Kevin and his team made the whole process of replacing my roof easy. From the initial quote, to answering all my many questions, then scheduling and showing up on time and cleaning everything up. All went well and a great job!

Kevin and his team were 10/10! I reached out to Kevin (the owner) to schedule an estimate. He responded within 30 minutes with a phone call and we were scheduled for that Monday. A week later we had permits and the roof took 1 day! The crew was fantastic and left my yard very clean.

This company was friendly, polite, thorough, and neat. Our town required a number of unexpected reviews. They carefully followed through and kept us appraised of progress. When they arrived, the entire job was completed in one day, although it was late fall and the hours were short. The roof looks super. I actually enjoyed working with them, and wish them the best of luck.

Kevin Blakeman of Roofers Edge and his team did our roof here in South Natick 4 years for about 18K. They left alot of shingles, nails and debris next to our house and never returned our calls to clean it up. Our neighbors had a similar experience. 6 months ago we had our roof inspected for getting solar panels put on and were told by the solar company and another roofer that there were soft spots in the roof. We called Kevin and he did come out and inspect the roof and told us there was nothing wrong except we needed better ventilation. Also he was very abusive and used profane language when talkin to my wife. We ultimately paid another roofer about 9K to fix the roof and get it ready for solar. Our recent job was the replacement of our backyard deck and the addition of a new deck built for our above ground pool. The carpenters did a fabulous job on the design and workmanship. The decks are works of art. The workmanship is top notch!

Replacing 25 year old shingles with architectural shingles on a 3000 square foot house with attached 2 car garage in 2 days taking care not to damage any of the bushes & flowering plants, removed a cupola that had become an entry point for flying squirrels, all done with great care & necessary large dumpster for the old roofing materials was removed as soon as the job was completed.
I had received 3 other quotes from local roofing companies & the Roofers Edge Quote was equal or better than all the other competitive quotes received, highly recommend Roofers Edge, they had been recommended to me by another Framingham neighbor & friend.

Another great experience (Roofer's Edge installed a new roof 2 years ago), this time getting our house re-sided. The guys were on time and Humberto the foreman was awesome to work with.

Kevin was a life saver for me. My garage was destroyed by a tree falling on it and, truthfully, I didn't know who to call. Kevin had done my house roof a few years back so I thought I could call him and ask if this was something his company can help me with or ask for recommendations. Lucky for me; Kevin was able to help me. In addition to doing a great job, he also worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to answer any questions. I highly recommend this company.

The initial review was done in a very timely manner, a detailed review of the repair problem was made and a variety of options were discussed. A detailed proposal was provided in writing. The actual work was done in one day, the cleanup was excellent and very thorough.

I had Roofers Edge do my vinyl siding last year. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. I’ve had contractors ask what company I used noting that the work was done well and looks great. Humberto was the foreman and he was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roofers Edge.

I was referred to Roofers Edge by our realtor. We met with the owner, Kevin who seemed knowledgeable and eager to work with us. He left saying he would have one of his project managers come by to count windows and take pictures. After a week we never heard from him so I followed up and Kevin said he would come by today and meet with us again to figure out the windows, roof, and siding as our house needs all. So Kevin did come, we talked and we told him what we want for windows including sizes, hardie board siding and new roof. Kevin took notes and said he’d work on a quote over the weekend and get it to us. I followed up via email with him the following week as we never received a quote. He did not return my email. I gave it another week as I assumed he was busy. I emailed him again asking for the quote. Once again, no reply. I then emailed him one more time asking him to follow up with us even if he has decided to not take on our job, we just want to know either way. Again, no reply. Then I started reading reviews and most of the recent ones were negative. In fact, one person complained that a permit was never pulled for the job! I read additional poor reviews and in the end, the owner did us a favor by not following up. I would never consider working with them again. Extremely unprofessional and a total disregard for potential customers. Just be upfront and honest. We can handle that. We would have respected him if he had said “I’m not comfortable taking on your project”.

Kevin and his team were great in coming out to install roof, windows and siding for us. They were on time and everything looks great. Minor issues here and there but they come out to fix them as soon as we pointed them out to Kevin.

I needed a roof replacement prior to getting solar panels installed. Roofers Edge was able to quickly schedule the installation and had a much better price point than local competitors. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. We've had several storms over the last few months without any problems, speaking to the quality of the work. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!

The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate.

To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trust them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the flashing was not installed correctly, and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and they already lost my trust.

The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are!

Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere.

It was not easy to find the source of the leak, but the crew stuck with the search until the problem was resolved. I will use them again.

I met with Kevin the owner who was eager and came out to meet me on a Saturday. We emailed back and forth initially, but then I never heard back from him. I left several messages and emails and then tried calling his partner, who told me he would follow up with him. Once again Kevin got in touch with me making all the same promises and then once again I never heard back from them.

