Our experience with Weast Contracting was nothing but positive. We had a very large insurance claim due to a fire that damaged 4 office flex units. The units had to be completely gutted, remediated for smoke and water damage, and completely rebuilt including all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and storefronts. There was also metal siding and roof work required.
Our condo board chose Weast Contracting because they were the only one to commit to a completion date. The other restoration company (significantly larger company) would not commit to when the job would be completed. Not only did Weast Contracting meet that deadline, they kept us updated on the progress and worked with the unit owners to make their units better but keep within the insurance claim budget. This was a HUGE job (over 4,400 square feet just on the first floors) that took 5 months to complete.
Our condo board is extremely pleased with the work completed by Weast Contracting (dealt with Larry and Shawn). The unit owners are also exceptionally satisfied with the work and having better units available to either occupy or lease.
