Our new roof was completed in one day, on June 2, 2022. Cole’s crew did a great job and our new roof looks awesome. It was a hot and long day for his guys who did go above and beyond for us! We had a satellite dish on our roof and although this might not have been their responsibility, they did hook this back up for us after the new shingles were put on. We also had a couple of exhaust pipes off in the attic, i.e., the ones that connect to the vents, and one of his guys was willing to (and did) fix those for us. We don’t know how long those were off, but it is possible that they had been off for years. We appreciated the fact that they start early and clean up when they are finished. Not everyone can do the job you do! Thank you guys/Cole for doing what you do!

I really did my research before deciding upon C&M Roofing and I am so thankful I did!
After reviewing google ad's for several companies, I decided to request quotes from the top few and assess my feel for each company to decide which one to go with. In the end C&M was the most responsive, the most personable and the best value for dollar once the quotes came in. Cole took the time to explain the options to me and made sure I understood which route I wanted to go, as someone who has always had another person to defer these types of decisions to, I really felt in good hands.

The installation team was AWESOME and so committed to making sure that I was happy and had all my questions answered. Art Peska was excellent to work with through the whole hail damage repair of window cladding, eaves trough replacement and deck rail replacement. Although it took a long time to get the supplies needed( this was through Covid and there were many supply issues), he kept me informed and always answered my questions patiently.

Great to deal with, Cole was very knowledgeable with any questions I had, the guys that did my roof were very professional and hard working. The quality was very high as well. The day they came to do the job there was rain in the forecast, but they worked fast to get the underlay down, it poured overnight pretty good and there wasn't a single drop anywhere, knowing that reassured me they did the job properly from start to finish. My roof has an 8/10 pitch and is very hard to move around on. I called Cole and ask him to repair 4 places where the wind tore off shingles. Cole came out in a timely fashion and made the repairs in only a couple of hours and the roof looks like new again. I’d definitely use him again if I need roofing work done. The price was fair and and i’d give him 5 of 5 Stars for his work.

C&M we’re outstanding. They removed and replaced my entire roof of 39 square in three days. They came when they said they were going to come and most of all did excellent work. I came across this business on Facebook through a trusted friend. Boy am I happy I called them. Cole and his team were so professional and easy to work with (unlike other companies we called). Our roof was very old and needed a quick replacement. They showed up exactly when promised and gave a very thorough quote. They used a superior product, very reasonably priced and extremely qualified. C&M Roofing uses Owen Corning 30 year shingles and are a licensed contractor for the product. The actual roof replacement was so quick and tidy. They moved all our outdoor furniture with care and cleaned everything afterwards. I am so impressed and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.

We just had the pleasure of dealing with C & M Roofing Lethbridge. They did an excellent job on replacing our old shingles with Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black (Roofing square footage: 17) in the London Road area. These gentlemen are pleasant, professional, and extremely meticulous! We are beyond thrilled with C & M Roofing! They communicated clearly the scope of the job, showed up bright and early and got it done within 2 days! They carefully removed the old shingles and disposed of them and cleaned the work site like they hadn't even been there! With everything happening in today's world, I reached out to Cole through email. Cole responded to my requests quickly, his quote was very detailed and provided everything I asked for in his first quote. After reviewing what he sent, I decided to change the shingles , going with a reduced expected years lifespan. Cole was quick to adjust his quote to meet my requests.

Cole came when he said he would for an estimate, and seeing the damage from the windstorms in October, offered to patch it for a very reasonable price. He was also the only one to offer to do a half roof (the west side was losing all the shingles from a poor installation from the previous owner, while the east side was perfectly fine) Which fit our budget perfectly. They showed up the day they said they would, kept a clean work site, and even walked me through what was done. They fit my roof problems into their work schedule and actually treated me like they wanted my business, and not like an inconvenience that some of the other roofers acted like. Thank you very much! I do not miss watching my shingles flying around the neighborhood. :D

My husband and I had such a difficult time finding a roofer to re-shingle our house. Something that we thought would take a couple weeks literally took months. We thought we had it settled with one company only to have them purposely put our urgent need farther and farther down the list. We had roofers come and look at the roof and then never give us their estimate. We had roofers flat out refuse due to the difficulty and amount of work it would be and of course roofers estimate prices in the extreme. Through the process we came to realize that our house, due to the height and pitch was a difficult project. Couple that with the fact that there were three layers of shingles that needed to be removed. It definitely was not going to be 'a piece of cake' so to speak.
I had C&M Roofing recommended to me by another roofer. I gave Cole a call and he actually showed up when he said he would, confidently surveyed the roof and promised the estimate within a day or two. Already, C&M stood out from the others. His price was fair and one of the best we had received. The choice was clear. It was still some weeks before they could get to us but they came when expected bright and early and worked diligently all that sweltering week. The foreman was extremely pleasant and polite to talk to as well as hard working. He even worked during the weekend to finish up the job. And what a job well done they did! The roof looks gorgeous and we are confident our 110 year old home will continue to weather through many years to come.