Great company with excellent service and communications throughout. Went the extra mile and at a very reasonable cost. Will use again.

We have used Roofer's Edge twice over the past couple of years. Once for a siding repair and most recently for replacement of a new rubber roof. Kevin, the owner, is very responsive and seems to care about his customers. They show up on time and do the work in a timely manner. The crew also cleaned up all the debris from the old roof and seemed to leave our yard in good shape. We did have 2 small issues but Kevin fixed them both right away and was understanding.

Roofers edge did an excellent job. He was on budget and time and I couldn’t be happier. He also was very communicative. Great job!

Roofers Edge & Siding replaced aluminum trim on rake board that was damaged. It was a small job requiring a brake to shape the metal. It was a challenge finding a company able and willing to do the work. Hats off to Roofers Edge & Siding. They did a fine job for a reasonable price.

We hired Kevin to repair some old gutters as well as completely replace some that were damaged by ice dams. They did a beautiful job on the gutters and the crew was really clean and respectful of the property. We would work with Roofer’s Edge again and highly recommend their services.

Last fall we needed our roof replaced and wanted to hire local. After talking with the owner Kev, we figured he seemed like a genuine guy and assured us that his crew was neat and professional. His crew was timely, they showed up within a couple of days and finished the large job in 2 days. Unfortunately, they were neither neat or professional. It took me about 20 minutes of walking the edge of our house with a nail magnet (that I bought from Home Depot for cheap) to pick up roughly 100 roofing nails, both new and old. I see other roofing companies using industrial sized nail magnets to clean up after themselves so no one steps on a nail and puts it through their foot (particularly concerning given 3 small children in our house). For some reason their people don't use socks on their ladders or stabilizer bars, so they left dings and marks on our siding and gutters.

I'd have let those go, if not for the other issue. Someone within their company hit and bent our wrought iron railing (which causes it to buckle in several places and compromised the concrete. Kevin acknowledged someone in his organization did the damage and they would fix it. I called Kevin 5 or 6 times and he continued to tell me they would deal with it, that was almost a year ago.

The short of it is use another local roofer, Roofers Edge was unprofessional and dodged us when they caused damage. We would never recommend them to anyone in the future.

I had a great experience working with the team at Roofers Edge. The quote was reasonable and the communication was excellent whether it was providing an estimate of obtaining materials, delivery and then the final install. They followed all HOA regulations and pulled a permit before stating the job. The install team ensured that the windows were installed correctly and cleaned frequently. They themselves noticed a defective screen and fixed it without my intervention. I highly recommend Roofers Edge and will definitely do business with them in the future.

We live in Natick and used Roofer's Edge to replace a number of our gutters that were damaged from ice dams. The quality of their work was top notch and the owner Kevin communicated extremely well with us from beginning to end. They also left our property really clean after the job. Highly Recommended.

They don't stand behind their work. Don't use them. The job was to fix a leak.They came when they said they would and seemed like a good job. Then about 9 mos later, it started leaking again. They wouldn't respond to my calls. They acted like the job they did was not about the leak. They would not do anything to remedy their shoddy work. Their suggestion was a rubber roof for $7,000. Like I'd ever give them more money. They are liars and cheats.

Called them to clear the snow off my roof which is 25 feet up. There was 13 inches of snow on the ground and they showed up in a couple of hours of calling and they had the roof done in two hours and cleaned up driveway and sidewalks and deck. Did a good job of piling the snow and were very efficient. Would highly recommend them for this work.

Our roof was in bad shape. We hired Kevin and his crew after meeting with Kevin. All the workers were amazing from the carpenters- super Dave, the painter Junior- a one man show unbelievable and all the workers that replaced our roof in one day. Everyone from the top down to the girls that did the clean up work. The transformation is beautiful and our neighbors have already complimented our house. We love it and are thrilled! We ended up not using them for the repairs we needed. We received 5 evaluations and quotes from a variety of roofing and siding companies, and they were the only one to charge us to come out and evaluate what needs to be done. $150 just for an evaluation and a quote--no other company charged me anything for that. More importantly, no one told me this before they came. I would have respectfully declined and moved on to other companies. Kevin, the owner, was a very nice guy and happy to deal with me. Very easy to get a hold of. But the prices for the repairs we needed were well over what I was quoted from other companies. Lastly, the guy who came out to evaluate didn't quit talking about how I needed to vote for Trump, about how if I don't vote for him socialism will take over our country and Mexicans will be living in my house. I'm sure they do fine work but it was more than I expected to pay and more than I expected to hear for just an evaluation.

Roofers Edge and Siding did a strip and reroof on my home. They were here on time, covered all the shrubs around the house. Stripped the shingles and reroofed the house. They cleaned up all the debris and the workers were very neat. The roof looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Very timely service, came next day on time, took care of the repair and went a little above and beyond to prevent damage from occurring when the next storm hits. All around good experience.
