We had New Stage install a new roof on our victorian house with several dormers. I always saw workers working whenever I checked. They showed up on time, completed in a timely manner, and even made the dumpster disappear on the last day of work.

They were the best value out of the three roofers bidding on the project. They never tried to deceive us into believing that getting insurance to cover a roof that had simply ages out was a good idea.

Honest, dependable, and a great value. I plan to use them again!

Power Construction did an outstanding job to caulk and seal the 12 skylights of the Beacon of Hope United Methodist Church in Framingham, MA. A few days later a heavy rainstorm tested their work. The roofer himself came to the sanctuary to see for himself whether the leaking had stopped. It had. We highly recommend this Company. Reviewed several companies to replace my roof, gutters, and some siding on my home and decided on Power Construction. It was the best decision. Pricing was toward the higher end, but worth every dollar. The team was punctual, courteous, and professional. The work was OUTSTANDING and the timeline was perfectly reasonable. New Stage Home Improvement of Natick was awesome! They were timely, priced just right, and with a full warranty as well. I found that everone I dealt with during the process to be professional but also made me feel comfortable with any little questions I had. They finished the whole roof in one day and it came out so beautiful! The supervisor of the crew, Pablo, made sure to take the time to finish all the little details to make the roof look perfect. I also would like to mention the cleanup, which was like nothing I have ever seen. They left my yard in better condition than it was when they arrived! It was so clean and all swept up and no sign of anyone even working at my house that day.

We had our roof replaced about 3 weeks ago. Power construction did amazing work and finished in a day and a half. Beautiful clean up also. We had 3 skylights removed at the same time. Lisa and Danielle in the office handled all the paperwork with professionalism and Pablo ran the crew as a ringmaster. I am impressed.

Had a great experience working with Power Construction from start to finish. The quoting and design process was very streamlined, and the project was finished on time and on budget. Although there were one or two small hiccups along the way, any issues were promptly communicated to me and were resolved to my satisfaction. The work consisted of new siding, trim, shutters, and storm door. Everyone whom I worked with was polite and friendly and I would highly recommend the team for any siding projects.

Had a tough time with the insurance co. After tree fell on house. Danielle was a true proffesiona in dealing with them.
Once started , the roof siding and deck guys were true craftsmen and were always there on time and answered all off our questions.

Called them for an estimate. They came out in two days. Price they quoted was reasonable. Salesman was very pleasant to work with. They called me the next day to schedule work to be done. The next day they showed up to replace damaged aluminum rake board. Workmanship was excellent. I would use them again.

This company is professional and great!!! My roof job was a big job and smaller companies could not accept the job due to the height and valleys of the roof but Powers took it on like a champ. They had all the necessary tools, a crane, a cherry picker machine, dumpsters, and even their own portable potty. It was a week’s worth of work and it was spotless at the end of the day every day! They truly want to make you happy. They addressed all minor issues I had with a smile on their face. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again if I need to.

We had the roof and skylights replaced on our colonial home by Power Construction and the experience was A++. Phil, the sales rep, was responsive and returned messages almost immediately. He was extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns. The price quoted was extremely reasonable, clear and concise so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. Pablo, who ran the job, which was completed in a single day, was organized, respectful and made sure the property and house was spotless upon leaving. We did not find even one nail on our property. Overall, this is the company that you want to go with. They are professional, responsive, affordable and conscientious.

I had to have the roof of my garage replaced and I got a very good estimate from these guys and I engaged them to do it. They were professional and had to do a fair amount of restoring of rotted wood and had to remove three layers of asphalt shingles off my old garage. Anyway, they did this for $3,310 for a 300 sq ft roof. That was a far lower estimate than the other places that I got estimates from. The quality of the work is wonderful and they did an excellent job of cleaning the interior of my garage because when you think about it, for most roof replacements, the dirt is up in your attic. My garage is a workshop with benches and shelves everywhere and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I give these guys an unqualified recommendation.

I had my house roof replaced recently and the overall process from the initial estimates to the final roof installation was definitively well coordinated, but most importantly, it was always very honest and very professional. The initial estimates from Manny Hernandez were filled with very honest and Knowledgeable feedback that provided a clear picture of the overall project and made me select this company among other candidates. The office manager, Danielle Santo, also did a great job in supporting all related building permits and in describing all expected steps to get the project completed. In addition, the installation team was on time the day of the roof replacement and the site supervisor, Eddie Zapata, was always very professional and did an excellent job (along his team members) to get the task completed with great workmanship and to ensure that the site was very clean prior to their departure. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family members for any future work since they have earned it by making the customer and workmanship their number one priority.

I have used Power Construction twice now for roof repair jobs. They respond promptly to messages, arrive on time, work hard while they're here, fix what they say they'll fix (the first time), are detail-oriented (including their carpentry work) and charge a fair price. I couldn't ask for more.

