I always had him complete a roof for my parents. He used better products, provided a better warranty, and best part was a better price then competitors.

Weather-Tite did a fabulous job on my tile roof - they carefully removed and stacked the tiles and tore off the old 15# felt that was 25 years old and replaced the underlayment with a product from Malarkey called UDL in 2 layers - 30 year material warranty - the workers were courteous and always told me the next step in the process - Caleb is a great manager and always kept me informed - I highly recommend Weather-Tite Roofing & Construction - they are the professionals !! I recently realized that my roof need replacement due to age. I reached out to multiple roofing contractors for estimates. What I found was that most roofers seemed unorganized or very "fly by the seat of their pant". Then I reached out to weather-tite Roofing and had Caleb Stanley come out for an estimate. Caleb was very profession and took many pictures of the roof and explained in detail what they would need to do. I was especially impressed with the detail in their estimate including that they would cover my inground pool to protect it from debris.
The quote was not the lowest quote, but was still very competitive. The day arrived for the job and the team went right to work. The work itself was top notch and the crew was outstanding. When the job was complete their clean-up was amazing. You would never have any idea the roof had ben replaced.

Brock Thomas is amazing and honest! He gave us a one hour window and was there in time. He even researched before coming and had a matching tile that we were missing. He inspected our roof and told us we have a couple of years before it needs replaced. What great news now we can budget for a while. If you are looking for a honest person call Brock!!!

Brock Thomas was exceptionally helpful when my roof underlayment was replaced. Some of the oringinal concrete tiles needed to be replaced and the manufacturer had gone out of business. He hunted for a week to find replacement tiles that matched the existing tiles. Thank you for your help Brock.

We had a water leak into our eaves that we were unable to determine the cause even after speaking with a couple of contractors and the insurance company. With the condition worsening, yesterday we called Caleb at Weather-Tite who came out on this Labor Day weekend to take a look, despite having personal commitments. He ruled out a roof issue, and yet he continued to guide us and provide referrals that ultimately resulted in the cause of the water leakage being identified and fixed. We are now scheduling work with contractors to remediate the water damage and preparing to fix the ensuing damage.

Caleb's commitment to help others far surpassed anything we could have asked for in our time of need. We found someone with a high degree of integrity and character and as such when it comes time that we need work on our roof, we will be calling Weather-Tite.

Very personable, kind, helpful. I contacted Weather-Tite to come inspect my roof after Insurance was requiring it. Brock was able to come out a couple days after the initial call.

I had little information from the insurance company, but Brock and his associate were so gracious and wonderful about the situation. They inspected the roof, made a small repair, took pictures, and submit a report to me within a few hours.

To say their customer service is outstanding is an understatement. I will remain a customer because of this customer service.

I got quotes from six different roofing companies. Weather-Tite was not the least expensive, but it was worth it. Brock gave me a very detailed inspection report with lots of photos and laid out a list off all expected materials and costs. He answered all my my technical questions. Their crew of 18 people did all of the work in one day, on a very hot day in June. They worked with another contractor to install a bathroom fan, which other companies were not prepared to do. Before the crew left they cleaned my yard so that it looked like they were never there. I appreciate the way Brock communicated everything with me.

Re-did my 20 year old roof, the underlayment was at its end of life. It was a major undertaking since I had the boosted tile construction. These guys did a fantastic job. The crew was very professional and efficient. Caleb was the PM for the job and he made sure all of the little details were taken care of. Highly recommend Weather Tite for any roofing work.

Our house is 25 years old, and survived a tornado last September, though many nearby homes suffered roof and other damage. With rainy season coming again before long, I decided to have Weather-Tite evaluate the roof. Caleb Stanley discussed his assessment in detail, finding no big issues other than obvious age of the underlayment and deterioration of battens. Clearly, the roof was near the end of its reliable effectiveness. After checking BBB rating and contacting some recent customers of Weather-Tite, we contracted with Caleb. About a week later a large work crew showed up on time and were able to complete the job in a day!
This company did what they said, on time, for a fair price, replacing damaged tiles, laid out drop cloths around the house, and cleaned up after themselves.

Brock Thomas came and did an inspection on our roof in Gilbert. It was extremely helpful to get his input. He showed pictures and explained everything. He was very thorough on what needed to be addressed now and what could be handled in the future. I really appreciate his professionalism. He was on time and easy to work with. He even offered a better underlayment for the same price that other contractors were trying to charge me for an inferior product. He was awesome. Very happy with the result.
