During the recent general rain, we noticed a leak coming from our roof that was installed last August. Made a phone call on Saturday and heard back on Monday and the team that originally installed the roof showed up on Tuesday. They were able to identify the problem and repair it in minutes. Incredible team, incredible communication and professional all the way. I cannot recommend South Peak and their teams enough. I chose South Peak because of their customer focus. Their quote contained a detailed work scope which told me what to expect. Their workmanship warranty is twice as long as the competition. Their excellent Google reviews helped, but Matt’s prompt response and scheduling was even more persuasive.

The team showed up at 7:30am, told me they would be done in five hours and began working right away. Shingles were delivered just in time and true to their word, they had cleaned up and left by 12:30pm. I got to see my new shed roof installed with impressive speed and attention to detail. Which is why it was just a little disappointing to find 11 roofing nails left behind on my lawn. That aside, the company still deserves this 5-star rating for the peace of mind I now have after witnessing a job well done.

The interaction with Matt was clear and pleasant. Installation went as described at the time we agreed. Got the 25 year shingles and labour warranty, which I really hope will never need to use. Regarding this, only time will tell.

Hands down the best roofing company. From the second I phoned I felt like their main priority. Email response time was very prompt, and the roofers even got to our house earlier than they had first booked us in. Matt went the extra mile to make sure the roof I choose was exactly what I wanted, even went out of his way to send me side by side shingle comparison pictures, so I could really see the colour of the shingles. I needed new shingles on my roof. South Peak was quick to quote and started working on my roof in a timely manner. There was a delay due to weather but they kept me well informed and made sure that I was okay with the delay. (I'm not making them redo my roof in the rain, that would be idiotic). They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The job was absolutely top notch.

First, the quote. Super quick and easy, I didn't even need to be home. They got it done, have me a full rundown including all the options I asked for. Contract signing was simple and digital. Got it done in no time.

The work: We didn't really have to do anything on our end, just clear the driveway. They did all the heavy lifting for us. Total work time for our 3 bedroom house was barely 4 hours. Done by lunch. How great is that?

The delivery guy was on time and the roofing crew were busy going up ladders by 7:20 am the next day . Fast work the general house keeping of the job site was completed thru out the job . I would say from 7:30 am to just after 1:00 pm the shingle removal and new install was completed . I like the online photo gallery that was provided at the end of the job too . I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From quote to completion, these guys were totally copacetic. And Maurice was an absolute legend. He masterfully transformed my decrepit old soffit, fascia, and eavestroughs into a thing of modern, elegant and - most importantly - vented beauty! On the last day, he even came back after-hours to add the finishes touches (gutter guards, in my case) and leave the place sparkling clean.

The assessor was very thorough, about an hour up a ladder as opposed to other companies which were quite brief and in some cases only used aerial photography to provide an estimate.

Very happy with this company for our roof! We have a 100+ year old home, and was concerned about the roof job because of this. Our roof is very steep and I wasn't sure if there would be any issues given how old the home is.

Southpeak had EXCELLENT communication regarding status, any delays, and anticipated issues. They notified me well in advance of steps I needed to take to make the job site safe for them, which was only trimming back some branches from the roof. They completed the job in a few days in the summer heat. The crew working was small, but they accomplished a lot in a short amount of time including cleanup.

I wasn't expecting to love the the job as much as I did. It brought new life to our little home, and the change of color to a nice deep brown really adds character. Not only that, I noticed in the evenings since the roof replacement we do not have nearly as much heat falling down from our attic. Beautiful job, looks great, ventilates great, and several months later no issues!!

Dave was really great to work with. He came three times for quotes and to try to find a solution to doing a complex half duplex. He was patient and thourough and solved our roof issues. He got our roof done asap because we had a leak and stopping at was high priority for him and us. I really appreciate knowing that they value my business and want to do a good job for me!

South Peak repaired our roof fascia after some wind damage - great quality work, excellent communication and they were up-front about the expected costs which didn't suddenly inflate after the job was done (very reasonably priced)! Definitely would recommend.

This company is everything a service company should be. They came and inspected and measured my roof within just a few days of contacting them, and I live out in the middle of nowhere. I had the quote in my inbox in 2 days. They scheduled the work for a mutually good time schedule for me as well as the company and we’re there with all the roofing materials needed a few days before the start day. The crew that came were there daily until the work was done.
Speaking of the work to be done, they discovered damage not visible from the start and made repairs, very intense and time costly repairs only after discussing what they had found with me and then if I agreed to having the work done. They were more than fair in the minor added costs that they quoted ahead of doing the work. Not nearly enough to cover all their extra time and materials.

Matching their fabulous workmanship was the roofing materials they quoted and supplied.

After the work was done their cleanup was beyond my experience with contractors. Hard to even tell that they had been there except for the new roof they left behind!!!

South peak roofed our old place after getting hail. We moved to a new place that needed the shingles done and they were my only call to get it done. They did a great job again. Cleaned up gutters, flowerbeds, lawn and graveled areas. I havent found a nail yet. They had to deal with rain and plus 30 all in the same week and still got the job done well and on time.

Update: we needed our downspouts redone at our house. Went with southpeak again . Job was done perfectly and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs quality work done,on time at a good price.

We had another leak in our roof and South Peak came out and fixed the issue without a problem. We were educated in what needed to be changed and some things on our roof that were causing the issues. They were removed and the roof was sealed. After that hard rain we had no more leaks! We always call South Peak for our roofing needs!
