Not the most thorough company.
We contacted this company after our insurance recommended it to change our shingles because of a hail storm. They completed the job in the summer of 2023, back in January of this year we discovered a stain on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms, we contacted them to inspect the roof for us and they send one of the workers who literately took less than 5 minutes to inspect it (and it was less than 5 minutes as I have cctv recording) then just last week our garage got a water leak, so we decided to call someone else to have a look and he discovered all kinds of gaps and openings which should’ve been covered while changing the shingles. There is just no excuse for a poor job, and to have the courage to come back and conduct a less than 5 minute inspection is the worse part. Will not be using this company again

Called them March 7th, to come and look at my bathroom exhaust vent on the roof, as I had water coming through roof in bathroom. I had looked in attic, and found icicles hanging/dripping from the roof on the other side of the rafter that they had installed the vent to. Their response was "Don't use the exhaust fan. I tell all my customers to not use the fan". He refused to even come and look at the vent. Called one of their competitors, they came out, inspected and repaired the issue.

They were fast, friendly, efficient and on time. The work and cleanup after the completion of the roof was excellent. Waterproofing Roofing is one of the very few companies in Lethbridge who actually follow through on the "no job is too small..." aspect of their advertising and that in itself was a wonderful surprise. Would definitely recommend their service.

Waterproofing roofing was a pleasure to work with and was reasonably priced. They followed through on their commitments and followed up a little while after the work was done to see if we had any questions. They have exemplified good customer service and professionalism. And the roof looks great! We will definitely use them again, next time we have roofing needs.

Fast, professional service. We had some vents that were falling apart which was causing extreme wind noise. Repairs were done quickly and problem was fixed. Friendly service rep. Prices were fair. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Had them do the roofs on my garage and house. Did the garage first, then the house a couple of weeks later. Very nice job on both. They had them done quickly, good clean-up afterwards, and exactly what they quoted.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. We had an immediate need to have our Tar & Gravel roof replaced after the onset of heavy rain, and Waterproofing Roofing was the only roofing company that got back to us right away. We had a quote in hand within a couple of days, Brad answered all of my questions promptly and professionally, and once it was known that we had begun experiencing leaking issues internally, they made sure to fit us in to their already busy schedule with haste. Regarding the actual work, the roof turned out amazing! The installers were very professional, and we were super impressed to come home at the end of the day to absolutely zero mess left behind. You'd never have known that our roof was done that same day! As well, Russ' recommendation to go with a lighter color for our torch down to deflect more heat away from our home was most definitely the right call! It looks great, and we can already tell after a couple of hot days that it's made a difference. We didn't even realize going lighter was an option to begin with, so him taking the time to have that conversation really impressed me.

Had Russ and Brad come in and take a look at the our old tar and gravel roof at The Gate Christian Fellowship Church. It was at the end of its life span. They gave us a full quote on removing the old roof and installing a completely new insulated, sloping package, with new drains, and downspouts. They were very professional about it all and went above and beyond to make sure we met all the historical requirements that we needed to keep before the project was finished. In the end they kept so close to what they quoted and made sure we were happy with the end result. They definitely go above and beyond and I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and installation of new roof shingles. Went above and beyond removing old shingles and fixing problem areas on roof. Removal and installation in one day, installing new flashing and underlay on complete area, re-doing around chimney area to perfection. Cleaned as they went, when done nothing left on ground. Highly recommend them!

Fast, professional and very meticulous. They worked very long hours to get the job done in two days and their attention to detail is off the charts. Afterwards they cleaned up the material that fell in the yard, reinstalled the downspouts and left me with nothing but a perfect roof I can rely on that looks fantastic.
