Watertite installed a new roof on our house in Framingham 24 years ago and it is still going strong. They installed enough ice guard under the shingles that we had no problem with melt water or ice damming in the winter of 2015 when there were 3 feet of snow on the roof and 7 foot icicles on the south facing eave. If their workmanship is as good as it was 24 years ago, I highly recommend them.

Jamie was wonderful to work with. Highly knowledgeable and thorough - he noticed structural issues with our roof that three other roofers who came to give us quotes did not. Jamie was the only one to actually looked at the roof from inside the attic and his guys fixed the structural issues while installing the new roof. Highly recommend!

Watertite replaced our roof and skylights in 2011 - great job, no issues. During a recent storm (2020) we noticed some leaking around our fireplace. Unsure of the cause, I called Arnie who responded immediately. He came out to the house, checked the roof and attic, and found some issues with the fireplace. He put me in touch with a great company - Atlantic Chimney - who are now doing some repair work for us. Arnie was a great help with my request - my recent issue wasn't with the roof, but he took the time to check it out and put me in touch with another great company.

Arnie and his team were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the project. They communicated effectively about the process and were always responsive when contacted. Every person on the crew worked on the house - including Arnie, this is not a corporate business with sales teams! Highly recommended.

Jamie and his team did a great job replacing an old fixed skylight at my home with a new solar powered operable skylight. They were responsive and flexible with scheduling and did the work quickly and cleaned up the work area like they were not even there! Price was fair and I found them to be less than other quotes I received. Will use them again.

We needed two skylights replaced. It was a relatively small job, but they treated us like we were their biggest customer. They promptly showed up to give us an estimate, the price was reasonable, they scheduled the installation promptly, they showed up on time, they did the work efficiently, they cleaned up perfectly and the final price was the exact amount of the estimate. If we ever have another roofing problem, we will call these guys back in a heartbeat.

Watertite replaced our leaking skylights and did a great job. The skylights, roof shingles and inside trim were all installed carefully and the end result is beautiful. Watertite came and did our roof, replaced 2 skylights, and added a gable above our front door. Their work was great!
Due to bad planning on my part, I had my deck power-washed before they came to do the job, but they cleaned up perfectly afterward so I could get my deck sanded and painted without issues!

Just had 6 skylights replaced and are very happy with the results. Very professional crew - skylights, roofing, interior carpentry were all excellently done and completed efficiently. Cleanup was thorough. Steven Guild worked with closely us to hammer out details and was very responsive and communicative. They did exactly as promised and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Just last week I had Watertite remove an old leaking skylight and install a new Velux replacement skylight. I worked directly with Arnie Milks during both the proposal and installation process and he was a pleasure to work with. He was direct, honest, and knowledgable. He did a great job with the installation with his work being highly competent , efficient, and neat. As a bonus, while he was on the roof he saw a tear in the rubber membrane roofing away from the skylight location and repaired it at no extra charge. The cost for the installation was also quite reasonable compared to other competing quotes I received. While it has only been one week since the installation, we did experience very heavy rain yesterday and the skylight showed no signs of any leaks. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Watertite again for skylight or roofing work and to recommend them to others for similar work.

Arnie was great to work with. The crew did an excellent job with doing our roof over and installing two new skylights. No Complaints whatsoever. Will definitely call them again if a new project comes up.

We had a new roof put on by Watertite three years ago and remain satisfied. The roof was put on just before the big ice-dam winter. Many neighbors had water damage. We had none. We had opted for six feet of ice and water shield which I'm very happy about.
Before installation, Stephen came to the house and was knowledgeable and professional. Pricing wasn't lowest but he was somewhat flexible on pricing to get the business after we received a range of bids.
Install was done quickly and in the time frame promised. When a problem arose (they didn't put a vent on garage as per contract) they redid it. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they promised to replace some wood siding shingles if they had to shift them to put flashing under a lower roof, but didn't follow up on that.
I'm not sure if this company has its own workers or contract workers, which is worth checking if you are concerned.
There have been one or two problem with slipping shingles since, and Stephen responded quickly to calls and fixed the problems.
We opted for the Landmark Pro series, which is more expensive and I'm not sure worth it. These shingles are thicker and supposed to last longer, but also have more "definition," which means they stick out more. I don't love the look for our particular roof but it's fine. And maybe they will last longer!

These guys did a new roof for us and they did a great job. They worked fast but accurately. Job was done in a day and a half. We would use them again, and recommend them highly.

I called this company to look at our roof after we thought we had a leak. Our association used this company to install a new roof just a few years ago, so we are under contracted warranty. They were awful in coming out to the property, horrible at communication and following up, and painful to work with at all turns. When asked for a simple written report from them to document their services, they said that they do not do this and hung up on me. They do not seem to understand customer service basics - if you offer good service, I will tell others and you will get more business. I guess they don't want good reviews or more business, because god forbid they might need to be bothered to work/write words!

Amazing work done in a short amount of time. Jamie was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning: he provided us with an information packet with a contract and then examples of different shingles and textures. He explained to me the process from start to end, made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my home. We established a time, the do and do nots, when the work will be done and how long it would take. Everything was very precise and professional and the job came out beautiful as a result. I would definitely reach out to Jamie once again should I ever have issues or need anything regarding roofing, but the key thing is to keep a tight communication line with Jamie and the crew. Know exactly what you want and when you want it, communicate it properly and Watertite would gladly work with you to the best of their abilities.