We used Power Construction for siding our home. The experience from start to finish was nothing short of remarkable and fantastic! Jose our Project Manager, and Danielle are professional, courteous, responsive and wonderful to partner with. Our job started on time. The crew was wonderful to work with and kept our project on time, yard was cleaned up each day, the worked diligently and respectfully at our home and answered all our questions. Can't say enough about Power Construction. Highly recommend. The seagrass color with white trim is the finished project.

After already spending a lot of money buying my house, I made the awful discovery that I urgently needed a new roof. Out of 5 different quotes, Power Construction was by far the best. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced.

After I made my decision to go ahead with the roof purchase, they got the permits, materials and did the installation: all within a few days!

Even though I won’t be needing a new roof anytime soon, I would be more than happy to give them my business again.

From beginning to end, this company was excellent. Prompt estimate and contract. Work scheduled and performed as scheduled. High quality work. Responsive and knowledgeable foreman. Completed on time. Cleaned up well and dumpster and potty removed as promised. Office is responsive and professional.

Hired by my landlord, these workers were very incompetent with their jobs, they came into my apartment without my permission and did work, ended up creating a big mess and dirtying up personal belongings. The foreman specifically was not responsive when it came to my argument about what they had done, he barely communicated through out most of the work, only when it was convenient for him, they were rude, slamming doors, not letting anyone know when they were done working which lead to entrances being left unlocked. Overall would not recommend these disrespectful people.

I had 3 sections on my 20-year old 2-story Colonial that had trim rot near the roof line. Power Construction gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace the trim wood with PVC, and then showed up on the Monday afternoon of the week after I had submitted the deposit to perform the work. Great experience dealing with a well-organized, professional company from start to finish. Excellent workmanship and completed to my satisfaction. We were extremely pleased and will use Power Construction in the future.

Other companies did not return my calls, never showed up, or were not going to be able to do the work for months (or at all, in some cases).

Great company to work with and everyone I dealt with (including the workmen and team lead) were polite and professional.

We had a great experience with Power Construction when they replaced our roof. The communication was great from estimation process to the finish. We did our due diligence and got three quotes, so we did have companies to compare. Jose was the only estimator that brought samples of the shingles that would be used, he showed up on time and talked me through everything. He worked with me to select the right color (that might not be important to some people but it was to me as I did not want shingles that were too black). We took a long time to to move forward with the project because we needed to have some chimney work done and that went slowly. When I called Power back, they picked up exactly where we left off - they were very organized and had records of the estimate and knew who I was. Danielle in the office was very efficient and friendly. Prior to the work being done I was sent an email checklist of how to prepare. The day of the work went very smoothly and Eric, the foreman, introduced himself and was available to answer any questions. The roof looks great! Of course only time will tell for certain, but it looks perfect. I was here when they did the work and they replaced plywood as needed, installed the ice/water shield, etc. Lastly, they did a fabulous job cleaning up. We couldn’t be happier.

We had a small roof repair needed in order to keep critters out. Ty and his team were fantastic to work with. We had 4 dormers/soffits reinforced and replaced. Ty provided an estimate that ended up being a lot more reasonable than what we had built up in our heads. It was a quick assessment and within 10 days (he mentioned around 2 weeks during initial assessment) the job was done. The full team showed up exactly when they said would, worked hard and worked fast and were done before lunch, which during work from home times was such a huge benefit for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Power for any larger jobs on the horizon and fully endorse the work they did for us.

They just finished replacing our roof and the rotten wood around it. They were very professional, honest and hard working. They came, completed the job, did a good job cleaning up and then left. All the work they did looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Although my job was small ( fixing another roofer’s botched flashing) the detailed customer service from Manny and Jose was top notch. On site, I received outstanding service from project manager Mathew and crew, who worked beautifully together with speedy precision. I can’t wait to call them back for my bigger full roof projects.

Power Construction has done a great job replacing the roof of my house. Jack called distributors around the area and found the exact shingle color we wanted. Eric and his screw came on time every day and did a great job replacing the shingles and rotted trims. They listened to my concerns and were very accommodating. Work was done ahead of the estimated time with great quality.

Highly recommend power construction and roofing. My first contact was from Tyler who explained all that power construction did. Set me up with Chris who came to the house and went over everything from top to bottom and pointed out some issues I had with my roof. I decided to go with them. They keep me up to date by calling me to let me know what was going on from rescheduling because of weather to letting me know who was coming and when. I appreciated all the follow through not once did I have to call them they actually called me which was nice change because I have worked with contractors that I’ve called numerous times with no call back. Finally day of project the construction crew arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up to perfection, had project manager on site to make sure all my needs where meet thanks John and a big thank you to Power Construction

Complete scam. Please don't let these hacks work on your home. They will just yes you to death but the work is sub par maybe at its best. Still cleaning nails and singles off my lawn my brand new windows were covered in soot ( but we were told they were being covered nope tarp on the ground nothing professional). Didn't do anything for my dog and he made it clear they would clear a spot for him. Make sure you read every fine print in your contract cause they will try and take advantage of you. Please beware. Never have been so unsatisfied with a company.

