My AC motor was failing after 7pm and Wave had Bogden come out quickly before 745pm. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that is happening to me.

The next morning Dante came out and replaced the motor. Bogden and Dante were very fast and efficient. I'm glad this fix took place so quickly when other companies wouldn't come out same-day.

Excellent service! Very efficient, scheduled within couple hours, disgnosed the problem of no cold air coming thru the vents l and fixed it within the 45 min. No gimmics, no upselling, very professional. Highly recommended!!

Very kind and honest service. This spring I thought I needed to replace my entire system but my excellent technician recommended replacing the dampers to see how that worked first. Our air conditioning unit stopped working at the start of summer in Las Vegas with a family of 4 and 2 golden retrievers desperately trying to stay cool in our first heat wave of the year. Not sure how many times we’ve engaged our homeowner’s insurance for our A/C… not an uncommon occurrence in this city of course. However, with a failing unit that’s almost 20 years old, it seems like since we’ve moved into this particular house 3 years ago it’s all we do. One company came, did nothing. Another company came, did nothing. Another, replaced a part. Another, nothing. Another, replaced a part. Another, debated everything we were experiencing. Another, replaced another part. Or so they said. Found out that wasn’t the case… so be careful out there.

We then had the wonderful experience of Wave, and much like the others … we expected the whole, nothing is on fire, we’re not going to replace it, all we can do is X thing. It’ll band-aid it up for another few weeks if lucky.

Well, it was our pleasure to have met Daniel Martinez, who as soon as he came to our house … we knew we’d probably have to do the whole song and dance once again bc our AC will work and then it won’t. When he came, of course it was in the small window the sun wasn’t beating down on it and it was working a little better right when he arrived. Other times, we’ve been dying in heat being blasted into the house. We felt bad trying to explain the situation for the 100th time, when at that very moment, it looks like it works, but Daniel was actually very attentive and empathetic. He didn’t seem bothered or annoyed like many of the companies that have visited us seemed to have been. Listen we don’t want to keep calling either.

But Daniel understood and did something different, he helped us to better identify the issues so that we could record them and show what was going on. He explained things thoroughly, what we should look for, and what it could mean so that if we had to call again (which we did), we’d be in a better position to have complete information. And be able to convey it proactively.

Felt like the 100th visit overall… yes, but you know what, that was the FIRST experience with THIS company where someone actually did THAT. So we were accepting of the fact that Daniel had to do a few things to get some more last bit of life into our AC. It’s on its last leg, we know, but his advice, patience, and outstanding personality helped us to be more informed, as well as understanding of the process. He was also very specific on what he had done when he was here. We’re not going to get frustrated at someone that shows patience with us. And it has been nothing but frustrating every time before he came over. He’s a truly valuable asset and bc of Daniel specifically, we’d highly recommend this company.

This is the best of the best company in Las Vegas. I have lived here 44 years and this is the first time I have found the most reliable, honest, knowledgeable, polite company that explains everything where you can understand and the best customer service ever! Bogdan and his assistant Daniel, were on time they replaced my AC in one day. Always keep communication open on arrival time. They did not leave until everything was working perfectly. Went through my home warranty, AC was not blowing cold air, submitted request online in the evening. Wave's scheduler called me first thing in the morning, didn't catch her name but she was very nice, professional, she got me on that today's schedule.

My appointment was confirmed by email and text, I got a text when the tech was enroute. Bogdan was very friendly and professional, explained what he diagnosed/fixed in a way that I could understand. He a colleague with him, Daniel, also very nice and friendly professional.

He went over the operation of my cooling system in great detail, including the thermostat, the filters and the vents. My unit is ready for the summer and I will definitely call on them again this fall for a tune up of my heating system.

Having been in construction management on both the residential and commercial side for over 30 years, I have to say Wave Heating and Cooling is a top notch company. My AC stopped working at 3 am. The day before my daughter's quinceañera. Stressed about that and a new cost for repair of my AC, I called Wave Heating and Cooling. They set up an appointment for 6am. Bogden arrived and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Being honest, it was a simple fix in the interior fan. He gave me directions and crisis averted. Amazing service, very fast and efficient! I woke up this afternoon to a hot house and was worried it would be days until someone came out. Bogdan came over and had everything fixed and running within a matter of hours. Very pleasant and professional, my guy got onto my 2 story roof in 100-degree weather, and now my house is cool again. Took pictures of the units and took the time to explain everything to me as well. Thank you!

From the first call to the company till the owner finished the work -- great communication great updates when I was notified that the tech was running behind and was advised of the reason why -- Bogdan was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue make the necessary part replacement right away. He took photos of all his work during his investigation and also of the unit after the piece was replaced of the new item along with the old item. He made some recommendations for some other items and did not pressure me about them right now as I am on a tight budget. Discuss doing the additional items this fall. Will definitely use this company again.

Bogdan and Raluca (I hope I spelled it correctly) are an amazing team and have the fastest response times and top notch customer service. When our a/c broke, I called at 5:30 pm and Bogdan came the very next morning. I wish all companies would treat their customers this way. They're trustworthy, competent and very reliable. We love this company so much that I even scheduled an appointment for my parents' house.

