Wayne's Building Supply

Building is holding up well but I'm still pouring money into the site where the building is setting. Wayne's was supposed to hire an excavating company to prepare the site and that company didn't do any preparation of site before the barn was installed. Having bad leaking problem on one side of garage. Will have to put another $1,000.00 into it. Wayne's never backed up their promise to me. I will never recommend them to anyone

Wayne and Ethan were excellent to work with. My husband and I had to have asked one million questions and changed our plan dozens of times throughout the process, and yet they were patient every time we called. His knowledge and experience proved to be invaluable as we navigated the building process. We love our beautiful barn. It is high quality workmanship with high quality materials. We would refer any of our friends to Wayne.

Even though we are not buying anything in the immediate future there are very patient and helpful. Ethan was very patient in answering our questions.

I could not have asked for a better contractor. First, I had no idea who to hire then I got on the internet, then I went to talk to Wayne Roark and asked him for references, then I looked at their work and was quite pleased with the quality. When the builders came we had bad weather and they still finished my complicated pole building in three days and was done to perfection. I found one minor flaw and was corrected in just a few minutes. These people have it right !

Worst pole barn builders out there. Workmanship was absolutely horrible, they had to come out a half a dozen times to fix their multiple areas of blatant oversight of basic framing and finish work. They began work on October 2018 and didn't finish till March 2019 on a basic 30'x50'. Wayne and Ethan were absolutely horrible with customer service while items were ordered incorrectly and scheduling. Workers had to be literally asked to leave and not return bc every time Dane came out to fix something 2 other things would be wrong. After finding a decent subcontractor to fix everything and 6 months later I'm able to enjoy my barn. I do not recommended these builder, I actually suggest you find another builder any way possible.