We had hail damage from a a summer storm and had to have out roof replaced. I had several contractors out here. It was like Night and Day when I found Power Construction. They were honest, quick, responsible in price compared to other quotes I got. Lisa was amazing with my many many questions ! Explained products, and procedure. When the crew was here they were efficient, clean, and respectful. They always asked questions before just assuming and doing something, It was great. I would defiantly recommend this company to everyone.

They completed the job in one day, as promised. They adjusted their schedule, at our request, because of the threat of rain. They adjusted their price to match a competitor's bid. They were polite, easy to work with, and cleaned up our property nicely after they were done. When I discovered that a few small plants had been damaged during the work, they immediately responded with an apology and reimbursed me for the damage. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully, will not have to.

Our new roof from Power Construction Roofing is beautiful. The choreography was amazing, including laughter and a beautifully efficient process. The team who did the actual installation were fabulous: cheerful, expert, and quick, all in 89 degree weather during the Pandemic in the summer of 2020. They also protected our many plants and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. To top it off, the project manager came all the way back to handle a question we had. All of the employees were available, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Many thanks to Jack, Lisa, Manny, Danielle, Jose, and the heroic crew who got our job done.

I got 5 quotes for siding, and power was lowest price along with one other company. I ended up only doing gutters, but the work on my gutters was very well done. Any further work I have done will definitely be done by power construction.

I had some damage to my siding in a wind storm. I emailed Power and the next day they were at my house to assess and quote the work needed. I had pricing the next day. I found the price fair. I signed the contract and Power showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Quality, value, and extremely neat. This is my second experience with Power ( they did my roof last summer) and I would not hesitate to use them again. Very well run operation!

We had a bunch of little roof and siding issues at our new house that needed to be addressed, and they were great. It all turned out better than expected, and at a reasonable price! Power Construction did a great job replacing our roof and ridge vent and installing soffit vents. They stripped off our old roof in the morning without any damage to our landscape. The new roof was on before the end of the day. Their clean up was great. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would hire them again.

We thought they did a terrific job. They were fast (less than three days to do a big roof), very clean, on time, and polite. The office was also easy to deal with, and the owner called me himself to confirm we were happy. The roof was done this summer, and I waited until February to write the review to make sure that there were no problems. We've had some significant rainstorms, but no leaks! We would definitely recommend them to others.

Piece of advice to anyone out there getting quotes for anything. Roofing,siding,flooring, whatever. If a company gives you a buy today price and a buy later price. Walk away. You’re getting ripped off. Esp when they give you another discount the day of after telling them no and another discount a week later. Even though they didn’t show up to my house for that appointment. Was a little annoyed. Just curious of their outrageous price. Quoted me 130k for new roof,siding, and gutters. Their monthly payments were higher than my mortgage!!! Lmao. Nice people but Deff our to steal your money. I’ve had several quotes for my roof. Highest guy was 18k. Even had 1 company (after telling them about this quote) said they would come out and not even look at the job and do everything for 80k. And then they laughed. I wouldn’t use this company just because of these tactics they use to get the most out of their victims. I mean customers.

I'm really not sure what to say, but best decision I have made. I have never seen 4 ppl work so hard on a roof. I will highly recomend them for a roof and fascia repair. Tormorrow is gutter day. I'm smiling., thank you power, I'm very happy with install..I will check clean up in morning since it dark right now and post again.

All of them were overpriced and I didn't feel comfortable hiring anyone until I met Jose. He was very honest and straightforward to a point that made me change my mind about the repair and go for a new roof. The project was reasonably priced and all members of Power Construction's team were very professional. On the scheduled date, they showed up on time and completed my project on the same day as promised. They cleaned really well after they finished and left my house exactly as it looked like before, but with a new awesome roof. I am totally satisfied with their service and can't recommend them highly enough. They deserve more than 5 stars!

The carpenters built custom framing elements to divert water flow, added soffits vents and even replaced framing around my windows. I cannot recommend Power Construction enough for roof replacement- I initially worked with Lisa, their customer service professional and Jack, their sales professional. Both were amazing to work with, incredibly outgoing and took great time and attention to explain everything about the entire process. Danny and the crew then came in over a weekend from Friday through Saturday (and navigated around some bad weather on Friday brilliantly) and were absolutely amazing. I have an old house with an old, pretty cut up roof and to witness their work was incredible. Aside from having a beautiful, new roof that we will not have to worry about for many years to come, a number of neighbors were complimenting their work. And even better, my property was spotless and their cleanup during and after was just tremendous- you would never have known they were even here. A great job all around.

Power Construction really was great to work with, and they worked as a team to get the work done exactly as we wanted - they even completed the entire roof replacement in just two days, and we are in love with the new roof. Dan & Rudy made sure we selected high quality roofing materials but worked within our budget, and Lisa guided us through the entire process, and even helped us choose colonial slate as the color for the roofing shingle - and we absolutely love the finished product and the grey tones match the siding well. The end result was a new roof, but really it gave our entire home a facelift and some much needed curb appeal! These guys are the best- we would recommend to anyone!

They actually returned on a SUNDAY to replace a section of the fascia board that did not look smooth and straight. I was extremely impressed!
