The most unprofessional person I’ve ever experienced. Our patio was leaking, he said he could fix it. We agreed on a time and price. He claimed he needed to order materials and it would take a couple weeks. After about a month I contacted him and asked for an update, he said he would probably start “next week”. Another few weeks go by and I contact him again and ask for an update and he says he would probably start next week again. Another few weeks go by, I call and leave a message or two, no answer, no call back. I texted, no answer, no follow-up. A few weeks later my wife called, again, call ignored with no follow-up. So as of writing this, it has been a few months he has ghosted and left us in limbo with a leaky roof, with zero explanation. Extremely unprofessional, wasted our time, and left us with potential water damage on our home. Would not recommend at all.

After discovering a water leak in our kitchen ceiling, we made a call to On The Top Roofing and someone was able to come out just a few hours later to evaluate the best way to move forward with repairing our roof or if we would need to replace. We received a quote for replacement of our shingles right away and work was started right away, after I decided on the colour of the new shingles! We felt the price was very reasonable! It was very nice to have a company work so quickly to get the roof replacement done when we were in one of the rainiest springs we’ve seen in years. I would recommend OTT for roof work :)

The OTT crew rolled in on a Tuesday morning - all the guys friendly and approachable. The new roofing was finished the next afternoon! Very efficient. Grant showed up the next day to discuss the work - it was a very positive, affordable experience. I would highly recommend this company!

They installed our roof about 10 + ago. It has lasted the South Alberta weather and is still in great condition. We noticed a water stain in one of our sky lights. They responded immediately to check it out. They thought it might be condensation from the inside but they recaulked the skylight just to be sure. Great response and service after the fact! Definitely would recommend them.

During a visit the owners Grant and Brandi notices that we didn't have a snow retention system on our metal roof at the Eagles Hall in Raymond to protect patrons and their vehicles from sliding snow coming off the metal roof we have. They were very helpful in explaining the dangers that posed and really cared that we did the job for the safety of our members and clients. The service and professionalism was outstanding as to was their skill and craftsmanship while doing the job. I was amazed at their attention to detail while making sure the snow rail system was installed. Just as impressive was their dedication to the safety of their workers and themselves throughout the installation process, working on metal sloped roofs must be slippery and dangerous, but they appeared to have all the needed harness's and equipment for safety.

They could be called Outstanding, Accurate and Responsive (OAR) because they are, the could be called Professional Dependable and Fast (PDF) because they were. But I will call them OTT because it's their business name, and I hope you will call OTT, too, because you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend. Responded within 5 minutes of getting my online request, quote back within an hr based on aerial square footage, work done a month later in a singular day. Kept me up to date on timeline all the way through, billing was fast and easy too. These guys are amazing !

So happy I had these guys come to do my roof. I had received 4 different quotes and although OTT was not the bottom line cheapest, I feel their service and workmanship were worth every penny I paid. They were great to help me understand ther process of install and I had a few changes I wanted after they completed and they did not hesitate to come out and make it right. On the Top Roofing just completed roofing my cabin and shed. After signing agreement they let me know when they would be out. All the workers were courteous and appeared to be meticulous about their work. They even put on another vent as my cabin did not have enough. The job is well done. I would hire them again definitely.

On The Top Roofing installed my roof in December 2020. Not only did the roof turn out better that I was hoping but they also helped me figure out some complicated roof details. They put in extra effort and tarred every shingle on my roof and it really paid off because during January we had some record breaking winds and not one shingle moved at all! We had our house and garage done by OTT, and both are still looking and performing great. Our family had their roofs done by the same crew, and were completely satisfied. The work was fast, and the cleanup impeccable.

I really want to thank Grant and his team for the awesome job re-roofing our house. It’s a smaller house and we wanted to get it re-shingled before listing it. They were booking 4-6 weeks ahead, but Grant managed to squeeze it in between some other jobs and it was totally completed in less than 2 weeks.
The quality of the work is awesome. Cleanup was superb. Couldn’t even tell that they were there after they left.

Grant and his hardworking team have been installing shingles for my residential construction company for years now. He always fits me in and gets the work done properly. They are particular with their flashing work and do a nice job in the valley's. If there is a problem they will return and look after it. Don't hesitate to hire them!

UPDATE;
Just bought a new-old home in Taber, AB, and had OTT come out and re-roof it (after my stellar experience with them roofing my previous home in Lethbridge, AB last year!)
I'm happy to report that once again it was an AWESOME experience!
This time round, Grant and Brandi personally came to do our roof, along with Josh.
We had EXTREMELY Hot temperatures during the scheduled project, so Grant asked if they could divide it into two days, where the team worked in the morning before it got too hot. We were fine with that.
All of these guys worked relentlessly, and once again made sure they cleaned up EVERYTHING from the old roof; no old nails lying in the driveway to puncture tires, or granules from the old shingles to clean up....When they were done it was spotless, & perfect, with minimal disruption! AND...the PRICE for the job was VERY reasonable!

Interesting side-note:
On the third day, my wife and I were having coffee, thinking the job was done, when Grant un-expectedly showed up. He came all the way back to Taber to install some flashing and caulking around our chimney!
I couldn't believe he returned for something that we weren't even aware of! He had other jobs that day, and he was already paid for ours.
A lot of guys I've met in the past would have just took the money and run.
HIS response was that he couldn't sleep at night, knowing that the chimney wasn't done to his satisfaction!
SO...we visited, as he fixed our chimney to his satisfaction.

Now, THAT is a GOOD Man of INTEGRITY, who is worthy of YOUR business!

Just wanted to HIGHLY recommend OTT Roofing LTD, a local family business (two husband and wife teams and their crews) for your Lethbridge & Area roofing and siding needs. As a former Real Estate agent, I’ve sent many clients their way because they had a good rep, and this week I got to see that great work first hand with my own roof.

The entire process was smooth, from the initial meeting with Grant and Brandi to the detailed emailed and texted quote, choosing payment option, setting a date, and then having the actual STELLAR job done by Chad and Karen, and their amazing team. They basically got our entire roof stripped and redone in ONE DAY!

I was welcome to come up and inspect as they worked, and was Very pleased that, as I expected, they did excellent Quality work without cutting any corners (fully covered with roofing paper first, all new roof vents, no scrimping on nails, and any exposed nails properly sealed with caulking. Their work is fully warrantied. The fast, very hard-working crew also ensured everything was cleaned up spotless afterwards (no stray nails or junk.)

Last, Grant and Brandi returned to ensure my satisfaction plus collect payment, & their price was reasonable. They even took Drone pics of the new roof, which they also offered to copy me. It’s nice to see a business embrace technology to be more efficient and competitive…
