We used Watertight Exterior for roof replacement and our experience with John and team was great. John was very professional and easy to communicate with.

I called John and his team after a big driving rain left my top floor ceiling leaking. They came out within a few hours and found the issue, which ended up being old/failing flashing at a wall and a pipe vent in the roof. The work was completed quickly, before/after pictures provided, and the quality of the workmanship looks to be exceptional. Communication was very easy. I called a number of vendor for an estimate on a roof issue. They responded and came to review my issue and diagnosed the cause of my issue. They recommended how to fix my problem myself if I wanted to and offered other devices to help to further mitigate my issue. Really honest and professional. I highly recommend the company.

I met with John and he was very pleasent, soft spoken and I asked for a quote on a new roof and needed repairs done inside where roof leak had damaged my hallway. He came back with an estimate that I knew was reasonable as I work in engineering. I didn't have quite enough cash for the project and John worked with me on repayment plan that's works for me. The work was done in a timely manner and his crew was very respectful and did an excellent job protecting my yard and clean up was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for some interior work.

Mr. John Hudson came out to my home and put on a new roof and painted my ceiling from my leaking roof. He also noticed I had moisture in my walls and flooring from my leaking roof and brought a dehumidifier and some blowers. He did a great job. I would recommend this company.

Maybe it's harsh to give a 1 star review for a company that never did any work for me, but I think my experience with them calls for it.

I called about a roof leak and spoke with a woman in the office who happily took my information. But for some reason she couldn't schedule an appointment, so she said one of the roofers would get back to me. Finally received a call 3 days later from a roofer saying he couldn't make our appointment that morning. I asked him what appointment he was talking about, and he swore he had spoken with me directly and scheduled it. He said he was sorry for the confusion and would stop by over the weekend to look at it. That was weeks ago, and I've heard nothing from them since.

Maybe the rest of the reviews are true and they do great work, but I'll never know. Obviously my leak wasn't a priority to them.

Despite being a small project, John was so considerate and helpful, ensuring we understood the process, products and timeline, which did not occur with other companies we approached. His team finished quickly and with care, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Quick diagnoses and quick to follow through and fixed the leaking roof issue. He also helped to deal with the warranty so that the company paid as they should. The work was completed in 5 hours. So far, the work is good as there is no leak. 2 years warranty on the repair is good too.

On the day of the actual service the technician was punctual and completed the repairs, providing photos of the completed work, and he removed all of the debris making the entire process a success.

Then they not only fixed the cause of the leak but also did some additional work to fix some errors the prior roofing company did for preventative measure. John was beyond professional and thorough when checking my roof. In fact, he was the only contractor out of 5 others to actually get on my roof and see what was causing the leak in my chimney instead of just assessing from the ground. He made sure that plenty of pictures were taken of the before and after, and his price was extremely fair. After all the work was done, his crew made sure to clean up. I would use his business again in a heartbeat.

I had a roof leak at my mother's house that damaged the family room's ceiling and walls. The roof was only about six years old and the leak must've been from a poor job when they installed the whole roof back then rather than from natural causes. I found John Hutson from Google search and hired him for the repairs because of the reviews I saw. I am so glad I did and I am adding my own review now.
I have had many repairs done to my 22-yr old house and my mother's 25-yr old house for different reasons. Some did decent jobs but many more did poor jobs. I contacted two other companies before because i needed a roof inspection. One of the other companies did not even returned my call even when i left three messages. The second company took all my information but never showed up for the inspection. When i call John i was desperate because my Due Diligence period was going to end that date and John explained to me that his team was busy in that moment but he would do the inspection himself. He showed up on time and he provided to me important information about the condition of the roof. He sent me the report the same day and he was working during his dinner time to send me the report on time. I call that an extraordinary customer service!
