done in a day and cleaned!

Craig Johnson at Countrywide Contracting remodeled my kitchen and took an extremely dysfunctional, outdated kitchen and turned it into something that should be in a magazine. He listed to my needs, finished within the timeframe he promised, his price was reasonable. The guys that did the work were professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Countrywide!

Country Wide Contracting was very responsive and helped us work through the insurance company to make sure all damage was covered. They scheduled the work very quickly in the spring, performed the work in one day completed by 3:00 in the afternoon. Sooner than I was expecting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My family’s experience with Countrywide Contracting was amazing. On Thursday night we had straight line winds hit our home. These winds took of a good portion of shingles on our house, garage, and garden shed. Kris from countrywide was the first contractor I talked to and out of 4 contractors he is the only one to call back. Kris showed up to look at the damage and as I was going to start tarping the roof he and his coworker offered their help. Kris was always in communication with us as to what was happening with our Insurance claim and when we got paperwork from our insurance company he was very helpful and knowledgeable as to the process. The crew he sent out when it came time to fix our home was phenomenal. They showed up promptly they were very courteous to us and our neighbors. Their work was very professional and very clean. They even picked up the garbage that had made its way into our neighbors yard. Our neighbors have also made comments about how impressed they are with the crews work and professionalism. I would highly recommend Countrywide Contracting if you are looking for a courteous, professional, prompt and painless experience.

Came on time and did a great job. They took extra care in protecting my trees, plants and fountains. I never found a single nail or shingle in my yard after they left. WOW!

Countrywide Contracting added insulation into our attic. They were competitive, professional and expedient. They priced the job and did not attempt to add other unnecessary services. They scheduled the job just days after providing an initial proposal, showed up on time, covered carpets and clothing with plastic, and were completed in several hours. They cleaned up every area of their work so that we did not even have to run the vacuum. We highly recommend these local contractors.

A piece of my siding came loose during a really windy day, and Kris was able to make it out to my house with in a couple hours to fix the piece that had come loose!