Our upstairs a/c unit (~20 years old) needed to be replaced and Bogdan walked us through the entire process and gave us a fair price for the amount of work that had to be done. The work was done meticulously and with great care. He explained everything that needed to be done and educated us on how to keep the system functioning properly for years to come i.e., change filters, etc. He also explained how air conditioning works and the many ins and outs of the system.

We've never met anyone so knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do! He was always happy to share his knowledge with us and explained everything so that we could understand it. He even asked for a piece of paper so he could draw and illustrate how everything worked and affected each other i.e., the vents, intake, etc. Now we know so much more about air conditioning and how to properly maintain it. Thank you Wave Heating and Cooling for getting our cool air blowing again! Our AC went completely down during temps of 95 to 100. The team at Wave were incredible, with great customer service and technical expertise. Bogdan did a great job repairing my AC. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. Anytime I had a question, he had an answer and would take the extra time to explain to me what was going on and why. I really appreciated the extra communication and detail. When he found that a part in my AC had gone bad, he had the replacement on-hand, and was able to replace it then so I didn't have any more downtime waiting on a part to come in. We were connected with Wave Heating & Cooling through our warranty company. Over the past two years we have had the same problem with our AC and therefore Wave was the third company out to assess and hopefully fix problem. Various “possible” problems were found and fixed but none of them resolved the continuing problem. Bogdan from Wave was very responsive when called for service even when it was after hours. He worked diligently to find the true source and finally he was successful. Unfortunately it required the replacement of our AC/heating units. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. This of course was an unexpected expense for us but Bogdan gave us a very fair price. The work required for the replacement was extensive due to very poor design by builders of the house. Throughout the job, they kept us informed and explained what they were doing. At the end of the job, they also followed up to see how it was going. The office staff was always pleasant, helpful and very organized. One thing to note, if we would have had any reservations (which we didn’t), the inspector complimented the work and pointed out things done that showed quality work. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

I reached out to four AC companies (Wave Heating and Cooling, Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing, One Hour Air Conditioning and Cooling , and Sun Country Heating and Cooling). The others were either slow to respond or unwilling to do any type of repair, and were only interested in installing a new unit. Wave Heating and Cooling was the quickest to respond, offered more than one option, did the repair quickly, and guaranteed their work. They were friendly, straightforward, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them for the installation of a new unit or a repair on an existing one. My house is now chilly in Nevada during the summer (for less than half what the others quoted). This small business is run with integrity by knowledgeable and friendly individuals.

After a long day at work, I came home to a house that was approaching 90 degrees! My thermostat was set to 74 but the temperature just kept rising. My dog was panting and pacing around so I knew I needed help fast.

I checked reviews and made a few calls. Understandably, a lot of providers were busy and offered to come out the next day. But, Bogdan Petre from Wave Heating & Cooling LLC was at my house in 30 minutes. He immediately got to work diagnosing the problem with my AC unit and explained every test he was doing. Bogdan found the issue quickly and explained to me the options I had to get AC pumping again. He had all the parts with him and fixed it in no time at all! He even cleaned the coils and showed me what I can do to keep my AC unit running for years to come.

First of all, let me start with the excellent customer service , I've made one call and the technician arrived at the arranged time. It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled that worked with my availability. The technician, Bogdan, was very courteous and professional, took time to listen first to the issues that I've had with my AC in the condo. He then started diagnosing the unit to find out what was wrong with it. He found out what was wrong with it and then presented me the choices that I've had. He had the part available in his van, what I was surprised and he was able to take care of the issue in his first visit. Very satisfied with the service provided and the overall experience. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had a couple issues with my AC that got fixed here. A leaking drain pan and no power at the thermostat. On both occasions, it was thoroughly explained to me so that I could understand what had caused the issue and what the fix was. Even with pictures and videos for the things I couldn't see in the attic. On top of this great service, the price was very fair. I have used other HVAC companies and it feels like taking a car into an auto mechanic by the time they get done with you.

We have 2 ac units and have used Wave Air Conditioning twice. They replaced a motor on one and a capacitor on the other. Bogdad is the best! Always professional, honest and reasonable!

The owner is wonderful! He took the time to explain various options for the A/C on my rental property. He took pictures and sent them to me since I no longer live in Vegas. He made sure I understood what needed to be replaced. The new unit was ordered. Installed and functioning the next day.

Had an air conditioner problem on a 100 plus day when the power surged. Called numerous Air Conditioner companies that would come out in a day or 2. Called Wave, explained what had happened and they knew right away what had happened and walked me through getting it working over the phone so as not to make me pay for something simple. The next day, I booked an appointment for them to come out and do maintenance on the unit. Very professional, and will use them in the future as well as recommend them to friends.

The owner, Bogdan, came out personally to check on the unit. He gave us a service fee to check on the unit and said at the beginning he would waive the price if repairs were done right on the spot. The first specialist we called told us the service fee was $150 just to come out. Bogdan was friendly and helpful in explaining the work he was doing and where exactly the unit needed to be repaired. The total price was very reasonable for all the work he did and the friendly service. I highly recommend this specialist to anyone in need of work on their heating/AC unit.

Wave heating was such a good choice for my new air conditioning. Bogdan and his team did a great job installing the unit. When they were finished they found out another contractor had shot a nail through my roof and punctured the cooling line. Bogdan worked another 4 hours to fix the issue and never charged me another penny. It was 107 degrees and he kept saying, I have to get you cool tonight.
